My dogs will not walk past this store without pulling me in. Great food and helpful associates. Treat samples, same day delivery options, unfrozen fresh food available, and access to the full JFFD selection. My dog has done well after switching to JFFD from kibble.

This is a great welcome addition to the LIC neighborhood. I usually feed my dog a mix of dry food and wet canned food but she has always had moderate to severe environmental allergies where the licking and scratching is sometimes non-stop. I've been constantly looking for alternatives to provide her relief and tried all kinds of supplements, fish oils, etc. but to no avail. I really hope that the high quality and healthy dog food that this place serves up is going to be the solution! They have pre-made frozen packets with a variety of flavors as well as non-refrigerated small cartons with the same variety of flavors. They also sell all kinds of supplements to assist with a wide spectrum of health needs and of course dog treats. Very friendly staff that will walk you through everything you need to know to make the transition to their dog food. It's pricier than standard dog food options but if the health benefits that I'm hoping for come along with it then I'd say it's definitely worth it.

No one is ever working here, I arrived at 10 when they supposedly open, no one. I came back at 1030, no one. This has happened on multiple occasions

The store was locked and unstaffed at 6:30pm on a Thursday, supposedly during their opening hours.They should either post signage if the employee is on break, or update store hours if they close before 7pm.Very friendly and helpful service otherwise.

My dog loves their one ingredient dehydrated treats! This location is convenient, clean, and well stocked.

This place is beautiful. Very clean and I can bring my pet. They even have a water bowl which on these hot summer days my dog appreciated.
