Nice store and the employees are extremely helpful. They carry just about everything you need to remodel or repair your home. I got a fabulous deal on dremel saw blades 6 for 13.99 only thing I didn't find was an apartment washer drain hose that is over 5 ft. Long store is neat and clean which makes it nice for customers to shop.

We bought an outside door from the Ward's in Malone, NY quite some time ago at a very reasonable price and we absolutely love it! The staff there were very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend!

For over 30 years this has been my hometown lumber yard and more recently where I shop for Makita tools. The service there is exemplary and whether I purchase a $5 dollar item or $400 (36v 16" chainsaw) I've never been let down by staff or product.

Plumbing section could be better. Find that things are considerably more expensive here. Its the convenience of being local I guess. If it's a big order, consider shopping around. Things that are extremely more expensive there. Staples, cedar shakes roofing and drip edge. Just started going there due to Samples closure but only for must have little things nothing crazy. Big projects I patronize Home Depot. Tool section should be expanded as well.From a place that I knew cut their own timber and milled it, their material is of the lower quality and the most expensive around. Called for shiplap this morning and it is more than double of where I eventually purchased it. Competive means close in quality and pricing. As a small business owner, i can not shop there. I purchased 48 feet of 5/4x 12 select 210 feet of shiplap and 48 feet of 1x4 for less (with tax) than the shiplap alone at Wards. Im so done at this place. Everyone else locally is extremely cheaper than here.

Went there today what a disappointment absolutley no customer service cashier named Linda was very rude and judgmental ( I am disabled) and so is my girl friend (disabled)when I finally got my two by fours I got hit on the elbow while waiting for them to load them in my car was got no appolie from the staff was going ask to speak with a manager but I had to be somewhere else at a certain time

This only refers to the drive thru area. Always check the wood before purchase. Other than that I would reccomend them
