I really like going in to this Dollar General. Some seem overly cluttered with stuff sometimes up both sides of the aisles making it Impossible to push my kids around in a cart but this one seems to always be pretty well organized and I really can find anything I'm looking for easily. The staff is also really friendly and helpful every time I go in I get a smile from at least one of them.

Store is good having close by, only complaint is the people that come litter garbage all over where I get it all in my lawn and have to constantly pick it up and it ruins my lawnmower. The store up the chain in management refuse to provide garbage cans outside its stores for customers to throw away garbage

Very dirty and stuff laying everywhere. Couldnt even get down some lanes. Stuff on floor and you can see mop patterns on floor in dirt where they didnt take their time cleaning or haven't changed water in weeks. Wont go to this one again I will travel 5 more miles to the next DG way better.

The manager & the ass man are wonderful, I was fighting CA they asked did we do something wrong u haven't been in, I sd no was very ill, now I go in they help me w lifting cases water put grocery in my car, they R fabulous, stores spotless, & and always pleasant, they go above & and being to treat all customers special I can't say enuf of how great Dianne & is assist manager R to not only me, but all ice seen them interact with. Kutos to Shortsville DG clean, everything in its place wonderful service

There are great prices on products to be had. Prices are well below the average store with lots of brand names. They are sold well below average price. If you're on a budget I need brand name products then this is the place for you.

Over crowded aisles pack with carts filled with card board. Floors so dirty if i was to drop something I would just leave it and grab another off of the shelf. No one sweeps or mops and there are labels from product all over the floors that just become one with the linoleum. All Dollar Generals seem to be this way. Trash holes!

Ver under staffed so there tends to be longer waits. Seems to be busiest in the morning and mid afternoon when the local school is dismissed. Great prices and the staff is very nice.

I was at the Dollar General store in shortsville New York I stood in line for 15 minutes the manager walked out of the store cuz she was off duty at 3:30 leaving 15 people in line one case Year and no one else that was scheduled to come in until 6 p.m. and this was 3:30 p.m. this happens on a daily basis in this store something needs to be done about this because there was almost a riot started because there wasn't another cashier to help a ring out customers this is the worst store I have ever been in your manager needs to learn how to schedule people at the busiest times of the day and evening and she has yet to do that something needs to be done about this immediately thank you for listening Donna Gardner shortsville New York

Oh I don't like it at all , to much bate and swap , the dog food was $1.00 a can , was charged $1.34 and I was told I was wrong , so. I told them to forget about it and walked out

Good for a quick trip to the store, close to other shopping, and the bus hub. Small store with cramped aisles.
