My terrier Jo Jo LOVES Treats and Tips. I've been sending him to Doggy Daycare, grooming, and boarding for over 5 years because Thiago treats him like family. Ive never met a someone who loves my dog more than I do. (Watching a grown man adoringly greet my 14lb dog in the morning is about my favorite thing in the world.)Joey is older, and adopted, and he had anxiety around other dogs when I first got him. I knew he needed to be socialized but between terrible dog walker and other bad experiences, I was worried about who I could trust. But T&T has been more amazing than I could have expected. Daycare has small groups of dogs, anywhere between 4 and 12 given the day. There's a lot of one on one attention between the humans and the pups, and lots of walks. Joey eats breakfast and sometimes dinner there when I come home late from work. And he's in completely safe hands, Thiago runs a tight ship, and is such a great communicator.When I used to board him he'd always act weird for the next few days, either anxious when I leave the room, or totally lethargic. But since I've been using T&T, JoJo just acts like normal when I get back. (Crazy excited, a little more snuggly, but normal.)Can't say enough good things! Highly suggest you check them out!Ps. I had a very pleasant experience with Alex the owner and Alex the groomer at Treats and Tips. I have a one year old Shar Pei that needed grooming and it would've been her first time. We have been turned away by other grooming place where I've been told that my puppy was very aggressive and they just didn't wanna deal with us. I explained this situation to Alex when I first gave them a call. He was assuring me that they will try their best to work with her. I dropped my pup off and picked her up after an hour. Everything went well and when my pup was returned to me she seemed happy and relaxed which assured me that she was in good hands - Alex must have been very patient and kind to her, I know that she is a "little" stubborn. They understand that some dogs might need a little more time than others to feel comfortable with strangers. They definitely have their ways with dogs, I highly recommend them.

Thiago is the best!!!! He’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to talk to you for a long time about your dog and their needs. Our dog always leaves happy after spending time in day care. Whenever we walk anywhere near Treats and Tips, she is dying to visit Thiago!

We could go to a less expensive daycare, but our dogs love this place and the owners. It's a good sign when your dogs are thrilled to arrive at daycare. Even better when they pick up good walking habits along the way. Alex and Thiago are dog whisperers.

This place is the worst not recommendable at all. The owner is extremely rude! Yelled at me over the phone for rescheduling appointment.Did not take in consideration my need of rescheduling! Practically fought with me over the phone as to why i was rescheduling when i mention my reason as to why. Also my dog leaves this place being down for a week i believe this place sedates dogs. I have to buy my dog a toy for her mood to be happy. My dog is a very playful happy dog but when she comes out from this place its concerning her behavior. Also has multiple cuts and bleeding on the tummy and chest! Never coming back here due to the owner being so nasty attitude and im concern for my pet! Clients dont need to be treated that way. when us clients for more and 1 year paying there high pricing fees! Beware of your dogs behavior after leaving this place!

I never leave reviews but I feel that this is necessary. I have been a customer for 3 years and today is my last time ever coming back. My dog clearly wasn’t groomed properly and when I brought this up to Thiago he acted very unprofessional. This isn’t a cheap service and you’d think a loyal customer for 3 years would be entitled to some sort of discount or at least brought back in to fix the mistakes. Instead, Thiago was standoffish and quick to blame a new employee which made me feel uncomfortable, and I question how his employees feel working for a rude boss. This might explain the poor service. Alex and Thiago are true dog whisperers. Daycare prices are steep, but well worth it. Our puppies learned to socialize, walk and sit while at daycare. Our dogs are thrilled to come here every time. Boarding is also amazing and personalized. A groomer is frequently available onsite. It's also a great sign that people who've left the neighborhood still occasionally bring their dogs back here for daycare.We couldn't be happier!

Very rude and unprofessional behavior by Thiago and not experienced groomer!I was taking my dog to this place for the last 3 years. Our last visit was such an unpleasant experience, very disappointed!My dog, who’s about 15 lbs came out after 2.5 hours (1.5 hours would usually take) looking like she’s halfway done! After pointing out what is not looking right, I was rushed out of the store saying it’s not their fault but my dog’s who’s old (7 years old though). Giving 2 stars for the past experience, this one was very disappointing. There are many other places where, I’m sure your dog and your money would be more appreciated.

My regular spot to get my 11 year old long-haired dachshund groomed. Workers there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very attentive to detail and are always spot on with how my dog's haircut turns out. They have a good selection of dog food and accessories. Nothing like a valuable and independent pet store.

A lot of places asked me to leave my puppy overnight but treats and tips allowed me to pick my pup up after a few short hours.When I picked her up she looked/ smelled amazing and she seemed so comfortable!Aditionally, This place was uper clean and the doggies were all so well behaved !

I brought my dog here for a second time because the first time they did great. This time however my dog was left with multiple scars across her upper stomach area. The scars are red with a raw like freshly ripped off skin look. All the owner did was apologize after defending his groomer. Second and last time... good luck!

Small but very nice. They carry very good, selected high quality products. My cats have an allergy to poultry and grain. One of the only places I am able to get Orijen Red dry cat food consistently. It's is a very high quality, human grade red meat dry food that comes from Canada. It's very hard to get, even in specialty holistic or organic pet stores. They even ordered and stocked up the large bags bags for me. Great guys and they do doggy day care there too. They're genuine guys and are all about pet care.

Our go-to for doggy day care and boarding. Trendy clothing and top-notch food supply (E.g. Origen). Thiago and Alex are true dog whisperers. Both of our puppies learned to walk properly here. We are already dreading the thought of moving away from the neighborhood. Our dogs love coming here!

As soon as I walk into Treats and Tips I am greeted by ferocious dogs who bark and growl at me (unprovoked). The prices are outrageous I.E. $21.99 for a small leash. Not to mention the infuriating quality of the items. I bought a medium jacket for 59.99 and it ripped about a week later. If I were you I would skip the trouble.
