Usually super scummy, they have made it a little bit better. BUT the bathrooms are always absolutely disgusting, if you have kids dont let then go in there. Also the manager is always miserable.Update to today, I was charged two times for my transaction on ebt and showed the manager that with proof, three different ways and she was absolutely no help. With no refund. Hopefully you never have an issue because the manager is absolutely useless. Thank you for making me pay twice with my ebt which already proves I'm low income and can't afford to just pay twice for my items. Thanks a lot you really need to try harder at your job. The cashier was wonderful and really tried to help. Her name was Annie.

SCAM ALERT.... the quarter machines do NOT work... they eat your money and the cashiers are told to not give refunds! The manager has no problem giving you, your 25-75 cents back because he's just emptying thousands in quarters every month!!

Shelves were emptied by a rush of customers, and quickly restocked! I was pleasantly surprised by this Dollar Tree. The store was clean. Friendly/helpful workers were ready to give you a hand when needed. Thank you for making my shopping experience quick and easy!

We made a stop into the Lockport, N.Y. Dollar Tree - found the store clean and well stocked. The card section was well supplied with seasonal and other cards. It's also easy to find other items that you want in this store because the aisles are wide, well marked and items easily located. Several stockers were busy putting items on the shelves and were both very friendly and helpful. The front store cashiers were also pleasant and efficient. You never know exactly what you'll find at Dollar Tree but you'll leave with some treasures!

I Visit this Store Once month&every time i get the very best experience,Cashiers are very Friendly&helpful. They always tell me to have a great day or Night when leaving. The selection is great& the store is very clean&organized . I’ve never had a bad experience here. Congrats to the Manager&Staff for a job well done.

Dollar Tree in Lockport is always a great place to shop. I admit I have upon occasion taken an item and asked for a price check.... But the staff knows me and when they see me coming they always say; "it's a DOLLAR Scott... But seriously folks. Always great people always clean and well stocked with my personal favorite items.....and of course it's always a dollar......see for yourself; ask for a price check.....tell them Scott sent you..... 😂😂😂😂. (They love me). Peace friends10APR2022. Update. Like everything lately prices had to be raised. It's 1.25$ now. HOWEVER..... they continue to get more and more brand names including Hidden Valley Ranch. It's actually a fun time to go see what limited items are on the shelf. The staff are still the same awesome people they have always been....drop by and tell Associate Debbie that the old sailor Scott sent you. She'll laugh. It's a great store with amazing people. It's not just shopping guys; like the Navy......it's an adventure..... Good luck treasure hunting. 👍👍

Great Dollar store and great chain of dollar stores in general, saves me a lot of money especially on personal care and beauty items, food, pet supplies, and hobby related items, has the best discounts on a lot of things and is useful for anyone on a budget. Also has an excellent freezer section which a lot of stores of the chain don't have but some do and they are the best ones. Would recommend to anyone.

Good selection as always for the value. Bathrooms left ALOT to be desired. Smelled of urine, no toilet paper, looked disgusting! Would have told the cashier as we were cashing out however she was rude. Not good customer service at all.

Can't believe how many good finds are here! If you're planning a party, need a quick birthday card or office supplies ....come on in. Everything is truly a dollar and it all comes in handy in a pinch! This location has food, cleaning supplies, party supplies, toys, office goods, dishes and more!

We went for spray on carpet cleaner ... I really wanted candy ...but that's another story. .. then I was informed ... packing tape was the necessary item . My husband calls it the $5. Store. .. he should be happy ...my friend always spends at least $50. ! ALL I know is ... when I need something ...they have usually got it, without blowing the budget. Thanks Dollar Tree!

I cannot stop raving about this Dollar Tree. I just moved into the area and this store makes my hometown Dollar Tree look like a dump. This store is well laid out and has just about everything you could be looking for. I loved how clean it was and how easy it was to find exactly what I was looking for.

I love going to Dollar Tree...not only because of the 'affordable' prices, but I've found there are some things I need that $1-wise, I can have these things without going broke trying to stay healthy..or happy ! I buy medical needs (stuff for congestion) lotions, bandaids, etc.) cleaning supplies, my much-needed 'WordFind' books(lol), and too often, a lot more neat stuff !!

If you care if people don't wear a mask to go in then this is a place to go I was in there today and they let a woman come in a shop while she was coughing and no one asked her to leave or put on a mask the customers were trying to avoid said customer and management did nothing except allow it

Not very well stocked at the moment. I wish they had workers enforce social distancing. I had a lady super close to me yelling over her cellphone. It was hard holding my self back to not say something. Felt very uncomfortable.

If you looking for a store that has a lot of junk you don't need here it is. most of the prices they ask are Fair but you have to watch it some things are more expensive. if you're looking for the biggest bang for your buck this is probably not the store for you
