Clean store.. always stocked.. my only issue is prices are to high.. I cannot afford to shop as a grocery list, just hard to find items.. another issue I think there meat section could be better and the meat in better condition.. I won't buy meat there for I've had 2 bad experiences.. sorry.. I try to order a certain kind of waters that are flavored the manager tells me he cannot order them anymore ( either nestle splash-flavored. Or Adirondack-flavored) so that's not keeping customers happy.. I was told other customers have also requested the same waterSorry but I don't like what they offer..just 1 brand other than tops..All the staff and manager are the best though!!

I have been going to this supermarket for about 2 yrs now and its very friendly. This manager is amazingly nice. The prices are you know about inflation but its not terribly bad

Have been in the store 4 times to get a 24 inch sub to be told they don't have the 24 inch rolls but we can do 2 of the smaller rolls for you, I told them no thanks I want the 24 inch roll because I like the roll itself. They said we sell out of the rolls pretty quickly the deli does open at 8 AM, I told them I have to be to work by 7:30 and work far enough away I can't go out there for lunch. If the store knows this is a big selling product why don't they get more of these rolls? I am sure I am not the only one.

Great store with amazing produce, friendly staff and many general items. Typically they have staffed cashier's to help you checkout.Even though tonight we were after the normal staffing hours, the self checkout manager (Jess) came and checked out our groceries.God is good everyday.

Not at all satisfied. Brought out wrong combinations of food. Fries, onion rings were cold. Had to remake my burger and took 20+ minutes. With 2 bites, I could realized I could not eat burger. Asked for relief and was given 15% off. Would rather they took my meal back and not charged me. Very long process to get thru meal. Lunch outing was a waste. They had plenty of staff, so not sure why.

i worked here for 2 weeks, first paycheck was not given to me. long story short i needed a police officer to bring my paycheck out to me and i was banned from the property. respect and personal dedication and actions within the staff is the only serious problem.

Lowville Gas Station I was unable to use my grocery receipt to access my .30 cents off. The mini store was locked and the attendent was more interested in the work being done in the parking lot.She suggested I go into the store. I was on my lunch break and had to return to work. Customer Service not... I live 30 miles away and only work in Lowville one or two times a month.

They have a monopoly in Boonville as the only true grocery store. It's always crowded, overpriced, and has a pretty dismal selection in produce/products.

Prices are outrageous! Freezer cases are unlit and items hard to find. Produce is not very fresh. Deli salads look like they've been sitting there far too long (gross!) and deli employees are not friendly. Bakery cases are usually mostly empty and not clean. Worst of all, never enough checkouts are open at busy times. I prefer to drive 30 minutes to Carthage, NY to Price Chopper which is MUCH cleaner, has fresher produce and has better prices.

One of the best grocery chains in my opinion. The rotisserie chickens are about $1 more than Price Gouger but they are huge compared to the pigeon-sized chickens Gouger sells. Many specials every week, much better selection of breads including Pepperidge Farms which is getting harder to find. Nice cuts of meat, very good eggs and dairy, produce always fresh and plentiful. Nice selection of items not found in other stores like spicy kielbasa, heart breads, and much more. With Walmart right down the street selling generic food its nice to have a grocery store that focuses on quality and customer service.

Tops is a better shopping experience than Wal-Mart with a better selection in most food items and often with better quality options. The only drawback is that in many cases items cost a bit more, if you don't mind paying a premium for some items TOPS is the best option around here. If price is all you care about you should be shopping at Aldi.

This is our main grocery store. We always get our meat and produce here. Some prices are higher than our nearby Walmart so we comparison shop. In some cases, things are less expensive at Tops than Walmart.

I was looking for dairy-free cheese here. Not one employee could tell me where it was until ask where the tofu was. Cuz dairy-free cheese is always next to tofu. Employees are Not very knowledgeable about their store.

Very happy with the store in general except for the fact that I stood and rang the meat department bell for 13 minutes and no one ever came to help me so I went to a different store.

I tested Samsung pay at one of the registers and it does work. You can pay with your Samsung phone.They recently added gas pumps, I have not tried them yet.

Nice tops.. Clean, stocked, but it's hard to find staff to assist and when u ask they seem bothered.. Not always the same experience.. But more often it is.

Friendly and helpful staff. The selection is lacking and they often run out of items so it makes it difficult to actually put together a list of items needed as they may be missing a key ingredient.
