No ever answers the god damn phone. They also refuse to call you to tell you your prescription is ready for pick up. Which means you have to call and wait in the auto record loop endlessly until you lose your mind and go in store. At which point they claim to know nothing about your prescription. They wear sweatpants in the back and are unprofessional in every possible category. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Clearly the reviews all say the same thing and despite responses there is no improvement whatsoever. They should close down this location.

I have had it with this pharmacy! Nobody ever answers the phone and the drive thru is never open. You are forced to go inside and wait in a ridiculously long line to get your prescription.The staff is dressed in jeans and tshirts or sweatshirts. What happened to dressing appropriately for work? I am so disappointed in this place. I have been going there for years and can’t believe how it has gone downhill.

If you need a prescription or anything in a timely manner you mine as well start heading to the hospital because this place will not only ignore there pharmacy phone calls but when you go in to order a prescription because they didn’t answer there phone for two hrs straight there will be 5+ ppl laughing and having a great time doing nothing. Literally two hrs of calling the pharmacy just to go in and find them all doing nothing, also expect the super helpful blonde lady to give you dirty looks when you complain about there incompetence.

-January 24th 2024-purchased a Vicks sinus spray, entered my rewards number and they asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no to support paperless- got home and the glass bottle shattered when I took it out of the package-January 26th 2024, went back to store to exchange for the exact same product and they made me pay a $4 difference since I didn’t have a receipt! I told them to check my member history or card transaction and they said they couldn’t do that.-yes it’s only $4 but it’s the principle of the matter, why bother asking if I want a receipt after collection my member info if there are no controls to tie to history, this is why brick and mortar stores are going out of business, lack of common sense, lack of customer service and lack of value add.

EDIT: ive talked to the pharmacist and she was useless. Empty promises of change that never came. I can't even believe we still use this place. It's so poorly run and they still NEVER answer their phone (a problem for a while now). The drive thru also is rarely open. Severe staffing issues. Even my physicians have complained about this pharmacy. Just stopped in and they had closed early with no warning. It's absurd. We'll be changing.Prescriptions are almost never ready same day even if your doc sends it at 10am and you go at 7pm. Lines are long. Got a flu shot and the person was very unprofessional and talking gossip about other employees. Most of the techs I have dealt with at the counter at the pharmacy are really nice but often whoever answers when I am on the phone just acts like I am just some bother.

If you actually need your prescriptions I wouldn’t go here, they do not answer the phone no matter how many times you call. I tried calling the pharmacy for 20 straight minutes and no one answered the phone for 4 days straight..I finally had to switch pharmacies because I literally could not reach a single person there and I actually needed my prescription. Transferred to the rite aid on Washburn and they answered within two rings and had my prescription ready within a hour. I asked them what was happening with the one on Lincoln and they said they can’t even reach them either. DO NOT GO TO RITE AID ON LINCOLN.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. This is by far the most incompetent group of professionals ive come across. I've gotten better service from highschoolers at McDonalds. I was once a pharmacy technician for the same company a few years ago and I can assure you these techs have no idea whats going on. When i'd call to inquire about my medication their tone and mannerism (or lack thereof) suggested I was a burden and inconvenience when im simply a patient utilizing a service. Though I remained polite and professional, I was treated rudely. Additionally, theyve mishandled an approval of a desperately needed medication of mine which the lack of cost me my job and my mental health. As an individual with a serious mental illness, navigating the complexities of this crooked system is hard enough, but when you deny someone their needed medication after it had been approved days ago by an insurance, it blatantly shows both lack of experience and care whatsoever for a struggling patient. Do not ever go here.

I don't like leaving poor reviews, but sometimes one is earned. Sadly, at unacceptable frequency, it proves impossible to get ahold of this pharmacy by phone.The pre-recorded greeting "Hello, you're reached your Rite-Aid pharmacy at 6616 Lincoln Avenue, please hold while I transfer your call" drones on, followed by four rings, cycling over and over seemingly indefinitely, for durations exceeding 30 minutes, with no signs of life or option to leave a voicemail.In current times where it's difficult to get certain prescriptions filled due to availability, this is increasingly infuriating while trying to coordinate pickups when there is stock available.At any company, it is their goal to profit by providing a service; at this location, it seems futile to even attempt to have those services rendered.

Literally the worst. There’s this one pharmacist or tech. She’s got long red hair. She’s SO incredibly rude. Like she wakes up on the wrong side of the bed every single day and hates her life so much she feels the need to make everyone around her just as miserable as she is. She makes me feel like a junkie for me needing my medications and I don’t even take anything that are narcotics. Like I’m an inconvenience to her for needing medication.Not to mention medications are rarely on time and I have to call half the time to make sure my prescriptions will be filled when I need them.

The red headed pharmacist was on maternity leave from December to May apparently, I am so happy she is back, ask for her whenever you have a problem she always know what to do. And I love their text and automatic refills so convenient! I love that I can pay and sign for my husbands scripts before coming to the pharmacy using the text link it makes it so much faster in and out and I always know what’s ready and the cost - so nice!

I keep getting texts to call and update my insurance info which they should already have. But I can never get through because no one will answer the phone. Always some sort of issue with this pharmacy it’s quite bad

It used to be good, but last months it just got worse and worse. Medications are rarely ready in time and a lot if times you have to go in person to ask them to fill it and then wait until it's ready, once nobody ever answers the freaking phone so you can at least find out when the medications will be ready. Not to mention how many times you have to go twice because there's not enough to fill the prescription. What happened to this business? You're dealing with people's health, if you can't be minimally professional just shut it off.

