CVS has improved with more staff both within the store and pharmacy. Shelved are pretty well stocked and once again the pharmacy pick up window has been open.

The CVS store in Manlius is conveniently located. It is large and clean, it is easy to find the items one is looking for, and the employees are friendly and helpful. But I have dealt only with the drugstore part of the store and not with the pharmacy part and have nothing to say about the pharmacy.

I used CVS in Fayetteville for years with good satisfaction. I switched to Manlius about a year ago because it was closer to home. This is not a good pharmacy. They are curt and disorganized.Today I went to pick up scripts that I had ordered through their app three days ago and was told they were not ready because I had ordered them through their app rather than calling them. When I said I had ordered them several days ago she responded that they were backlogged since they had a problem a few weeks ago with their system.So they filled the prescriptions while I waited which only took a few minutes, but this is very unimpressive. This is not the first time I was unimpressed by this organization.I’m going to find another Pharmacy to do business with.5/1/24: I decided out of convenience to try them a bit more. It has gotten worse. I keep asking to not be put on auto-refill to no avail. I keep getting text messages that a script has been refilled that I do not need refilled. I finally called and was told again that I am not on auto-refill and that I must have called to request the refill, like I am stupid!I am done with this store.

I know that the people in the pharmacy are doing the best they can. However, their systems terrible, whether tech, phone, text, online site, or the automated answering person. I have a class V controlled prescription, and CVS messes it up monthly despite having multiple refills! I have to detox from the controlled substance every month, which is awful. They also don't have it in stock, so CVS is having pill shortages and cannot secure my medicine because it is "so popular." Stockholders suck.

I came to the store and I did the self service kiosk for the photo tiles as they were listed as 50% off. So I did a set of 4, after printing them and having them all put together the total was ridiculous and it did not reflect the 50% off as advertised. The associate was horrible to work with and very rude!!! I come home to hang them up and they put the tiles together WRONG making it so I can’t even use the sticky adhesive to use to hang with not usable as they put it on the wrong side of the tile. If they would have put the tile together correctly this would have all been avoided!!!!! Not to mention when I went and told them i placed my order and it was in the process of printing they said to me they don’t even know if they have the tiles in stock!!!! Worst experience ever! I highly recommend to no go to this CVS ever.

This pharmacy is routinely under-staffed. I have been a customer for several years and they are regularly way behind schedule on routine script refills. It shouldn’t take several days to fill a refill that’s called in advance. I think I’ll look for a pharmacy that believes the customer deserves good service every time. Further, once my script was ready , I waited 30 plus minutes for the Pharmacist to check the script because she was tied up giving useless Covid-19 vaccines to patients. When did Pharmacists become nurses? When did free vaccines become more important than prescriptions ?

I am so done with CVS. For 10 days my prescription for Trulity has been processing. I tried to call them several times no answer. Now that I have none left my husband went there earlier today they said it would be ready in an hour. He said that the phone was ringing nonstop the whole time and none of them would answer it. I got in after a few hours to give them more time and they don't have it. I wait in this long line for them to tell me to go wait in a different area. Then they want me to go wait again. Then they say there is a national shortage but Liverpool and Cicero have it and by now they are closed. OMG it's always such a task to get medication I am so done with them. Switching to walgreens. They are closer to my house anyways.I did switch to walgreens. I was able to get the trulicity no problem. Not a 1 month supply but a 3 month supply. CVS had told me the insurance would not cover it unless I did a 30 day supply and basically waited until I was out of medication to go get it. If this is the case then how did Walgreens do it? This will be the next pharmacy to shut down. Years ago I decided to go to cvs as it was next to tops and kind of convenient. Then they opened up a location with a drive thru. The drive thru was great, so nice to not have to go in. That is if the drive thru is open. Its never open. In summary this is the worst pharmacy ever. If you value your time, do not go there.

Ashley today October 1st was horribly rude 😒😡 to me an my senior parents. Elderberry gummies in wrong spot that said Elderberry gummies for $6.99 we wanted for that price. She yelled an was like nope my handheld says $24.99 I know what it says back there I put them back there. I said can I show you she said sure but I am still not giving them to you for that price. Showed we were 99 percent right the sign said kids elderberry but they were in the wrong spot. We should not have been yelled at an that price should have been honored. Only took two of my step dad's coupons out of 4 but gave no nice explanation as to why she wasn't taking the others.

If I could give this horrid store negative stars I would. It is poorly managed and absolutely filthy. They never answer their phones and routinely do not have the medications I need. The people who staff the pharmacy are extremely rude and unhelpful. I could go on and on about this dump but it’s not worth it.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Been bed ridden all week of some sort of virus, had to wait 3 hours after a script was called in to get a call back. When they finally did the person on the phone said they could fill it but they need my insurance card in a snarky attitude, then hung up on me. Switching back to Kinney Drugs, stay clear of this place. 0 stars.

