I have a French Bulldog who is very fussy about getting her nails done. The groomers always take care of her just fine and give me a smile when I'm done. The nail trim is much less expensive than going to a vet. I recommend them!

My groomer, Kaitlyn, she was great! This was the first time for 1 of our dogs was there for a nail trim. She was wonderful with him. I brought our other dog in a few weeks ago and there was another girl working, she is horrible. My dog is the kindest dog and never barks at anyone, he was barking at her. She never talked to him and was not friendly. Today I told them that I didn't want her to touch my dog. I watched her with another dog, she was rough, rolling her eyes and was agitated with the dog she was grooming. She needs a different job.

Took my puppy here for his first groom and they were amazing with him. They gave me pointers and things to practice so grooming will become easier for him, and came up with a plan to help ease him into the grooming process so he doesn't have a horrible experience. Everyone was very nice and pleasant.

Groomers told me my dog was aggressive and tried to bite someone. They said they couldn't finish the service and that I had to pick her up. My dog is still a puppy and is a bit nibbly because that's how puppies are. She is not mean in anyway. Worst service ever.

We got a fish it was being kept in a small plastic container. Some of them looked quite gnarly. I think they need to remember somewhat that while they are a business, these are living creatures

Have been here several times with my 2 dogs. One of my dogs hated to have her nails clipped. On my last visit, her nails were clipped and ground and she was fine about it. Katie was great with them. I highly recommend them. Pricing is fair too.🙂

Grooming area refused to take my dog after going there MULTIPLE times prior to get nail trims because of a “policy change” since my dog is over protective when I am around. They wouldn’t listen to me and take my dog and let me leave the room for him to calm down (like we have done 4 other times). I also had a muzzle on him because I know he gets anxious and they made him take it off even though it no way interferes with trimming his nails. But the vet, daycare, trainers, other pet stores seem to have no issue so I do not recommend petsmart in Lockport for grooming needs, especially if your dog gets nervous when initially being taken from you.

Went to buy flea medicine and wanted the 3 pack but they didn't have any left. Ask if they would sell other brand for same price as brand I wanted. Girl said no. Wasn't happy. Had to get the 6 packs for more money.

Their another pet place here in lockport. But it looks run down. As an opinion many people say that animals aren't doing good. . That's why I love pet smart. The service their is awsome . It definitely has everything I need. I'm adding a photo of my new pet Petri

Took my dog to be groomed and paid the extra money for the furminator package, because that's what I was told would get the job done. When I got her back her coat looked just as bad if not worse as when I dropped her off. I called and voiced my concern that my dog was still shedding A LOT And I was told that I could have paid for more brushing if I wanted to. The young lady that I talked to on the phone could care less about My concern, you could just hear it in the tone of her voice. Nobody called me to tell me that she needed more brush time or I would have paid the extra money to not have to bring her home and groom her myself. Complete waste of money and time. I will never be bringing her back and I would never refer PetSmart to a friend or family member. Photo below is the mass of hair I pulled off her when we got home.

I had an appointment for weeks. I explained my dog is 13 1/2 years old and has enlarged heart and wanted express grooming. They scheduled an appointment. I took off work and less than 1/2 hour before the appointment, they canceled due to my 9lb dogs age and “heart”. She would have been perfectly fine. This is TERRIBLE business etiquette!!!Update—Heather the store manager did contact me and discuss the situation. She was very nice

Good store for dogs, but it's not for small mammals as bunnies. They are short in many items that are essential for rabbits but really great and of comprehensive portfolio for dogs.

just bought a beautiful beta fish yesterday, he was doing okay but kept swimming and hiding near the filter, he didn't eat anything the day I got him and wouldn't eat this morning either....this morning he seemed not himself like yesterday, his beautiful fins were droopy and he was having trouble swimming. I took a nap because I wasn't feeling good and I woke up to see him face first into the stone at the bottom. I immediately rushed to him and called for my boyfriend to help, but he was already gone. incredibly sad and heart broke right now, I couldn't even look at him without crying. My boyfriend flushed him down the toilet for me, and I miss looking at him swimming around his tank already. 💔💔
