Little by little my garage door got creakier. I oiled the rollers maybe every year, but its maintenance wasn't at the top of my list. A chipmunk saved my butt by gnawing a hole in the weatherstripping. I called Genson to replace it. Kevin arrived at the time we had agreed. In addition to the weather stripping, he spotted the wobbly rollers and the rusty cable that lifts and lowers the door and told me that he could replace them all immediately. He had everything he needed in his truck. He did a great job. Straightforward and honest. My door is quiet and works safely, the chipmunk can't get in, and I'm happy that a problem I had been ignoring was quickly taken care of. My thanks to Kevin Genson.

Thank you Genson Overhead door, great install and very timely. Like most, we wait until the old door is about to take itself to the dump. Great service, beautiful door and the price was more than fair once I got the initial quote Doug did to something that was similar construction to my current door. Upgrades should be discussed. Thank you Genson! Great service! First they made sure we didn't have a car stuck in the garage :) One of the guys came out to get things working as a temporary fix while the new spring was being made. I was pleasantly surprised when a day or two later they called to set up the next appointment to put up the new spring. The salesman was thorough and professional, even coming back after I framed the wall in the carport for the door. He checked it and it was pretty tight to the ceiling on the low side (lean to - shed roof). What was really impressive was the installer. One guy put this in in less than 4 hours and did a fabulous job. The low side JUST fit, after some head scratching and finagling I'm sure. Any company's greatest asset is its team and I was very impressed with his craftmanship on what was an unusual situation.

The folks at Genson were great. From my initial call to finishing the repair. They understood the customer perspective and asked questions and explained things so that we felt satisfied when it was complete. The repair tech was really nice and friendly, professional and personable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what he did after he was done. He worked quickly as well. He kept working until it was done to his satisfaction, making a few extra tweaks to get it just right.

Our excellent customer service began when Doug from Genson Overhead Door came out to our property to take a look at the job we were proposing. He was very thorough but very concise and took 15 minutes of our time to get everything laid out and take measurements. We quickly had a quote and once accepted set a date to have it installed. When the guys came out to install it they were there very early much to my husband's delight and they worked diligently until the job was done. They did an excellent job and were very professional! I have had a Genson overhead door on the attached garage for 20 years and have never had an issue. I did have a cracked push button that was something we did, not a fault of the product. When I contacted Genson, they dropped off a new button and installed it the very same day. I would highly recommend them and think that they are above and beyond the best overhead door you can get.

What a great outfit. Their account manager was on time to the appointment we scheduled. He answered all my questions and explained what was necesary to replace my 30+ year old failed opener and bring it up to modern standards. As he predicted, I was soon called to schedule the actual service and the two techs showed up on time as well. They did the work within the two hour time slot predicted and patiently walked through operating details of the new opener, key pad, wall switch and phone app. Our experience with everyone from Genson, including the office staff via phone, was wonderful. Highly, highly recommend.