Worst pharmacy possibly in the world. I have never had a good experience in my couple of years coming here. Service is absolutely atrocious. I have to wait 3 days for my life saving insulin because they're "still getting it together". But Tanya from the block can show up same day and get here percs and xannys. If you're looking for a pharmacy, do yourself a favor and look anywhere but here.

For over 20 years I have used this pharmacy and had no problems until recently. I am not sure what changed - personnel or store policy, but this pharmacy is terrible. There are no longer outgoing calls to your cell phone letting you know a script has been filled so they just put your meds back into circulation. I have been trying to get a simple script filled for over a month and each time there is a different story why it's not filled.I just informed them I was making a change to a different pharmacy and asked them to remove all auto refill and/or open scripts I might have. The rep didn't even bother to ask why I was leaving.It's obvious - they don't care about you or your business!

WHERE TO BEGIN?? Insanely long wait times, even on the phone. Who has the time to wait 15 minutes on hold to ask a simple question? I have to end up calling another rite aid for assistance. Unprofessional and lazy when solving issues for customers with their prescriptions, once again I have had to call another location for their assistance. Prescriptions are never ready promptly, even if you call a day or more in advance. Other locations the wait time is no more than an hour, usually twenty minutes. I am sure they are understaffed, and COVID has probably made it worse but they have been rather ignorant and unprofessional at this location for a long time and recently it has just been significantly worse. If they make a mistake they blame your doctor, even when it’s clearly something that they did. Pharmacists get paid as much as regular doctors, and if you can’t handle dealing with customers than don’t do it. Will no longer be a customer here. Honestly people need to just stop supporting this location and let it go out of business. The lack of professionalism would never fly in any other neighborhood or at any other job. Prescriptions are nothing to mess around with, it can be a life or death situation for some people I hope something really bad doesn’t happen due to their negligence for whoever manages this location to finally wake up.

Great Pharmacists. When I was a Tech at a different Rite Aid location which was equally as busy if not more so than the Lincoln, Ave location. Our turnaround on processing scripts and that included the interaction between customers and Pharmacist-Customer interaction!!Overall the store and staff are very nice and the store is always clean and well stocked with items that people would need!!

This rite aid is packed with kind, talented people and knowledgeable pharmacists. The pbarmacy has a large load of people so the staff can be overwhelmed with prescriptions and I notice that a lot of people don't like to have patience when it comes to the pharmacy. They do hundreds of more prescriptions there a day than most pharmacies, so if your medications aren't there right away, they will look for it and take the time to prioritize you even if the workload is hefty that day. I used to work at a pharmacy so I know about all of the safety checks there are in a pharmacy and customers need to realize that and be patient. We are all human beings. But at this pharmacy they will try to their best to get you what you need as promptly as possible.

Every time I come here I get one rude person after another. Today I came in, stood at the register and was ignored for several minutes until someone walked up behind me and they saw that there was two people in line. You know what really gets me though is no matter who helps me they always stare at me until I say something. How about a "how may I help you"? Get it together.Edit:I should have specified that my consistently negative experiences are at the pharmacy. The ladies who work up in the front are always very nice.

Terrible service at pharmacy. I pick up for disabled person and they never have meds ready. Tell me we are working on it, but I have to keep calling and calling. They are sometimes very rude and act like they are too busy to fill his prescription. I guess it's time to change pharmacies.

Very nice employees, though the turnover rate seems high, as I rarely see the same people twice. Very nice redhead pharmacist-her name escapes me- but she is very knowledgeable and courteous. Scott can be a bit miserable if you have to deal with him, however. All in all a decent location.

I do not live in Lockport but I am constantly getting medications for a relative at this location. More often than not even though they say the medication is ready it isn’t. They have poor customer service, and my fiancée and I are constantly fighting them to get prescriptions. They are terrible about being in contact with doctors or their customers if there is a issue. They lie and pretend like it’s the doctors fault when the doctors office is constantly trying to get a hold of them. Hoping to get my relative to switch their pharmacy. In the past year I have had to make extra trips back to Lockport more than I care to admit. After enough complaining to the pharmacist the service will be great for a few months then back to the same old problems.

This place is absolutely horrible. Pharmacy is a mess and has never once been able to do a thing. Was on hold for 15 minutes and than just hung up on. I get a text that my prescription is ready and than I go to get it and they never filled it. Avoid avoid avoid!

Rite Aid will no longer fill my prescription with the exact med/brand prescribed to me by my doctor. They want to fill it with an alternate med that is similar but one that I'm allergic to. After two weeks of excuses about why they can't fill it, they've simply stated that they don't want to order that med, it's no longer of their list of available drugs to order per corporate purchasing. Oddly enough, other pharmacies in town can order it. I'm switching over to Walgreens, they can get it immediately. I'll let my doctor decide what I need and not let Rite Aid decide based corporate profitability.

Worst pharmacy ever. Always takes forever to fill prescriptions. Then you go to pick it up and the staff at the pharmacy counter doesn't even acknowledge that you are standing there you literally have to get their attention even if they see you standing there. Its absolutely ridiculous.

Poor customer service... took 25 mins to get a covid vaccine, waited 5-10 mins just to get helped (no one in line) and snotty attitude from their staff, not helpful whatsoever (the pharmacists). If you want to get snot, here is the perfect place to go!

Literally gave me a prescription for my infant son that was not constituted. Powder. Gave me powder. So not only will he miss his meds tonight but also tomorrow. Called and they said there’s nothing they can do.
