amazing breakfast spot with the BEST buttermilk biscuits! it’s owned by the same people who own the neon croissant, so the baked goods are spectacular. I got the BEC on the biscuit and it was so good- the biscuit was fluffy and buttery, but not too dense.The ingredients were super fresh & high quality— the other favorite was the green tomato sandwich, which was delicious. I would recommend the biscuits over the bagels, but you really can’t go wrong with anything here! The place itself is also super cute and with seating, so you can enjoy your breakfast there.

Walk In and Be Ignored is more like it. I walked in, sat at a table. No one said hi, what can I get you. Apparently there was another room behind me where you’re supposed to order. Sorry, it’s not my responsibility to scan every square inch of every wall to figure out what the protocol is. Fine, I eventually figure SOMETHING has to be wrong here, so I go back and order a drink. ONE DRINK. I sit back down. Other people start getting their drinks and orders before me. I understand you may be short staffed but that’s not a good excuse. Never again.

This place is a dream taken straight out of Brooklyn and deposited in the middle of this small town. The food quality from here was akin to something you would in a larger metropolitan area. The biscuits are absolutely the best we ever had and if you eat the BBQ you will be stunned how good it is. Be back again with a box to take biscuits home.

Came here twice during my stay in the area. The first time I got a biscuit with butter and hot honey, 10/10!!! The second time I got a biscuit with butter and jam, also 10/10!! Iced coffee was excellent too. All the employees were soo nice. I cant wait to get back here!!!

Did a quick lunch- and the food was super delish. There is nothing to complain about.It's a small spot. You walk in the side door, order, and then sit down. Or you could take it to go.But yes- the order was very minimal. Biscuit sandwich wrapped in wax paper and a pile of napkins.I got the biscuit special, so I can't vouch for what it could be in the future, but yeah, the biscuits are awesome. Large, fluffy, buttery and gracefully crusted outer layer. What you want in a biscuit. Order it with confidence.Also got the house chai- also good. Great level of spice and not overly sweet.

Fabulous biscuits. Great plain or with an egg. The Avocado smash bagel wasn’t great. A little too sloppy and hard to eatLimited seating - so you might want to grab the food to go and enjoy it outside on a nice day

First of all the food was fantastic. Hot, fresh, locally sourced ingredients (watched the biscuits come in from the bakery across the street). Friendly service and a nice atmosphere. The only drawback is that they are clearly still working out the kinks in their service. We sat as one of two tables in the place and waited 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a BLT. Locals seem to have figured out the best way is to call ahead and take out. Either way, don't hesitate to eat here because when you do get your food you will love it.

Cute and delicious restaurant. We were driving back to the city from the finger lakes and needed a place to stop and have lunch. I highly recommend taking the few minute detour to eat here. The sandwiches were so fresh and delicious. Staff was super friendly. I had the turkey BLT which had fresh turkey, the tomato and lettuce were super fresh and the bread was delicious

My sister and I come here almost every Saturday during my nieces dance class season. We always look to see what the special for the week is and if it sounds interesting, that’s what we get. The curry chickie is my favorite sandwich that is on their regular menu and the turkey BLT is my sisters. They are both fantastic, if you are in Livingston Manor during the morning time, we would both highly recommend you stop in and try one of their delicious biscuits. They use a cherry jam that is outstanding. The staff there remember us both mine and my sister’s name even if they don’t know which one of us is which.

Cute little spot to sit and grab a bite. I got the biscuit with butter and jam. The biscuit itself was large and resembled something of the sorts of a hybrid croissant-biscuit. I myself prefer a traditional biscuit, but this was good for what it was. The seating is decent for its size, with a bar, window bar with stool and other tables for sitting. Staff is friendly. Great iced coffee. They do have alternative milk options if needed. I wouldn't hesitate coming back and trying it again.

I ordered the roast beef sandwich and they refused to allow me to substitute the chiabatta for an onion bagel, which is pretentious by any standard. Upon first bite I thanked them.

I decided to drop by the Walk In for some much needed replenishment and boy did I make the proper decision! This is the nicest place to just kick back, enjoy a healthy salad, grab an iced matcha and puppy watch all day in Livingston Manor! Love the ambience, the warmth of their employees, and the variety of healthy/nutritious goodies on their beautiful menu! A VERY RARE find in Sullivan County, hoping that we see more of this in the future! Excellent job with this place, belly is happy and satisfied 👏🏽👏🏽

Was excited to try this restaurant after searching the options near my Airbnb however quickly was disappointed. Asked the friendly cashier where to order cocktails and was told we just to sit at the bar. Asked the other girl for two glasses of Prosecco which seemed to annoy her. So glad I didn’t ask for a cocktail after the look of annoyance we received. She then yelled from the bar to the cashier in the other room something like “no more drinks”. My bagel was very hard. Needed two hands to pull the bagel away from my mouth and even harder to chew it. Avocado and greens had no flavor. First time I’ve ever put salt my food.

Moved upstate from Brooklyn last year. Haven't been able to find my sandwich spot up here until I discovered The Walk In! Everything absolutely amazing! Best bacon, egg, and cheese I've ever had! Literally every sandwich is amazing. The Big Italy and Roast beast are my go-to. I always get a sandwich for later lol I will be back here a million times! Highly recommend!

Very good. Biscuits are so famous they won't let you order a bagel. Inside the bar is retro looking. Fun place, good vibes, and great spot for light lunch or breakfast. Not sure what happens at night but they have a bar.
