This place deserve 0 stars. Only had 3 regular checkout lanes open and lines with at least 5 to 8 people waiting. and the self check out line was all the way to aisle 8 in grocery and growing bigger. If you have that many people in the store then more checkout lanes need to be open and not just 3 this was beyond ridiculous. I put my stuff back and walked out.

Thank you so much to the young lady (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) working the Eye Center on 1/31/24 at 6:30 PM. My daughter’s frames broke and we went inside just before closing to see if we could get them fixed. Unfortunately, the frames had to be replaced and they no longer had that style in stock. This young lady took it upon herself to go above and beyond to find a similar frame, and melted the glass to fit. My daughter has scleral buckles in both eyes and needed her glasses desperately to see. Thank you again for being such a great help to us. You are greatly appreciated!

Found everything I was looking for. Very busy, need more than 1 register and the self checkouts. Stood in line for over 15 just to scan my self out. You need more people running registers, not everyone wants to check themselves out.

Today (12/21/23 ) around 5:30pm - 6:30pm my husband and I went out grocery shopping we finished with a breeze and when we went to cash out at register 6 this guy drew or Dre (I can’t remember exactly) opened up register 5 and was just doing his thing and directing people what to do because things were getting clogged upI had my two year old son in the cart and to keep him occupied and entertained we were giving each other fist bumps and high-fives… Theo got so excited and put his little fist out to the guy at register 5… the guy was definitely thrown off but gave him a fist bump anyway and I thought it was the SWEETEST thing ever… my son was so excited and he had the BIGGEST smile afterwardsThose little things mean a lot and I was so appreciative that the guy tried to be bubbly and everythingJust an appreciation especially around this time of year it gets crazy… so thank you to the guy

I just left this walmart and needed an assembled rolling computer chair, i need it now, i dont have time to build a computer chair as it comes disassembled and i dont have tools on me (i am not from Syracuse and on my way to an event). I explained my predicament to the employee in the electronics section, and the event i am attending will not have to be delayed.This is the only truly human moment to happen at a walmart

The employees working curbside are absolutely unsatisfactory at best. Literally every spot was full and we were all just sitting here while they talk. Need some new employees for that department. If we wanted a long wait we would've went into the store ourselves.

Verizon store sent my wife to buy a compatible phone at Walmart. Guy working was clueless and said the phone person wasn’t working at that time. Ordered a phone online from Walmart that looked compatible. It wasn’t. Wife went to return phone at Walmart and get correct phone. Again, phone person wasn’t there and other staff were clueless. Waste of gas and time. Target is a better choice

In and out pretty quick this time...the self check out registers were not busy. I was happy about that got in picked up a couple items that we were looking and got out.....

I just got off of work and was looking ruff and dirty but i had to get formal for my infant son and normally I don't get the formal I had our wic card and forgot the pin I had to call my wife for the pin she gave it to me and the lady behind the customer service desk was hitting a button making it not go through I had to go to a different Walmart and was able to get the formal no problem.

I don't like the soft check out. I'd rather be checked out by someone in case if I miss an Item I heard there are putting people in jail just because they missed one item.

Most grocery items are in stock with a few exceptions. Some shelves are kind of empty and not organized due to staffing shortages. Self checkout was quick since it was not a weekend

Poor service. Managers lack professionalism. Lots of products mismarked and prices not honored despite being marked on rollback. Clay location seems dirty. Lots of debris on floors, parking lot and entryway.

Arrived home (less than 0.5 miles away) to find my items have been literally dumped from totes into the trunk of my car. The 2 bags of products aren’t even mine! I watched other customer receive all of the items ordered in bags. Yes, as you can imagine I am outraged!

It should not take 30-60min after payment to come outside and do a propane exchange I should not have to go hunt down an employee multiple times to be told to go wait and not be helped fix your staff

I’m a regular Walmart customer, at least two times a day I’m shopping at Walmart! I wanted to purchase a item that was out of stock online, so I decided to stop by the store and check for myself! I found the item that I was looking for! I asked Ricardo,” is there anyway to accommodate my promo code and use it in the store, or can you apply a gift card to my order?” Ricardo refuse to do so and offered NOTHING, so Bethany.. “The Front End Manager”.. did absolutely nothing! Offered nothing! This store is very incompetent! Management needs customer service refresher training every week!

I am so impressed with Santino, the supervising manager at this store.He reached out to me via the phone when I didn't receive my delivery. He apologized about the item being delivered to the wrong place and informed me that the delivery drivers aren't Walmart employees.He told me what I needed to do to get my refund.He was so polite in a world that isn't really polite anymore.Thank you Santino for reaching out to me.Give this man a raise.

I've continued to be a valued Walmart customer for over 9 yrs. I pay heavily for items to be delivered & tip well in addition. I simply do not understand how such a supposed "reputable company" manages to not only NOT DELIVER on time but not deliver at all! Then does not even have the decency to notify customers that their items will not be delivered as if our time is not as valuable as theirs. My delivery was supposed to be delivered between 9-10pm this evening but instead at 10:30pm I spent a good half hour trying to get through on the phone line. When I finally did, I was told I need to cancel my order & reorder it tomorrow because they were short on drivers this evening. Had someone notified me sooner, I could have gone out to get my medicine or ordered it from a more reliable source. I can say that I will NOT be ordering online from them anymore. So sad how their customer service has so dramatically declined! Also, when I asked for a direct number to management to speak to them the next day about this ongoing/persistent problem, the customer service person I spoke to on the phone told me that there is no number to contact upper management & that they didn't even have a way to contact them! 🤣😂🤣

I was observing last night as I waited for my wife at the self check out . The attendant on the eve of 8/17 was very attentive a young man had too many items to carry , the attendant offered him a shopping card , which was appreciated . Clay Walmart about 6pm 8/17/23:.

I'm not sure of her name...but I see her frequently when I pick up my groceries. She usually brings them to my car. Well today she gave me a rose for Valentines Day. What a way to go above and beyond ♡♡ Made my day! Thank you so much little blonde woman!

I haven't used this Walmart much personally over the years, but after the fiasco I experienced trying to buy a new cell phone through them recently, I will not return to ANY Walmart location. First time, I paid money for the phone online and then headed to the location to pick up my item. I got there a little before 4PM on a Sunday. They said it "wasn't ready yet" and I had to wait until 7PM for them to fill the order. ON A SUNDAY! Mind you, I even offered to pick it up off the shelf and bring it to them personally, but they refused. This refusal was done in a VERY rude tone, may I add. One of the ladies asked another to page the pickup department to come work out the issue, and the other female employee responded with "He has legs. He can walk over there and ask them himself." I then asked for a refund so I could buy it there in-person instead, and they said I had to call a corporate number for that. (I didn't want to buy it there and have a double charge on my card that I wasn't sure I would be reimbursed by corporate for.) I left and just called the number and got the order cancelled. Not a huge deal. I tried again the next day and this time I selected "delivery" so they could bring it to me. Five minutes before the order was expected to be here, I got an email cancelling the order and telling me that they don't have any in stock. Absolutely untrue. I saw them myself the day before. Customer service was of no help either, offering free shipping that was estimated NEXT WEEK. I said I wanted overnight for the trouble, and they refused. I cancelled the second order and just ate the inconveniences. Beware of ordering from this location online or going inside expecting any form of customer service or the basics of help. For a $400 billion dollar corporation, they act like they're starving for money.
