My 3 cats (2 longhair + 1 shorthair) have been seeing Sheena for nearly 2 years after relocating to the area, and I could not be more pleased with her level of service and expertise. She is one of the most patient and talented groomers I’ve ever met, and treats your pets like family! After ever visit she shares delightful feedback of the kitties and it’s unspeakably special to see how passionate Sheena is about her grooming art. Thank you so much Furrever Friends!

Just moved up from Miami and this place was recommended to us by an employee at Wegmans that we met randomly a few months ago. They did a lovely job! Will definitely go back. Thank you Maryellen and Sheena!!!

I have been to this place 3 times now with my golden doodle 1st time not a great experience! Second time the charge was supposed to be $70.00 sent my son to get the dog charge was a$100! Now today they tell us that my dog is not a mini golden doodle and the have to raise the price. This place is a joke, I don’t know how they stay in business. Who ever we spoke with today gave quite the attitude. Will never go back! Very poor service. I would not recommend them to anyone 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.ok I’m adding to this review I was charged $100.00 for grooming I have the proof on my bank statement. Also you as in the owner told me that I would receive $25.00 off yesterdays service and of course you only gave me $20.00 off.Beware anyone that takes there dog to this shop get the price in writing before you commit if you don’t you will see charges that will appear. Plus the way this lady spoke to my son yesterday was totally unacceptable shame on you!! Just toClarify, this is not my wife that is writing this review. This is her husband David is writing the review.

This groomer is amazing! I have an elderly cat that stopped grooming himself a few years ago, this facility has a certified cat groomer that is awesome! She not only gives extra TLC to my old man, she takes time to educate me so I can care for his coat better at home. Highly recommend!!

Had our Great Pyrenees mix in for a de-shed and she came back with a significant amount of shed gone and her nails were perfectly rounded! And her pumpkin scent was a perfect compliment to the season. Thank you Layla!

Great place all the way around! It is incredibly clean and the staff is so friendly and listens to questions and provides feedback. Normally, my pup gets anxious at groomers, but after being here he was so happy and calm when I picked him up. AND he looks and smells great! We will be back! 😊

Thank GOD for Sheena! My Bernadoodle was unwilling to let ANYONE else groom her. We had tried everything!! Meds, muzzles, practice..... and Sheena instilled so much confidence she let us know she would give it a try. She worked with my pup and she is now to the point where she gets groomed with no issues at all, no muzzle, nothing! We are so happy with Furrever Friends and their willingness to help an anxious dog learn how to get groomed. THANK YOU SHEENA! You seriously rock!

very unprofessional Sheena is! I've been there 2 other times and never had a person talk to me in the way she did. I wouldn't be upset if she was nice but she was so rude even the girl cashing me out apologized for how rude she was. She told me I will not be allowed to bring my dog in early again because he barked! what dog doesn't bark! I brought him in barely an hour early And picked him up exactly when they called to tell me he was ready! No on there has ever said anything about him barking before. who knows how mean she was to my poor 8 pound dog while he was there! I would like the owner to reach out to me because of how offended I am about this .

7/8/23 - went back today - will never go anywhere else for grooming - love the people here - knowledgeable and the prices are lower than other places - they do such a thorough job - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - I have 5 cats and they are keeping them looking good!!! Thank you!3/23 The owner is very professional - explained everything in such a caring manner - our cat Vivi turned out beautiful! Excellent job - thank you so much! We will see you soon!

I had a wonderful experience at Furrever Friends. I am new to the area and my Westie is not the calmest dog but I was delighted with the grooming she received. The Salon is very clean and welcoming and the staff warm and friendly. I have found my grooming place and am so pleased.

Today was our first grooming session at the newly opened Manlius location and we were really impressed! The place is spotless and the staff is very friendly, there is a lot of cute merchandise and the place has a calm and friendly vibe. The groomer did an amazing job!! NEW FAVORITE GROOMER! I was looking for a new groomer near me and furrever friends came up. I decided to give them a try since I do not try just anybody with my baby. I was pleasantly surprised! The shop is so cute and clean. Lots of toys and treats for my pup. They treated my fur baby with love and care. I have a 4 year old shih-poo who gets nervous at the groomer. They made him feel comfortable and he didn't even run to me when it was time to pick him up. His haircut came out so adorable. He smelled so good and he got a cute little bandana. :-) They even informed me my pupper had a possible ear infection. As a dog mom I truly appreciated the heads up. I love how thorough they were. I met the owners and they were very pleasant and hands on. They made my pup and I feel like family. I will definitely be back! Furrever Friends is my pup's new home away from home! Thank you!
