This store is a joke. Nothing is ever in stock, pharmacist opens later then they are supposed to- cranky sales associates. With the exception of 1 or 2 nice people- id rather travel further to a store that gets it right. This one clearly doesn't!

Pharmacists are overworked but still friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a problem getting scrips or guidance from them, but the pick-up line can be long. Store managers and associates are generally helpful too, but many items are locked in glass cases — and getting someone to open them is difficult because they are understaffed.

Honestly - the WORST. Pharmacist is rude and incompetent. People don’t come here for fun - they come because they need help, and are met with attitude and lack of professionalism. Would drive 10 miles out of the way to avoid this place.

Dave is amazing! In all the years I’ve known him, he is attentive, consistent, and a hard working individual that puts customers first. It’s not very often you see people like this so cherish them. He is the reason I enjoy coming to that store. I have had pleasant experiences with the other associates as well and the store is always well stocked. My only concern, on a corporate level is that the stores need upgrading. I think it needs a more modernized feel with updated computers for both employees and customers.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received from any pharmacy—let alone a CVS pharmacy. Checked around with some neighbors to see if I’m just unlucky but nope, the two or three people i asked said they’ve experienced the same.Their treatment of customers is borderline inappropriate. Avoid this place like the plague. You do not want people this unprofessional handling your healthcare needs.

The pharmacy hired a new pharmacist Maywell who is very narcissistic and judgemental. I feel for the others who work w her since the transfer of the past pharmacist who headed up the location.Thankfully I was sent to another cvs location where the pharmacist filled my script, called Maywells pharmacy about their professionalism, had me call to ask why I was treated as I was, filled my script (I’ve been taking for 14 years, same dosage) where they typically order to meet previous months demand.Narcissistic control freak who gaslights and uses projection.

The pharmacy service is getting as bad as it could be. KATHY is a pharmacy technician who has a bad attitude and provides terrible service. She doesn't seem to like the job and doesn't care much about customers.

Day after day the pharmacy service is getting as bad as it could be. How is possible that they decided to close for “lunch time” and then another break from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Today I went to get some medication at 4:45 PM, the pharmacy was closed and I was told that “they” will be back after 5:00 PM.Is it time to change Pharmacy?

Ive been going here for years. I have never had a true problem there and usually everyone in the store is friendly and helpful, including pharmacy staff, acouple of them seemed to be overworked, frustrated and in a rush but I havent noticed her there. There is another one who always seems annoyed and when you ask her a question she doesnt seem to know or doeesnt want to find out. Margaret is the only one whos always pleasant and the pharmacists seem nice. Just remember the take lunch and breaks now so the pharmacy closes but I can't seem to find where that is posted online so now I just try and go 1st thing in the morning when they open so I don't end up going at the wrong time.

The Pharmacy is Horrible. They always tell me there's a problem with re-filling my prescriptions, They tell me the Doctor doesn't fax over the Prior Authorizations, yet my Doctor Faxes them over TWICE.Apparently, they don't even do the Automated Refill line correctly either, because I had filled a prescription over the phone Saturday morning, and today, Tuesday, I went to pick it up and they said that they didn't see ANYTHING with my name on it. So They tell me to come back a half hour later.I come back a half hour later, and they tell me that my prescription is TOO OLD to be refilled. Yet, I have 1 Refill left, and the date on the bottle is for August 10th 2010. WE ARE IN MARCH RIGHT NOW and it's TOO old to Refill!?Don't even bother with these disorganized morons. Go to Stop and Shop in New Rochelle on Palmer Ave. I went there, and I have NEVER had a problem with them. NOT ONCE.

Horrible customer service. Would not take the time to look up my coverage for a basic penicillin. Something EVERY TEACHER IN AMERICA has coverage for. Would not take the time to look it up. I had to fork over $30 of my own money. Which I know isn’t a a lot, but they wouldn’t bother working it out. Never coming back here again. Taking my money and my business elsewhere. Rite aid.

Contrary to other reviews, I have had great experiences with this drugstore, especially the pharmacy employees. They are thoughtful, detailed and helpful, and after a year there, I know most of them by name, and they mine. Very happy with their service.

Waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru line for a COVID test. Upon finally getting to the window, I was met with a rude attitude from the pharmacist. I highly recommend going somewhere else for anything involving the pharmacy.

Y'all should work something out with the Wells Fargo Bank next door to move their sign. I could not find the entrance to your store as the WF sign is directly above your entrance. Confusing to find when driving or not from the neighborhood.

Their customer service is atrocious, the pharmacy always messes up prescriptions and management has little to no knowledge of how to deal with customers appropriately. I only go there because I LITERALLY have no choice right now.

I love this cvs. The pharmacy has the friendliest staff and even though they are overworked, they always go the extra mile to help you. I highly recommend this CVS pharmacy location.
