I enjoy going to big lots. I feel in the past I had easily overlooked it as a shopping option. When I was moving however they were a perfect place to get containers for it. Also they have a lot of great soup options at a hard to beat price. There are a lot of hidden gems there and it is worth stopping in at times.

For the most part, when I needed assistance, I got it! But when I was cashing out. I said Merry Christmas to the Cashier and she looked like I was flirting with her. I didn't realize Sam Walton didn't like customers being nice to Walmart workers as they do work hard. I won't do that again.!

Prices are good. I just bought dish wash cloths.99 kitchen towels.2$4. Swifter cleaning cloths 20/$7 the pet ones thicker then original ones even laundry soap and house cleaning products and cereals paper towels toilet paper. Great stuff and prices. Recommend this place. Bargains also

I really don't like the new ways of Big lots.All of the things I used to rely on them for, are gone.But they still have excellent deals on Halloween stuff and some groceries

Love this store! Pricing is comparable is not better than Walmart! their furniture is priced according and of good quality.Even had a clearance area that I so much appreciated.Shipping available for a fee.

Haven’t been to a Big Lots in a while. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of some of the merchandise. The furniture department had some quality pieces as well.

Lots of great holiday things, but really didn't find a lot of other stuff. I did buy a set of two pairs of leggings, but one fit much tighter than the other. Since they were factory attached, I was disappointed in the disparity

The staff here is absolute garbage. They move so slow, and barely helped us. We had to wait like 15 minutes for help. The workers couldn't get the computers or printer to work.Don't even waste your time going here. I am never going to the Lockport big lots again. Absolutely disgusting.

They have turned into more of a boutique store or so they think, the prices have gone up but the quality has not. I used to really like this store, I was in recently and I walked out with nothing. Was not impressed. And they seem to have tried to target a different Audience but I'm not sure how that's going to work out for them, the nicer stuff is often times more expensive than going to hobby lobby which I'd rather go there and also have quality.

Needed some odds and ends and decided to run in Big Lots to see what kind of selection they had. Its been quiet some time since I visited the store. I was shocked as soon as I walked in. Its completely different. It feels so much bigger than before. The last time I was there had to be at least a year if not more. Its so clean-not as cramped as before-and has great farm house decor. 100% better than before. Looking forward to spending more time in the store seeing I was in a bit of a rush. If u havn't been to Big Lots in a while u gotta go check it out!

Cashier was not wearing ppe and employee in line behind me was not Either. When I was asked for a club card, I declined to open one and employee behind me told cashier to put my order on her card....... I don't shop here often and enjoyed the selection and below average prices, but my customer service experience has me questioning going back.

I was just in this store this evening around 8-830 pm. I was interested in purchasing a electric fireplace tv console. I had already been disappointed once this week when I was not able to place a price hold on the product I was interested in, however the young man Brian was sincere in his apology for not checking first. He handled the situation well, and he had very good customer service skills. Tonight, I am sorry to say, I could not say the same. The girl I was directed to receive assistance in leasing the fireplace , was on the first register assisting another person. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name, but she was tall with medium length brown hair. I was willing to wait my turn, but was called over to be assisted at the next register, were I was informed that I could not be assisted. The employee at register one became very flustered, and stated to her co-worker ." I just can't, I just can't do it now". She then looked at me and asked me if I would come back tomorrow! I said no, and started to leave the store. She called after me saying, " you could wait 20 minutes" I may have been happy to wait, had she been more professional in her mannerisms, and asked If I wouldn't mind waiting in a more professional manner. Her customer service skills in my opinion are lacking, perhaps some training in that area may help. I have shopped at Big Lots for many years, and I must say I am disappointed. The service has declined, and a poor attitude from the above mentioned employee is inexcusable,especially this time of year. I won't be shopping at Big Lots again anytime soon, and will be taking my holiday shopping business elsewhere.

Staff was training a new employee, customers in line were griping but the second guy was just learning, he couldn't run a register yet. Staff were friendly, helpful and doing the best they could.

I've always loved this store!Everything was fairly priced... lots of selection, but they did not have what we were looking for unfortunately... they are out of stock on a lot of pools!Were just gonna go to the almighty internet to get one. Smh...

Returned curtains which I lost my receipt. The cashier looked it up and said its no problem. That was great. I ended up getting different curtains which are very nice. Cashier very friendly and helpful. Thanks

I got my two brand new recliners in their factory made crates and both the crates and the recliners were prestine. The employees were very helpful and the recliners were on my truck in about 6 minutes! So this is definitely a great store for anyone who needs quality furniture.
