update to my review dec 4 2023: after losing patchy to cancer we adopted Blessing. he goes crazy when we get to lucky pup store. they always treat us real good and give discount when we cant afford much. Blessing sure loves these folks.our pibble Patchy loves the jug head toy & the braided bully sticks. Thank you for making it so we could buy these types of treat. Cant afford at them other stores. Like to say the shop is very clean smells real good to.

This woman who claims to also help animals and is not a registered non profit is a fraud and she has been stealing money from many for years! She runs a con asking people to lend her money claiming she is rescuing puppies from puppy mills and she will pay you back but never does! She is making money on reselling these puppies at a profit! This is most likely how she was able to open her pet shop! I run a registered non profit that truly helps animals and this is abhorrent that she does this and she has conned so many out of thousands of dollars! Don’t support her store cause she is a crook! Just google her name Pam Vito you see many complaints!

I had a great first impression! It was the best customer service I've had in a while. Store owner was very polite and helpful. She also had great recommendations for the natural treats. My furr baby is very picky, but he loved them. He loves his sweater. Thanks.

This is indeed one of the best shops that exist in this world. The purchases made not only makes the customers happy but also help dog rescue charities and individual dog rescuers. I have known the owner of this shop for last two years and she's one of the kindest and genuine people I have ever known. Thank you The Lucky Pupp shop, I wish you all the best! I was very excited to receive a request to stop by to visit The Lucky Pup to help out with a few signage projects. I had no idea what the time would involve. Got my information for the project I would be working on and then took a look around. Pam was soooooo extremely helpful. She is like a walking library when it comes to nutrition and healthy options for my furbaby. She blessed me with a few little items for my little Zoey and gave me so many tips on a different approach when it comes to nutritional foods, snacks and chew sticks. So grateful!!!!My lil' Zoey is loving life with her new chew stick!!! Will have to grab a few more soon :)

Stopped in to The Lucky Pup to check out this new pet supply store. Wow what a great place. Pam was so knowledgeable and friendly. Chloe got fitted for a new harness and they shared their info on more holistic flea and tick preventions. This is our new go to for pet supplies. I love this storeCathy

Pam is the best! She was able to get my pup switched over to food that has turned his skin problems around 1000% and he is always so excited to eat!

My boyfriend was getting his hair cut next door and I decided to pop in and see the shop. I mention I have my dog in the car and Pam says to bring her in! Opal was very high energy and not behaving at all but Pam was so great and helped me fit Opal for a new harness, something I had been wanting to get for awhile but never knew what size to get! Such a perfect meeting! I got her a new harness and leash and treats! I WILL be back! Can’t wait to go back and show Pam how much better Opal will be once we get adjusted to the harness! Thank you so much! Will recommend you others!

I discovered the store by accident but I'm absolutely happy that I did! The owner is amazing she was very helpful and the setup is really nice. I had my niece & daughter with me and she even gave them treats lol.. Prices are affordable, I've decided this will be my go to from now on.

The Lucky Pupp is the preferred destination of my eleven pound jackhuahua, Honey. Like every dog she is welcomed there. We acquire her high quality gear, treats, ang humsn-grade food at Lucky Pupp. We have found that if we need something not in stock, they are happy to order it for us. The shop is bright, colorful, and we'llstocked.Pam.and Shannon are cheerful and helpful. Shopping at The Lucky Pupp is always a terrific experience for Honey and me.

It's a Lucky Pupp indeed whose human shops for them at this bow wow boutique. All dog supplies, beds, coats, artwork, leads and collars, doggie treat bakery, and almost everything else In the Doggyverse. Proceeds all benefit international dog rescue with focus on rescue in developing nations. TLP especially likes to carry small scale cottage industry and locally made goods to support small business, so I feel good about where my doggy dollars are going.
