Went in for a few things today, and got to the counter and the gentleman was taking care of another couple that were there before I even got in line. After 10 minutes he still didn't say anything to the people in line or call anyone up to cash us out. After 15 minutes I left your place and went to Runnings where they were happy to help me and cash me out quickly! If you're gonna run short staffed that's fine, but let's still take care of the customers.

Brought our new rescue dog here. Staff was friendly and I knowledgeable. Very sweet. Took extra time to keep the dog less stressed. Bought leash, collar and harness here at a lower price then other pet stores. Was pleasantly surprised!! 🐾

I usually love this store but my last visit made me never want to return. I walk in the store with my girlfriend and there is no baskets or carts so we get the attention of a cashier and ask if it's ok if we use our reusable bags we brought from home. Without hesitation he said yes that's fine so we continued on shopping for the items we needed. After about 5 minutes and two items in my bag later I get the feeling someone is following me. So I turn around to see what the problem is and who I'm guessing was the store manager starts yelling at me saying I'm stealing items and putting them into my bag. I tried to tell him I wasn't stealing there were just no carts or baskets available so I was using my bags instead. This man did not care at all to what I had to say and just kept repeating I was a thief. By this time my girlfriend had over heard what was going on and tried to explain to him we weren't stealing and planned to pay for everything. She even flagged down the same cashier that said it was ok for us to use our own bags but the cat must have had this guy's tongue because he couldn't say a word when all this was happening. Needless to say none of this was good enough and this man proceeded to grab all the items out of our bags and told us to leave or the cops were going to get called. At this point I figured it was probably the best idea to just leave before I punched this guy's face in for the incredible amount of disrespect he gave me in front of my girlfriend and every other customer in the store. Never will I return to this store and I even tell all my friends and family not to shop at this store either.

My father came home last night and was pretty upset after being racially profiled at this store yesterday 9/2/23 between 7-9 pm . A female employee had assumed he had stole a hat from their store and he said that this female employee was watching him while he was there. She had another male employee confront him about this situation. Luckily my father was with someone who spoke a little more English than him but this situation could have gone very differently had that not been the case.

Before arriving to the tractor supply company store, I called in advance to see if they had a Weedwhacker. They told me they did have the Weedwhacker I was looking for. When arriving, they had the wrong product up at the register. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to even see if they had the correct product in stock. The man comes from the back with an open Weedwhacker box and said everything is in it. You are OK clarifies to me that there’s there is a charger and a battery in the box. When I get home and unpack, the Weedwhacker, there’s no charger or cable in the box now I have to drive 25 minutes back to the store to go and explain to them on how my product was an open box. Some old Puerto Rican guy , or Hispanic man (manager I assume)then turns around and says “sir, I don’t appreciate you looking at me like that.” Now mind you, no one was even looking at this guy. He was just trying to start or cause attention. This is very unacceptable and I very miss managed business. I 100% do not recommend this to anyone. Or check your stuff at the register before you buy it to save an hour of time. Never again!

I had a return which was easy and fast. I ordered online and picked it up at the store which was super convenient! Paid $10 for 50 lb of kitty litter which was a good buy. And it was so cute to see the little chickens in the store. Wish I had a backyard big enough I would have took six home with me. I will return to this store in the future.

I checked stock online before going to the store. It was not there. The PROBLEM is no attempt was made to fix the inventory issue! Even though this gentleman appeared to be the manager. He just inferred they were probably stolen and walked away.

They are a place that some of most anything. Always clean the employees are helpful will even go look in the back to see if they have stock back there that isnt on the shelf. My go to place for dogs cat birds and Guinea pig supplies. Knowledgeable courteous staff with tons instore items.

Great place, clean, and loved the clearance. Got winter jackets for my husband and I for $50 total! Jean/pant selection for my husband who is on the bigger side was non existent. They carry them just none were is stock.

I hate to leave a negative review on a business . I'm usually okay following protocols but when you order online for curbside it needs to be addressed that your employees are not ready for the deliveries for curbside. Not ever had I had a issue till you chose not to do a order I paid for 2 hours ago and now it's not ready and it's not busy inside nice try. More like your employees were too busy not doing than the order was not ready . I will never do curbside with you again.

Fun place to go to when your starting to raise chickens. Clothing prices are reasonable for the heavy duty brands that they carry. In the spring, the seed prices are also competitive. There are monthly events for dog shots, cheaper than going to the vet for just a rabies shot.

Absolutely terrible. Manager (believe her name was Ashley) was incredibly rude to my father. He is sure of hearing and asked her to tell repeat herself which is when she then gave both him and I a dirty look and thought it was best to scream at him. Unbelievable. The cashier was very rude as well. Complaining that she had to walk maybe 4 feet to go and scan a package of water. She stated “you’re making me run around the store” That’s your job, he has a bad back and is not able to pick things up. Also got another dirty look when he could not understand what she was saying. Instead of making dirty faces and screaming, speak more clearly and direct. Employees don’t know where half the things are in the store. And it was made to be an inconvenience for two of the male staff to help bring my fathers purchase out to his truck. They need to work on their customer service. All of this is a clear example of how NOT to treat people. Disappointed beyond belief. If I could give 0 stars I would.

It’s a pretty good store. My only complaint is it seems like they get 10 of every size and once it’s gone it’s gone. Other than that they have just about everything you need for casual work around the house or farm, hunting or anything outdoors.

Like this store! You can bring in leashed dogs. Sometimes stock is on carts in the aisles you want, so you have to go the opposite way. Overall, staff is friendly

Can't beat the club coupons I get in the email. I eye the clearance section for deals and use the 15% off coupon to get things dirt cheap. They always have pine bedding and chicken feed when I need it. Just got 6 more chicks from them, all growing up healthy.

This establishment is handy and customer oriented. Employees are very knowledgeable and there to help you find/order what you need. Very clean, neat and organized merchandise with some very unique items I'm always surprised to see (great summer water inflatables and a 5ft metal rooster yard statue?!?!). While it is most definitely a hardware store, it should be labeled on Google as a farm supply store as we go for garden, fencing supplies and you can buy pet and farm animal supplies (horse tac and cow feed!). When the kids were young, we'd make sure to go in spring when the chicks were in for sale. 🐣. The day we went, the mobile vet was there for pet inoculations. A lot of ppl were utilizing this service for their dogs.

Went to pick up an online order. It was ready on time, but the associate seemed bothered and wasn't very friendly. He did help load my cart but he appeared apathetic. This isn't the first time I've had this kind of experience at this location. I will begin looking for another store for my chicken feed.

Great products! Only thing I wasn't happy with is there policy on out of stock items. If another store has the item they will not hold or ship it to the closest store even if you pay for it upfront. Great store just dont like the shipping policy.

I've had poor service from the Lockport location in multiple different situations. Manager does not properly update inventory to reflect current stock. I've gone there instead of Medina because they are closer and showed they had the items.They didn't and I decided to settle with something else and they couldn't help find the stuff in the side lot for an hour. The side lot was an absolute disaster, like grandpa's junkyard bad. Then even more recently I purchased there online. The order cancelled after a a little while. Assumedly due to the item not being in stock. The Medina store is so much better run and that's who will get any further business. Only reason they get 2 stars is due to the occasional understanding employee (although unable to help). Go to Medina if given the choice.

Absolutely ridiculous. The employees don't know where anything is. Even when it shows it on hand in store. An they just don't care even when it comes to you're animal being sick an needing that supplement that day. Very unknowledgeable. Just go somewhere else pointless to go there. Totally unsatisfied with the way I was treated.
