When I walked in not one person said anything to us. I walked up to the counter sit there for a little bit. The gentleman never said can I help you or anything I had to take excuse me how much is this helmet? After spending roughly $170 there I said, thank you sir have a good day. He turned away for me without saying a word. I will never go to that place again so rude and disrespectful.

I bought a used Suzuki 250DR from them a while ago. One of the mechanics forgot to properly put the oil filler plug in when I came to get it, which ruined a new set of boots after it came off mid-ride. A few weeks after I took it home, the cylinder in the engine blew up, totaling the bike, and leaving me stranded about 5 miles from home at 8PM in the evening. Which resulted in me having to push the bike from just outside Martinsburg through Lowville down Route 26, earning a few laughs and jeers as I went through town fatigued from pushing the bike up all the hills. It was good exercise though.The owner did more than right by me however, offering me a used Honda Shadow with installed saddlebags and windshield valued above the Suzuki that I've been happily riding and caring for ever since. All at no extra charge, just a trade in for the blown up Suzuki. Their selection of riding equipment is decent for the shops size as well, and any questions I've had have always been welcome. If you are looking to break into riding, I can safely recommend them. One of the best shops in the area in my opinion, despite the rocky beginning of my experience.

I bought a used snowblower from these guys based on their recommendation based on my property- a Honda 928. It is in great condition, starts on the first pull every time and has no trouble with the end of the driveway when the plows go by. The sales staff treats you like a friend and then follows up after the sale to make sure everything is all set. You can buy with piece of mind from Lowville Sport and Farm!! They were not pushy, got me what I needed, and made sure it ran great. Very happy!

I've always had great experiences with the Thisse family and their staff. Purchased both atv and enclosed trailer from them, as well as other smaller items. Honda is a great product and I highly recommend you check them out. The Rubicon is the best atv I have ever owned.

Good guys, but their small equipment service is really slow. I purchased a Honda lawn mower from them in 2009. Spring service used to take two weeks, which I thought long at the time. This year, it took a full month to get my mower back. I believe that their service department is too small to perform timely service. Honda mowers are great, but I will look for an independent to service my mower in the future.

I bought a plow less than 8 months ago 8ve had problems with it since was put on there's a short in wiring harness and I can't seem to get anyone to fix the problem this is my first bad experience but it's gonna wind up starting a fire or ruining another new battery .so not happy at all

Worst experience I've ever had buying an atv and I paid cash the machine didn't even make it off the trailer when I got it home because the transmission left it I gave them a month to fix it and they didn't touch it so I started asking for my money back that took another month after making multiple attempts to get it and there was always an excuse why I couldn't so finally went in and said if I didn't get my money I was going to the sheriff's department so they finally decided they might want to give me my money back but they didn't want to give me back all of it and employees had an argument about not cleaning up the paper work so they wouldn't have had to so finally got them to cut me a check I dont get it I know a ton of people that have bought stuff from these guys to include my father and many close friends and all have had great experiences with lowville sport and farm I will not be doing business with these guys again...
