Your standard pharmacy with convenience items. Some items are overpriced, but that's to be expected of a pharmacy. Other items, however, are cheaper than you may find elsewhere. I usually pick up water flavor packets, which are cheaper here than anywhere else in Lockport.The staff is helpful and polite, and the store is always well-kept and tidy. Never had to wait long for any vaccines, either.

Extremely dissatisfied with this Walgreens pharmacy in particular. I've consistently had problems with this pharmacy over 3+ years and I'm so over it. This doesn't need to be so difficult.Edit: editing to suggest not to use this pharmacy. They will hold your meds hostage even after you've paid for them.

Switched insurance must use Walgreens or pay more for scripts. I’ve been on hold for over an hour. Finally speaking to someone.. who said I should have doctors call in all new scripts. BIG NO!I then insisted they transfer all the meds from Rite Aid ASAP,WHOMEVER A SPOKE TO WAS RELUCTANT BUT DID IT..L THANKS

Had some photos developed . The clerk was so very helpful and courteous. A great pharmacy. If you can’t find something, come here. You’ll probably find here. Also, a great selection of greeting cards! Also warm greeting upon entering store.😀

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ignored at the pharmacy desk for 10 minutes. Then the computer system crashes and they can’t sell us any cold meds. Says it could take 20 minutes to reboot and no guarantees it will work… plus they are leaving in 20 minutes and can’t stick around. This was after we stood at the counter watching them serve multiple drive thru customers before even acknowledging us standing there.When told we needed that med tonight they suggested we go to their 24 hour Walgreens 45 minutes away.Nope. 3 minutes down the road is rite aid. In and out in under 5 minutes. NEVER AGAIN Walgreens. There are way too many options… customer service makes the difference and your entire treatment of our scenario sucked.

I had 3 Covid tests scheduled. 1 at 215, 230, 245. I pull up at 215 on the dot. They tell me they don’t have them printed. Fine cool no worries. I’ll wait. They proceed to tell me if someone pulls up behind me, circle around and get back in line until they are ready. I had to do this multiple times. First appt goes by. Second appointment goes by and by the 3rd appointment they were ready for my first. Completely unprofessional.

The pharmacy is life threateningly awful. Not an exaggeration, they literally put two customers lives at risk. Even with Dr approval and specific directions the pharmacist got confused and admitted she didn’t understand the Drs directions so she was afraid to give out the script. Instead of clearing up what “ scared” her she just ignored it making a diabetic wait until after the medication was due and made the patient call the dr. The sub pharmacist is even worse. Either they are utterly incompetent or they are stealing scripts to sell in their own. I can’t think of any other reason it is consistently a problem with them.

Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help, even if busy doing their own thing. Photo center has amazing items and quality! They offer in store pick up, curbside pick up, door dash and insta cart friendly! Save a ton of money with their rewards program, savings and coupons!Updated: FedEx pickup and drop off location, must have item boxed and label attached. Pharmacy takes most insurances except Fidelis. They do in fact take Blue Cross unlike the review below saying otherwise, the insurance most likely would not cover the certain medication they wanted.

The customer service was terrible. I actually had to come twice in one day because the first time I came I waited in the drive thru for over ten minutes to pick up a script and watched five people's orders be completed by the young man behind the counter and he never once said anything to me so I left. On the second trip I waited for a good ten minutes for the girl who was working the window to go find another employee to cash me out because she didn't know how to get my script or work the register I'm guessing I really don't know she never said anything to me either.... I understand how training works and customer service better than most as I'm employed as a customer service specialist. You all need to REALLY train train train because this was by far two of the worst experiences I've ever had. Address the customer let them know what's going on I mean come on.... No one should come to a business and not even be addressed for over ten minutes... I will not fill prescriptions here EVER again.

The only complaint I have is the amount of garbage from tim hortons and McDonald's I saw on the shelves along with empty coffee cups. You need a garbage can. There are none. Not outside and nowhere inside hence the trash that is being placed on your shelves.
