I spent $60 worth of items, to have all my contents fitted into a small paper bag that ripped upon picking it up. I asked if I can be spared an extra bag, and was told no, they are limited. I just spent $60 in the store and you can’t spare me a 5 cent bag??? Ridicules!

The cleanest and well kept store I have ever been. I have been a janitor in many stores and hospitals as these jobs helped me attend college and university.

I called the store on Sunday 4/23/23 to find a knee support. Claire not only located the brace I asked for, but also brought two other options. We discussed them at length. She was knowledgeable, patient and kind. She held the product up front for my friend to simply pick it up. Most store associates would not have been as amazing. Great Customer Service is so rare in this day and age that I am amazed and appreciative when I do get it. Thanks Claire 👍

You can’t fix stupid. I went to Rite Aid to pick up my Amazon package since I had received a “Delivered” message from Amazon. The clerk at the counter told me it hadnt been delivered yet even though I showed her the message from Amazon. She said it should be in later that evening. Her manager checked too. Nope, it wasn’t there. I left and contacted Amazon who confirmed delivery to the Rite Aid counter. I called Rite Aid back and miraculously, they found it. This is the state of American businesses today? No wonder we need to “Make America Great Again”. What a disgrace.

Much better experience than shopping at CVS. I regret not switching my prescription years ago. Had social distancing markers for all lines. Takes pandemic safety seriously. Good low-stress shopping experience.

This store team and pharmacy department is friendly and fills prescriptions very fast! I was a customer of Wappingers Rite Aid but Wappingers is so far behind on prescriptions that I have my daughter get my prescriptions from the Mahopac location now. Great staff with Jackie, Daryl, Heather and Ron. Would give 20 stars if I could!

CUSTOMERS BE WARNED -- Today I went to Rite aid located at 159 route 6 to buy some balloons and a birthday card for my mother. A very nice man helped me get the balloons and filled them up for me. After leaving the store I put the balloons into my car no problem. Not wanting my mother to see what I got her until the whole family was there, I left them in the car. When I went out to get her card, the balloons, and other presents, one of the balloons came off of the string the worker tied it too. I thought, not a big deal, Ill just go back and tell them what happened. Little be known, I had a women named Debbie berate me and yell at me telling me that I was upsetting her. Not once did I use vulgar langauge or threaten her, not once did I raise my voice or yell. All I did was ask for another balloon because of their mistake. 1) The customer is always right. You do not have any right to YELL at the customer because they are asking questions. 2) If it's a rule, then explain it better. Send me a managers number to talk to. Don't refuse the customer information they have every right to have. --- Why would they hire someone who is rude to customers just for asking questions like why ? and who may I contact then?I have already contacted rite aid management about this, and will be speaking with the district manager within the next day or two, and explain to him or her that this is unacceptable behavior from an employee. You do not berate your customer. You do not yell at your customer.Hopefully you have a better experience then me.Rich
