My dog got such a bad haircut, he's a schnauzer and they completely shaved him. he doesn't have a beard anymore. They complained that he was a "difficult dog" when he clearly was in a lot of pain, his skin tags were SHAVED to the point of bleeding and scabbing. They obviously has no compassion for animals. When he got picked up he seemed so off and upset, usually, he is super excited to see us. We used to go to Groomingdales, but they are low on staff right now. This was a quick fix for the summer. I'm so beyond disappointed for 80 dollars.

Ridiculously expensive and end product was awful. Brought my miniature schnauzer there and asked for a schnauzer cut and got him back shaved down with no style whatsoever. Very choppy haircut as well. All in all very sloppy. Frankly I could have done that myself for free. I also suspect she wasn’t very nice to my dog as he never bites and yet the owner stated he was biting her. She also made an inappropriate comment that I should not take him to the place I was taking him to be groomed as it seemed to her he was scared and maybe was being abused. Little did she know my brother who is a barber was grooming him and doing a great job. In fact my dog sat there calmly like a statue for most of the session with him. Too bad he’s out of town! This place was a poor substitute. I will definitely NOT be back and DO NOT recommend this place.

I never took my cats to a groomer before. They're both long haired cats but we have had no problem with bathing them ourselves when needed. But one of the cats started to get matted fur that I wasn't able to brush it out. We thought he was going to have to be shaved. We brought them to Look at Me Pet Grooming and they said they could brush it out! I was so happy he didn't have to be shaved! He is much more comfortable now that his fur is smooth and free of mats!

Zero stars(had to give a star to leave review)! Would give negative stars if I could! Do not ever bring your pet to 'look at me pet styling'! I brought my dog to get his nails clipped and watched the owner hit my dog in the face multiple times! When I brought it to her attention, she lied straight to my face. I watched her hit my dog with my own two eyes. Your animals are not safe there!

We took our dog Rose to Nichole today, and while grooming her, she found something of concerns. She notified us immediately and because of her experience and knowledge we were saved from a potential surgery/ very bad situation. I love this place!!

Prior to going to Look At Me!, my Shih Tzu was afraid of the groomers (had a couple of bad experiences at other groomers). Now he goes willingly and always comes out beautiful and happy with Nicole.My sister even brings her dog up from Florida to get groomed at Look at Me!Can't recommend it more highly.

I took my cat, Whiskers, who had never been to groomer. Nicole was wonderful. She spoke to Whiskers is a very reassuring voice. Whiskers made it difficult for Nicole but she never lost her patience.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS GROOMER.I ended up taking my poor dog to a emergency vet with razor burns and cuts all over him and choppy hair cut from this groomer Nicole. It is an disgrace that she can inflict pain on these animals and get away with it.YOUR PET IS NOT SAFE HERE.

Great place, took such good care of my chanel. I called all over to get a grooming and Nichole went out of her way to fit my pooch in! A great and friendly place. Will definitely be going back!👍👍

all the pets are treated with love respect and care....come stop in any time and see what untruth this one unhappy woman is spouting out..it saddens my heart that there are people who are so unhappy within theirselves that they have a need to hurt others and that is truly the root of her horrible words are from....the bbb was involved and dismissed her complaint based on the fact that for over thirty years not one complaint AND the picture we took of her pet groomed (we take pictures of all are precious clients for facebook) clearly showed how adorable he looked which once the woman found out we had insisted we take off the page ...our salon accepts other methods of payments.the Laundromat is right next door..not a few doors down the woman was an hour early for her appointment that is why carlo asked if she had an appointment...she did tip... carlo did know what she wanted once he realized who she was and did give her pup a puppy cut.she also was givin the option to reschedule as eye called her to inform that my mother was in the hospital and eye would not be there . we do not yell and scream at the pets...as matter of fact clients walk in all day long and always acknowledge how quiet and content all the pets are... we salon schedule our appointments so there is no stress of the darlings siiting for hours and no overwhelming feeling of so many pets to take care of .. we pride ourselves on the energy and it is reciprocated right back for us from the pets... this woman has her own problems long before she walked into my salon...and me..well eye prayed for her.. come by anytime and see and feel for yourself...your pets will be so glad you did..and so will you...Thank You

this place is where the pets go for a salon day... washed...dried and then groomed to owners specifications....very peaceful..pet living environment...I highly recommend and dog and cat approved.
