Went there for a covid shot. Had an appointment and after waiting 25 minutes wound up leaving without having the shot. Why do they make appoints if they don't keep them?

I got my son's passport photo here and it was not accepted by the State Department. The Passport photo that this Walgreens took did not meet the standards set by the US Government so the application was unable to be completed without resubmitting a new photo. Do not get passport photos at this location, or you risk the photo not meeting the State Department's standards. I called the store and they were unwilling to take a new photo free of charge, despite their guarantee that the Passport photo would meet government standards.

Do yesterday I stopped into this location since I was visiting family & I needed a few items that I forgot, I was helped by David, he was awesome plus great with his customer service skills. I will always stop at this location when I am in the area, Thank you Walgreens for great employees like him….

This is your best local pharmacy in Long Beach. The employees are amazing and always so helpful. They have many services like the photo department and their Fedex counter. And they always have everything I need. 10/10 would recommend.

Pharmacy is awful. Always a long wait. I'm saying this now as I've sat on pharmacy line for over 20 minutes and they've helped 2 people in that time. Store inside is fine but pharmacy is slow.

Scheduled a Covid test.Unfortunately you have to have a bike or a car to get this done- I walked there, but was told to return with a bike or a car for the drive through.My concern is that this is not accessible to all people- those without vehicles.In the end, retuned with my bike. Test results expected in 2-5 days. I didn’t think test results took longer than 48 hours in 2022- we’ll see.

Wallgreens in long beach ny is fabulous. Lashawn is so wonderful to the clients. She is a darling great employee. Victor our pharmacist. We love him he is also the utmost pro. And so knowledgable. The entire staff is just lovely. Kudos to this store

This is your local pharmacy. This are great and friendly. The pharmacist here will answer all your questions and recommend some stuff to help you out. Only issue is that Tiger Balm patches are double the price here compared to other stores. :(

This pharmacy is absolutely horrendous. I had a prescription called in at 11am and went to pick it up at 730 pm that night. The terrible staff told me that they wouldn't have it until the next day after four. No call or anything to let me know that they would not be able to fill my script. Please go to CVS because this place sucks. Acted as if I was bothering them when I came to pick it up and they didnt have it. TERRIBLE.I would give them zero stars but it is not an option.

Don't bother calling the store for any inquiries. I had such a poor experience calling to find out some product availability and the guy who the answered the phone was rude and didn't even tell me that I was going to be placed on hold and I wasted over 20 minutes holding only to get disconnected. I will never go back purchase anything from this store again.

Great Walgreens, a few staffs is lack of experience. Ask them something they never know. They just guessing their way instead of asking the older staff for help so their can learn as well.

I went to use the FedEx counter. They were rude. They had no tape for customers so I had to buy tape. Very ill equipped counter. Will never use again.
