Last year I posted a review about the customer service at the pharmacy desk at the Lowville location in Kinney’s. After continued visits to this location, I discovered the customer service at the pharmacy desk is actually superior to other locations. While a couple bad eggs can pop up anywhere in retail, I’ve realized the good eggs (employees who strive for excellence) are more important and worth writing about. The patience, kindness and willing to help employees at the pharmaceutical desk has been a very important key to this upgraded review. I highly recommend this location for all of your needs and appreciate the kind people who make this pharmacy run so smoothly.

Pharmacy Tech is rude and constantly has issues with the one. Will be switching to another and encouraging others to as well. Pharmacist and other staff are kind and courteous. Frequently has everything you may need.

There is so much more to this store if you actually take the time to look ... A lot of clearance items at great prices! Everyone is always friendly and helpful ... I go a couple times a week for great deals

I work here so of course I am byis. Great place to bump into neighbors, friend's, family's​, and finally bit of shopping while the pharmacy fills your prescription. Don't forget the all important candy bar on the way out.
