Bought our first snake from Kicks at one of the Hamburg Reptile Shows in 2020. This is our banana cinnamon HGW ball python. He's silly and shy, but has always eaten well for us. Would love to purchase another snake from Kicks in the future!

If you are a ball Python enthusiast, here is a reptile store that offers the most variety of ball pythons in the Buffalo region, but the only drawback is that the python here is not being carefully cared for, which is why I gave four stars. Because a candy banana python I bought here found Python mites in its mouth and nose and eyes, we all know that this problem is as headache as the ball Python "refuse to eat", it can even let your beloved snake die, So be sure to carefully observe and distinguish between spots and mites before you want to buy the store's python, but I recommend reptiles to come here, the most complete reptile and tropical fish store in the Buffalo region

This place is AMAZING. Definitely check out their reptile room. But dont buy any rats or mice there. Got 2 mice from there Sunday and they died within a day of eachother.

Lady in the reptile section is a true Karen argued with us cause she looked at us and assume we couldn’t take care of a tortoise the owner nice but just because of her never again

This place is great! I went there initially for horn worms for my lizards but i walked out with others stuff to spruce uo their tank. This is like no other pet store in Buffalo they have EVERYTHING!! If its pets you're looking for let me tell you no reptile is out of reach and there is a variety of color and size. It's worth the distance for sure.

A hit or miss, I’ve bout a few snakes from them and some do really well while others I feel are sold to me as sick. Just had on die on me and they are all in the same conditions… too expensive to be selling them sick it’s ridiculous. But the store has a lot of variety just watch out what you are getting reptile wise

Pets are amazing, prices are good. Customer service however is awful. I left yesterday after speaking to a young woman and she not only was very ignorant towards me but when I asked questions about animals it’s like she was trying to make me feel stupid and leave the situation as soon as possible. I got not even more than a minute of her time. I’m not sure I’ll be going back just because of how I was treated.

THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE PETS SO SAD DO NOT GO HERE ITS DISGUSTING !!! I am mortified and honestly I walked out crying and sat in my car for 45 minutes debating if I should call animal rescue services because it’s so horrific!!!