Horrible situation. I checked all online stores to see who was open. All the professionals locations stated they would be doing appointments the day after labor day. Because I felt so sick I chose this CVS location because it said it was doing covid test through the drive-thru. It confirm the time and date I selected and even sent me a confirmation a gour before the time they scheduled me. I drove 50 minutes because it showed this location was open for test. Staff did not but offer me a free take home test to find out they had none in-store. Best service ever..NOT

Whoever is managing the pharmacy must be smoking crack.I’ve never seen a store become such trash.Hour long wait times.Drive through is sporadically openLunch times change all the time.They keep saying they’re understaffed.So are lots of companies. Fix your issues or shut down the store

I only use this CVS pharmacy because it has a drive-thru. Target CVS is extremely inconvenient. However, since COVID, this CVS has also become extremely inconvenient. They are either closed when they are supposed to be open, or the drive-thru is closed. When I go it’s always after work (4-4:15pm M-F). For the last three weeks (it’s now 5/17/23) the drive-thru has been closed due to lack of staffing. I have NEVER been impressed with the staff anyway as they aren’t super friendly AT ALL and almost always seem miserable to be there..but this is getting insanely ridiculous! I went three days in a row recently to pick up a script, the drive-thru was AGAIN closed so I had to go inside. There were at least 10-15 people waiting in LINES all over the pharmacy area as there’s no room to form one obvious line. I got so tired of waiting I left..the first day..and the second day, I was desperate for my script by day three that I had to wait 20 min in the discombobulated line. The other thing I noticed is when I actually have to purchase something non-pharmacy there’s rarely anyone at the front counter to check me out. I wait and wait. Then someone will yell across the aisle “there’s a self checkout” HELLLO YOU DONT PAY ME TO WORK HERE! DO YOUR JOB! I’m so frustrated with stores and companies being short staffed and having terrible customer service. I’m seriously considering getting my meds online. No wonder so many people utilize Amazon for everything! 😡

I think the pharmacy does a great job at this location, and they are under a great deal of stress and pressure. I go there for a drive thru Covid test frequently to protect my family and friends. I host blood drives in our community, and I am around a lot of cancer patients. Even though I am fully vaccinated, boosted, and wear a mask inside always, I try to be very careful always. I appreciate the drive thru testing so much, and the staff are always kind and friendly. Thank you for offering this service during such an incredibly painful and difficult to time.

DIsgusting bathroom! Looks like it has NEVER been cleaned. Pee all over the floor, no hand soap, and it REEKS! Horrible hygiene for a pharmacy! Unacceptable!

Why am I surprised this CVS is only at 2.4 stars? Here it is 730pm on the weekday and trying to get my child's medicine and the pharmacy is closed altho it reads 9pm pharmacy 10 pm store. This hasn't been the 1st time either among other things. This is the worst neighborhood store in the area. Please Walgreens buy them out or something. They are that bad

CVS is nice they have all the medicine, vitamins and they also have a small area to do some grocery shopping if needed. The CVS was nice and clean and the service was friendly.

Flu vaccine for 93 year old gentleman wheel chair bound schedule for 11:30 in the morning put him in a vehicle transporting them got them out of the vehicle into CVS Pharmacy where they were told that appointments canceled Pharmacy is shut down is what I was told by the manager no notification and ask go back on the website and sign up for another one. Now I don't know why anybody in there right mind would sign up for another one only to have it happen again so if you need your vaccine go to Kenny's or Walgreens not CVS

I would like to commend the wonderful wonderful staff at the CVS in Manlius ( 715 Fayette St) NY.Penny worked with me on the phone to try and help with my insurance issues. She was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I think she is a star.I also worked with Meghan and Racheal. They also provided exceptional service. Please recognize them. Apathetic store. However, the Front Store manager is a gem. Although you can see the unfortunate results of what the company is turning him into. Pharmacy manager and staff pharmacist are a nightmare on legs. Psychotic comes to mind with this Pharmacy Manager. Verbally she says she cares, but in execution does not back up any of her words. I wonder if she has a conscious. The staff pharmacist is somehow, almost worst. She doesn't even act like she cares. Good Luck going to this Pharmacy!

Spent 35 minutes on hold to speak with someone in the pharmacy with a simple question, and no one answered. I hung up. The ppl they hire for these simple jobs of answer questions....sorry... just SUPER incompetent and do not care. I wish I could give them a zero.

Many things that frustrate me. 1) messed up prescription 2) lost my disposal camera film 3) took TWO weeks for my COVID test results (which ended up being positive). Don’t not go here. Absolutely horrible service also

Store clean, and staff friendly.Apologies for extremely short wait while staff looked for item and then saying it did not look as good would I wait until a better choice came in. During discussion the price difference was waved and I was told I would pay the lower price no matter which item I chose.
