When you grab prepackaged bulk rolls and get home to fine one had something red on it. Is it someone's blood? Is Is sauce? What is it. Disgusting. In the garbage and their prices are outrageous compared to Walmart.

Local supermarket branch. Their items are a bit pricey compared to Walmart, but are worth it for the quality. Unlike Walmart, their bottle return machines are a lot newer and in better condition. Store is kept tidy, employees are helpful and professional.

I was just profiled while walking out of the store with my items clearly visible in my hands after having just used self checkout. I even had my work jacket with the company logo clearly visible as well on me. What's extra disappointing is that the employee is the same race as myself. Much appreciated, won't ever spend my money in here again 👎🏽

I tend to choose this tops compared to some of the other tops and other markets around. While the have a decent selection, they are short on specialty foods (Asian, Indian, Hispanic) available at most markets closer to UB.What makes this specific location the best is they always have ample registers open with short lines. I truly hate shopping at stores that like to force you to self checkout, or that have 30 minute lines for the few other registers open.

It's like the bakery makes these variety donuts out of the worst things that nobody wants. A lemon filled donut? We expect raspberry or strawberry, get ready. For nothing. Then you get a butter cream donut. Not Boston, whatever someone may like those. But the other 3 donuts are literally Powdered old fashion donuts. Your meats are over priced, compared to anybody eles around here, they are stupid high priced. Then your bakery gets schooled by Walmart. WALMART. CHRIST ON A CROSS. Yall need to try to be good at SOMETHING. If you can't get your workers to have a slightest amount of pride in their work, atleast charge accordingly. I'm sitting infront of a 6 pack of donuts that are to me, inedible and they cost twice as much as WALMART. I cannot believe I get better quality there, the worst of the worst is better than tops. What a cruel effed up world this is. Tops please get your act together. Or don't, I'll probably end up going to WALMART. Jesus christ I can't even. Walmart for donuts. Jesus christ I said it. Guess who's meats are cheaper too. Christ on a cross its walmart. Hopefully niagara produce doesn't start hiring high school drop outs to bake their goods too. 1 star and I'll stand by that until I see a decent variety and not a mix of whatever doesn't sell.

I love that tops has everything WALMAAART lacks. They carry my ice cream And i can get a cappuccino while shopping.. who could complain ♡

The workers there are very disrespectful. They accuse people of stealing merchandise rip through your bags and then oh sorry when they look on the camera and noticed that you actually went through the line and purchased the merchandise we will never shop here again.

It's a Tops. Pretty much like the two on Niagara Falls Boulevard. Nothing amazing, nothing horrible. Better bakery than Wegmans, but worse produce.

We shop there regularly. Very clean and well run! Staff is wonderful and very helpful. If you enjoy the pleasure of meeting John in the lot, Matthew at the meat counter, Elease at service, Chris in dairy, you'll experience why love our local Tops! This is just to name a few of the fantastic staff 😀

Went there to get one of those cakes with the whipped cream and strawberries on top. Silly me, I thought they were just sitting on the shelf waiting for me to come get one. Lady in bakery very helpful, told me I need to order a few days ahead because those cakes fly off the shelf as soon as they make them. I am not good at shopping. Now I know.

These people are great I lost my phone for several days the found it and placed it in a safe for me. I couldn't have been happier that the prevented someone from walking away with my 1500 dollar phone. The also had great cuts of filet and their scallops were amazing. I am so happy that they are above and beyond customer service excellently caring for other people and the property. Great food as well. Totally an amazing experience.

Tops always makes me sad to go inside, I only come here when Aldi's or CVS doesn't have what I need. The prices seem very high (despite when they're "on sale") and the cashiers at check out are super slow. I always try to use self check out. One time I went for a party run and had quite a bit, but not what I would say was a lot. I spent over 5 minutes at checkout and the guy behind me got so frustrated by the slow employee he left the line and went to self check out. The store is clean and well stocked, but it's usually empty, desolate, and customer service is slow (checkout, bakery, catering, I've used it all, the food is great, but because of the service I have come to prefer Wegmans for that element).

Normally I'd give the 5 stars but today I ended up in a checkout line with an older woman who chose not to let the scanner and machine do there jobs, she scanned each item but had a keypad on the screen and double entered all the info or something, on top of it she was bypassing the sale prices. So my grapes at $1.99 per pound were ringing up at $3.99, I said something for her to fix it and she got mad at me and took attitude but changed it to the correct price. Every item was like that. I prefer self checkout and will not go into one of their staff checkouts again.

Do as a Instacart shopper it's my job to shop for people quickly....so when I come to this Tops on Rochester Road I'm instantly at a disadvantage. GRANTED I understand that it's a smaller Tops and different layout from the Transit Road location...BUT the shelf layout is why I gave this location a low rating. It seems like similar items (like snacks) are isles and isles apart. I even asked ab associate to help me find this particular snack. She brought me down 3 different isles until she brought me down the 4th isle to ask someone else AND THEN we located it down A DIFFERENT isle. Maybe I need to shop there more, or maybe a rearranging need to be done there again?

Jim the Bakery Manager is awesome. He took my last minute order and made exactly what I was looking for. Made the process simple and efficient. Ordered over the phone, took less than 2 minutes. Highly recommend this location. Thanks Jim, you pretty much saved my life.

This is one of the only Tops that actually has their shelves stocked. Not one time have I gone in there and I seen an aisle with a shelf completely empty. Also they have some really good deals on alot of brand name products. These sales don't even compare to what Walmart has to offer.

Top’s has really stepped their game up over the last couple of years. Their produce is always fresh and their organic section is excellent. I especially like the convenience of having a gas station there, too. For every $100 you spend on groceries, you receive a 10 cent discount per gallon on fuel.

This is the best Tops market around. For our area it is right up there with Wegmans. Produce always has a good selection. The bakery is just awesome. The Meet department I would have to say is the biggest improvement. The cuts off meet that are now available is just amazing. Five stars to this store manager and the owner. Thanks

Went to the pharmacy before work .. there were several people in line. The employees were slow and joking around . They also let someone cut the line which really angered me. I have to go to work it took well over 15 minutes to get my script was not very happy since I called in my refill .

We shop Tops in Niagara Falls and I can tell you that they don't come close to this Tops in Lockport. They have the nicest produce.. very beautiful!! The colors were so vibrant. And the employees that we spoke with were very helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed shopping there!! 😁😁😁

This is a large Tops with all the amenities. The customer service was quick for me. And you can do almost all your banking needs, lottery, stamps and returns ECT.You can find just about everything you need ink the departments. Staff is helpful. The store is kept clean.

Although they have what I need, including gluten free items, the fresh produce spoils quickly, and they are priced about the same as Wegmans. On the other hand, butcher items like the Italian sausage are very good. Would like to see better produce is the main complaint.

I like Tops in general. I just moved to this area and I am shocked that this location doesn't have a better set up for checkout. The cashier bags your groceries and pushes them down to the bottom. I am rather short and it is difficult to reach the bags way up. I always have to interrupt the cashier to push them down more towards me. Also, I just had a party and spent quite a bit. I feel like I shouldn't have to fill my cart again. I think it is better customer service to have that done for you. (Maybe I've been spoiled at the other Tops and Wegmans?) Just an observation. I will continue to go there because it is convenient, but I hope they redesign their checkout to match the other locations.

Ignorant meat guy named Jeff. Can't stand him and the girl who sometimes runs the meat dept as a mngr. I would rather shop elsewhere than deal with those two. Such Attitude There From A lot Of The Employees. Sad too. Especially when you spent thousands of dollars there at that store even in a year's time. No more. All Done!!
