Store is a typical dollar tree which I love, HOWEVER, there was a woman there named Shampa or something like that at the register there was a huge line that went passed the middle of the isle. I politely went over to her and asked if she could please call someone to open another register which usually they do. She looked at me, gave me a dirty look and just kept scanning! Didn’t say anything you could have said something I felt so disrespected and ew. she rung me up and didn’t even ask if I wanted my receipt she just grabbed it crumpled it up and threw it away! I did want it but at that point I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything. Eventually another kind worker opened another register for people because they noticed the line.

very clean and well organized shop in Albany. I have been to lots of dollor tree shops, but it is one of the best shop in the world. I lcould find what I want very easily. but one thing I had bad experience is the attitude of staff. but overall I was very satisified. just go and get it.

This store has a ton of stuff. The staff is so kind. Loved our cashier - brown eyes, long brown hair. Kind woman, very friendly. I appreciate her. My favorite dollar tree.

The cashier was extremely friendly and purchased Birthday balloons for my daughter out of her own pocket. So generous! Will be a returning customer.

No different from any other Dollar Tree, however this store is in a very convenient location. Everything costs a dollar, the placement of items can be a bit messy, and the lines can be long during the holidays (perhaps they were short staffed?). As a retail store, it serves its purpose. Customer service is just fine.

Store well stocked and staff very helpful and friendly.My complaint is about the parking lot. It is littered around the entire building and trash can outside is usually overflowing. Not a good first impression.

This Dollar Tree is very nice inside. It had exactly what I was looking for. My only complaint would be the entrance and exit are hard to get in and out of due to traffic. Parking lot is quite small.

This store is a disaster to the loudonville community. Trash everywhere. No garbage cans, and never swept. Worst store to come to loudonville. Shameful. “We don’t have trash cans because people put their trash in it”-employee. Disgraceful.

Great store helpful staff whenever I need something it's right there and the reason why there aren't any trash can is because certain people choose to bring their household trash or clean their entire vehicle out in the parking lot and then just overflow their waste can so because of a bunch of bad eggs they took the trash cans away and some people who are Chad's feel that by them not having trash cans they should give it a low review when you should be throwing your trash away at your house or at your own convenience and not making it someone else's especially someone else's business problem great store in Loudonville by the way too bad some people have to be Karen's and Chad's

It is organized but sometimes it can get a bit messy inside the store. You can get $1 helium-inflated ballons here- i love getting a couple of these for occassions. The staff that I meet at the store is always nice and helpful.

I mean it's the Dollar Tree what more can you say..Each store carries something different so if you see it you better get a bunch because once it's gone you might not see it again.

Dollar Tree um is a dollar store nice dollar store um it's located Osborne road and shaker road it's right on the corner there is a mobile and there's AR Mr. Sub and there's a McDonald's on the far corner and I found the a dollar store to be nice I'm people are nice a helpful um for a new store that just pull then I thought I'm they had AM nice stuff not is full is other stores but um good place to go and if I could I would give them 25 stars and i got my wife's something in there for a good price the end

Seems like all dollar stores n eed more help for stocking the shelves. Its not the workers fault. It's the company.should have night workers for stocking the shelves. To many boxes in aisles etc.

Very neat and clean store. Stopped going to other Dollar stores but now I found this one, will return and bring my sister. It was a pleasure to shop in a neat store. Please stay that way.

Best dollar tree location in the area. Very nice staff everyday, shelves are usually fully stocked. I’m here almost everyday !

Store needs to have more checking out staff. It not fair that the customers wait all the way down the aisle. What about the customers with 1-2 items compared to the cart full.?

Need reading glasses at 3 and greater power. Although numbers listed on the display list greater than and equal to 3, there is nothing over 2.75. Please order some 3s and 3.75s.
