Very impressive. Considered one of the largest Walmart stores in Western New York. Located on Transit Road near Runnings and Home Depot. Very clean and well organized inside and out. Better selection than most STORES. Seemed like a bigger tool selection than most. 148.00 for a Hart cordless 1/2 inch multi purpose hammer drill is very good. Definitely a very comprehensive auto center. Lots of tires. Outstanding very well organized movie section. One of the better grocery departments. Lots of variety. Bit of a ride but worth it!

Worst place to buy a bicycle. Not much of a selection. I had purchased one from there a few months ago, let's say it didn't last ( daily rider from home to work and back.) So I took it to a bike shop and they asked me where I bought from. So I told them and they laughed. The person told me they don't know how to adjust anything on them properly or making sure things were properly tighten down (which includes bearings) before putting it on the sales floor.

Good luck calling this store and getting switch board or any other dept other than pharmacy .. disgraceful.. add that to the empty shelves . Out of stocks .. and many clerks who.dont have a clue as to.how to help you and it's no.wonder why many choose.to.shop elsewhere . It's sad and it's fixable. They choose not to..

Warning do not buy car batteries from Walmart do not save the money just go out and buy from advance or AutoZone they are much better batteries even though they take away the warranties at least the last The batteries that I bought from Walmart they sold me a dead battery I try to return it in four days and they said I can’t return it do not buy from Walmart or you will be sorry I tried to warn you save your money

Lost a $300 sale. Waited for 20 minutes for help and cashier paged someone twice. You need to have a backup for sporting goods. Don't waste your time go to Runnings next store.

Delivery is absolutely terrible. Do not have Delivery to home.These drivers just CAN Not read address. Consistently deliver to wrong house. I even put number ,house color, shutters color and sign for order. They still leave order at wrong house.

Had worst experience at this center. They gave my order to someone else without checking the id or asking for order number. The manager Ashley Robertfor the orders department was talking without logic. When I asked what happens if you have multiple orders with same name, she said “It never happened” in that store so they deliver items without checking id or asking for order number. I lost 200$ because of their irresponsibility. I will never buy anything from Walmart in my life.

Somehow Lockport Walmart can not figure out supply and demand logistics. If you are looking for the generic cheaper option of anything, it will be wiped out completely, if you go back in a month that very specific item will still be wiped out, even if you are looking for multiple specific items, they will all consistently be completely out of stock. I've lived here for years and been to every Walmart around the state, they have every option, Lockport just can't get it right, if people are consistently buying more of something, perhaps you should stock a little extra to keep up with demand... And if you grocery shop there, don't bother between the 1st and 10th of every month. The EBT people literally make it look post apocalyptic. I very much dislike this town. Has a way of wearing you down and really aggravating you consistently. Drive to Clarence, they actually restock there and do visual inventory. 🤷‍♂️

Emily stated she was the manager though her tag stated coach and she didn't want her nametag available when making note of situation after denying the sale of products found on the sales floor and ringing up with no recall or other errors.

It's a Walmart. This one is dirtier than most and customer service is pretty much none existent. Parking lot is rough & dirty too. Some employees travel in packs inside the store. I usually try to not go here.

Much better than my usual walmart... plenty of things in the clarence aisle including $1 bath towels! It was clean and not packed...great produce section!

Some jerks were using Walmart parking lot to avoid Transit. Doing at least 30 miles an hr. Be careful at night. This happened to us my daughter ,grandson and I at around 8:40pm.

My candle wax warmer broke only one day after having it. That's why I rated a 4 out of 5 stars. They really need to check their merchandise that's really that expensive and really make sure they work. Maybe even check the quality. For a store that only does quantity over quality is ridiculous. Walmart used to be better than that. I wish they would uphold their old mission. Which is to provide the best quality of stuff for the everyday low price.

The best Walmart in lockport area. All the groceries , fresh vegetables and fruits are of good quality and very cheap than wegmans or aldi. They have a very good collection of not only wool but also bakery items and all other daily needs which we require from day to day life like clothes , chicken fish eggs cheese furniture cutlery dairy items and even their spices are incredible.Their whole milk is also delicious in taste and even their donuts and ciabbata are to die for. I regularly visit walmart for all my daily needs . Their clothes are so good fashionwise and even price wise. I love walmart. It has made my life very convenient. ITS THE BEST OF ALL.

AUTO CENTER ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE FOR ONCESeriously need to get policies straightened out. I do a pick up order and it tells me afterwards I need my own bags and I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone number while waiting on my order and nobody ever asked if I needed help in the pick up spots. Only about 3 days ago it says nothing will be bagged and yet today i see employees bagging everyone's pick up orders.. so confusing, never consistent and pick up seems like a major hassle

Why is it that I can select same day pick up for an item that shows as in stock, but Walmart has to substitute when I go to pick up my groceries? Do the pickers just not see it on the shelf? Or does Walmart really run out of stock that quickly?

Store is usually over crowded and they only have 2 or 3 registers open so the lines are insanely long. They wont open a new register unless someone starts complaining. This day there were 10 people ahead of me in line with 2 registers open.

I drove all over western ny today looking for affordable tires for my car, Military Road store told me they had them and wen I got there they tried to sell me more expensive tires I couldn’t afford, then I called PepBoy’s on Elmwood Ave in Amhurst and they told me they had them half the price Military Road WalMart told me, when I got there they tried to sell me more expensive tires the same as Military Road Walmart tried to bait and switch me, I drove home disgusted then I called Lockport NY Store and Gentlemen on phone verified they had 4 tires in stock at the price I could afford and I drove from Niagara Falls and stopped for gas ⛽️ on the way, and got gas ⛽️ for $3.209 a gallon on the Indian reservation before I got to your Walmart store to buy the two tires I needed at the price I could afford. I wish to thank you 🙏 store for helping me out and I am very pleased with your service and my experience todayYee Haw 🤠

Quick and easy drive up pick up. Quick in and out when I had to go inside for something as well. More cash registers at this store than any other walmart I've been to in the last 5 years. Overall, good experience 😀
