I have generally had good service there, maybe one or two exceptions, but lately it has been very good. The only problem is that the service can be quite slow at times and it’s hard to get someone on the phone. I blame that more on the fact that there’s too many bloody people in the world, I hope they’re dispensing lots of birth control pills.

Pharmacy technician was very rude. Yelling at customers. Very poor customer service and right in front of the pharmacist. The pharmacist had to take over because his technician was refusing to work in a professional manner. Never go here again

Every time I've had to fill a prescription here, the pharmacy manager, Megan, has been great. She's always very thorough with making sure all of my questions are answered, and definitely goes above and beyond compared to other pharmacies I've gone to before. I don't understand how anybody could have left a bad review; they must have just been having a bad day, because Megan has been extremely friendly and helpful every time I've been there. She even takes the time to try to find coupons for expensive medications to try to save me some money also, which I'm sure she doesn't have to do. I'd definitely recommend this pharmacy to anybody in the area.

Ordered Rx last week by phone. Supposed to be ready last week. Tried to pick Rx up 8 days later. Entire pharmacy staff quit last week and they are thousands of Rx behind!

bad experience. Staff is not friendly. Makes mistakes. Refuses to spend time with the customer when dealing with manufacturer's coupons. Makes customer to come several times as it does not notify customer that they do not have meds in stock (which is often). Meghan, the pharmacist, is very curt and should be in a different profession than dealing with customers. Helen, another pharmacist, is marginally better. No reason for me to come here anymore.

By far the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever encountered. They will never have your prescription ready on time (even if you call 6 hours in advance) and the staff is rude. I have been to this CVS pharmacy three times, all bad experiences. I only go to this location when I am too tired to walk into CVS in Target in Fayetteville, That CVS is excellent. Avoid the Manlius location at all costs.

I have always had proper service and a professional attitude from this location. I have also witnessed people who were pushy and rude be handled as patiently as I could expect. There is nothing about this CVS that I have found negative and I frequent it for prescriptions and vitamins. Thank you for having a very clean atmosphere as well esp during this pandemic.

I went to this pharmacy 3 days ago to fill my routine med, Pulmicort. I was charged an 80 dollar co-pay. I asked why my co-pay had increased from 40 dollars (I've been paying this for a year) to 80 dollars and they told me to call my insurance to get a refund and they could not help me. So I paid the 80 dollars. I called my insurance company and was told to speak to CVS pharmacy and try to get a refund. So three days later, I went back to CVS and took my unopened med Pulmicort to speak to the pharmacist. I asked the pharm tech (she has purple hair) if she could find out why my co-pay was 80 dollars. The tech did not know how to help me so she took my med and spoke to Meghan. The tech came back and told me I was actually charged the incorrect amount and how I owed an additional 10 dollars to equal a 90 dollar co pay. I told the tech I shouldn't have to pay more money when I already paid 80 dollars. I was simply asking for an explanation. I didn't ask them to re-run my claim. The tech held my med and said legally I owed it. I told the lady with purple hair you can't keep my med and she said, "I can't hold it hostage but you owe us the money". So Meghan came over to explain and again told me I owed more money. At this point Meghan held my med and wouldn't give it back until I paid. At this point I am so confused...my baby is crying in the backseat and I'm crying because I'm so confused and upset. Meghan says I hate to make you pay but I have to. So because I needed my med I gave her my credit card and she credited my 80 dollars then charged me the 90 dollars. Then Meghan said, "some things are just better off left alone". My response was....how was I to know why my co pay increased and how can you legally charge me more for a med I already paid for.This is why I rated your store a 1 star. I used to enjoy the staff and Meghan but after today I will no longer be back. My doc/nurse have never heard of such poor behavior from a pharmacy and their staff. I should have never been charged more money when I was simply wanting an explanation. I was wrong and should have never paid extra. The staff lied to me when they said I was legally responsible to pay more. Shame on you!!

Just when you think service can't get any worse CVS is there to remind you that it can. I'm on narcotics, long-term use, valid reason and scripts, I don't run out early or cause issues. But I've been out since Nov 23 right on schedule, it's now the 29th and was supposed to get it today... Not in because of "manufacturer back order" I call bull they have a history of lack of candor. This is after I was told I'd have it a few days ago. No notification, nothing. Now, at 7pm it is my problem when they knew they were out. Didn't call me or my doctor to alert us of an issue so it's on me to know they're supplies and manufacturing processes? Please. Oh, it's not a big deal for them since it'll be me throwing up with diarrhea tomorrow. This isn't the first time they've shown their incompetence but it is the last time for me. Leaving for Kinney drugs who care and know what they're doing. CVS is awful. Just awful. My name is Scott DeMonte and I'm beyond furious.

I love my CVS store in Manlius, N.Y. Often I am greeted as I walk in the door and the front register person asks if I need help finding anything. This is not only welcoming but also very helpful, especially if you are in a hurry. The members of the pharmacy team are equally pleasant and helpful. They answer questions, and willingly come out from behind the counter to help you find o.t.c. medicines, vitamine supplements , etc. Getting my flu shot there was a breeze and completely painless. The drive thru pharmacy window is expedient and a blessing on bad weather days, or any time you are in a hurry. I enjoy my trips to our CVS. Love the deals on grocery staples, as well. I can plan on buying my favorite cereal and snack mixes there, along with gift cards, health care products and toys for birthays and holidays.
