Manager was extremely rude, when I walked in she was an her phone talking bad about the store, the whole store smelled and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned or stocked in years.

Very rude employees. Both places on south transit and Lincoln ave. Nobody knows anything and there was not 1 manager to speak with over the phone. Apparently they do not need employees but there’s an open interview on indeed while the MANAGER is out of town. All I did was ask about employment and nobody knew a damn thing at 3 different stores. Terrible customer service

This Dollar General is the absolute best store in Lockport hands down. The Manager turned the entire store around for the better and the staff works so hard. They are all very friendly with good customer service. I love shopping at this location! Keep up the good work!

The one in Wilson is all remodeled with lights on top of the glass cases. I felt like I was in a different storeEverything was clean and organized! And they r very friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting them again to meet more of my household needs.

The store is a little crowded, but let me tell ya, the people who work in this Dollar general are just the best! Sweet, caring and truly an asset to this company! My 3 yr old daughter and I went in to pass some time, and the ladies were just so sweet and nice talking to my daughter and I. Then after leaving the store, my daughter realized she lost her Dolly. We returned and asked the ladies if they have seen the doll. They stopped what they were doing to help us search the entire store for this little doll! They truly saved the day because had they not found my daughter's Dolly, it would have been a hard, sad time in her life! Kudos to y'all at this Dollar general cuz y'all are doing it right!!!!

Nice store.The staff is polite and the store is clean.The store is under staffed thus customers need to wait at the register until someone comes up to take care of them. Therefore the four stars.This is a management issue not the staff's as I am sure the directives concerning hours given to individuals comes from higher up.

I asked for a price of an item and the lady was so rude she wouldn't put me on hold or anything. I asked about Xtra Laundry Detergent and she said she was there all alone and couldn't help. She said I needed to come in. Dollar General needs to hire more people.

There is an employee that I had an altercation with when she went ahead and attach my 15-year-old daughter that we had an order protection against each other. I want to the store not realizing it was her I have attended the store for 15 years . Not only did her and her other associate make me wait an extended period time to cash me out they were also extremely rude. I apologize for making her cashier feel uncomfortable . About an hour later I get a call from the state troopers knowing that the order protection against us both has expired. They said I came into the store harassing I said I want the tapes reviewed they declined. they said I came into the store harassing I said I want the tapes reviewed they declined . But instead banded me from the store . For no reason. I called to get the corporate number . They told me to call the manager the next morning . She was the only one working so she told me to call back in a few hours . I did but they were busy once again and I left my phone number . Once again the state troopers called me saying I was continuously calling the store and I said I was listening to what the manager told me to do now you’re calling me while I’m at work saying I’m continuously calling the store when they told me to call back because she was the only cashier !

As usual there were no disinfect wipes. There were no Chicken Vienna sausage . I was sadly disappointed. All and all, found majority of what I needed. Love the $1 section though. A lot of shelves were empty.

I don't hate Dollar General. Don't know where you got that from. I enjoy going through the store because you never know what you might find and at a good price. The different smells are sometimes overwhelming.

This place has almost everything you need. I get 22 lbs of cat food and great clumping litter. Cleanening products and pesticides. Also has a large selection of shelf stable food and snacks. Small freezer section. Wax melts for air freshners clothes coloring books and cell phones. I also found EVERY SINGLE FOLDER NEEDED FOR THE SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST. That never happens. Love the new location. Number one place to make a quick trip for hosehold goods!

We regularly play Warhammer 40k here every Thursday night. We also now run hobby and Dem nights. It's a great place to meet and have clean fun.

Absolutely disgusting and completely disorganized. I walked in looking for specifics and they didn't have what I needed. I left with nothing. I went to a different dollar general and they had everything I needed. I would not recommend shopping here.

Grear cashier, but the stores air conditioner has been broke for 2 months, store was to hot to do much shopping even with the portable air conditioners they brought in. Felt sorry for the cashiers.
