Pharmacy staff is consistently rude and short spoken. They always act annoyed when you ask any questions. Don’t even mention you would like to use Good RX because they act like its the end of the world that the customer is trying to save some money. Go to the one on Locust they actually say hello.

I absolutely LOVE the people in the pharmacy. They know me by name and treat me with the upmost respect and kindness and I honestly see them as warriors fighting for me and my health. I am never hassled or treated negatively in any way. I will never go to another pharmacy and once you come here, neither will you! Please be patient and respectful to these amazing professionals and you will get the exact same in return! THANK YOU all of you at this pharmacy (and the rest of the store). You have no idea how much easier and less stressful you make my life and I commend you all!

If I could give no stars I would. The staff here is always rude, nasty, and unhelpful. They constantly screw up prescriptions or make you wait days for a script that told you would be ready in an hour. Save yourself the headache and go a little farther up transit, the other ride aid is phenomenal.

This store pharmacy is Horrible! The wouldn’t even give me a covid vaccine in the allotted time for walk in appointments between 2 and 3 pm. The government can’t make people do there jobs, So I called corporate. I went in at 2:34pm and they said “ We already administered over 10 already I am done!” Wow! 10 in 30 minutes it must of been some kind of record or something. To end 25 minutes before the allotted time ends is complete garbage like the distasteful and foul attitude that was given by the pharmacy staff.

Was going to rate a 5 star because the store is very clean and neat. But the employees don’t let you shop. I can tell I was being overly watched literally from the next aisle over. So I literally didn’t want to keep shopping anymore because of how bad it was so I purchased what I had and left. So annoying entering THIS rite aid.

The pharmacy staff members were extremely helpful when I was trying to get a new prescription filled. I am new to the area and one part of my medicine was sent to a pharmacy 30 minutes away, in an unfamiliar city, and the other part to yet a different pharmacy! The folks at this location, 125 S. Transit Street in Lockport, offered to get everything for me at the one location and did so quickly, while I waited. The pharmacist then explained and demonstrated the use of my new medication and didn't hurry me along. All of the pharmacy staff helped me in some way, making me feel and know they cared. I didn't know what pharmacy I was going to use but now, I have no doubt. I'll be using the Rite Aid Pharmacy located at 125 S. Transit Road in Lockport!

I like shopping to this rite aid the cashier are very friendly help me a lot if I need to find something. This is not like the other rite aid in transit rd old lady cashier are rude and she tell u to go to other rite aid very bad customer service.
