Highly recommend Nikki’s! She did an amazing job on my dog Banks today! I was shocked when I saw him at pickup. I have never seen him look more handsome. We just moved to the area and I am so glad I found Nikki. Top notch customer service and you can tell all of the animals going in there are well taken care of during the appointments. I made appointment to groom my cat. They said rabies shot is required. This is ridiculous. That cat indoor and never was outside or in contact with other animals. I am not jeopardizing my 17 year old cat with rabies shot. Everyone knows the shot might affect nervous system.On top of it it is really challenging to get an appointment. Very disappointed.

Niki was able to get us right in and took care of my cats nails without any fuss which was amazing since she wouldn't let anyone else do them. Niki is a pro.

Nikki and her staff are amazing! I brought my 3 year old Samoyed in for grooming and they did a wonderful job with him. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and they did an outstanding job. Samoyeds require a little extra love and care when grooming due to their double coats, and Nikki is a true professional. 10/10 would recommend!

They were so accommodating fitting my Weimaraner in on short notice after my other plan for grooming her fell through. They did an amazing job and her coat is so soft and shiny. I’m very excited to have found a great place in the Mahopac area!

Nikki's is my absolute favorite place to get my dog groomed. I've taken him to around 10 places but none do nearly as good a job as Nikki's. They always groom him exactly how I want and their prices and customer service are both very good.

This was my first time bringing my shitzu to Nikki's and they did an AMAZING job. We keep his hair long so it's a little tricky but she did everything I asked her to do. Highly recommend this place!
