Terrible!! Warning others to never purchase anything at this location especially a washer and dryer. It was the biggest nightmare and the absolute worst customer service. 15 plus phone calls, 2 visits to the store and still didn’t provide us with the service we paid for. Unbelievable. Each person at the store including management told us different information. The warehouse told us different information. We will absolutely never be back. Stick with Home Depot because they actually care about their customers and don’t charge you for services that they don’t end up providing to you. Save yourself the headache, time and money, go elsewhere. This store could care less about their customers, I’m out money and still don’t have my washer and dryer setup like I paid for. 0/10.

Purchased 21 spools of Christmas lights from Lowe's before Thanksgiving and installed them all at our home. within a couple weeks they all started going out and coming back on randomly. After spending over $600 and a weekend installing them it was very disappointing. After spending Christmas out of town we took the Holiday decorations down Jan 2nd. I took the lights back to Lowe's to return them as they have a three year warranty only to be met with instant attitude from the lady at the return desk as if I was some type of criminal trying to pull one over on Lowe's. I was told they do not accept seasonal returns after you are done using then and they need to be returned before the holiday. I don't know who takes down all their decoration before the holiday. I asked for a manager and she proceeded to back up the employee in treating me like a criminal and refused to hear that this is a defective product that probably shouldn't have been on the shelf in the first place. All the spools are defective not one or two......I am a contractor that spends a lot of money with Lowes's and I have never had an experience like this returning and item at Lowe's. Upon calling customer service they agreed that this is a defective product and I should be refunded. They sent an email to the store manger and said they would be contacting me about making the return. No such contact has been made and I'm guessing never will be.

I spend 50K a year at Lowes. $3700 my last bathroom order. I needed to return 1 fitting. I didn’t have the receipt. They wouldn’t take it back. So because of all the theft from Lowes. Me and you are going to be paying even more. From now on no more Lowes. I buy online from Amazon or Walmart.

I bought a double wall oven to replace my old one. Had Lowe’s people (CRST home solutions) come to measure. Then we set a date for install- today. Got a message that the installers couldn’t find the oven at the Lowe’s store so my install was cancelled. I called and the oven was there. The installer would not go back and get the oven to install, even though we live only a few miles from the store. The Lowe’s people called and said the next instal date was Dec 2. This means no Thanksgiving cooking!!! I would have thought that they would have helped to get the oven in ASAP since it was their installers Screwup but no help. Hard to believe there is only one installer for all is Syracuse! The store people were all very nice but the installation side leaves a bad taste and an Empty belly.I have to hand it to the Lowe’s people. Once they read my review they went to work for me and contacted their installer company. My new ovens was installed last night, Thanksgiving eve, by the nicest pair of workmen I have ever met. They worked late to give us a good Thanksgiving giving. While I can’t excuse the original mistake that started this problem, I understand that things sometimes happen, and with some effort on everyone’s part things can get done. So live and learn and Happy Thanksgiving!

Matt, Denise. and Jared were so amazing to what I needed. I know very little about wordworking but I had a project I’ve been needing to get done. Matt made sure I got everything I needed, he was very quick and helped me more than any customer service worker has ever helped me. Denise and Jared were quick to help as well. I normally get anxious going into lowe’s as I know very little about home improvement/ lumber but knowing that the lovely workers there are quick to help and do not judge is amazing. I made sure to get there names so I could leave a review for whoever looks at these to know how amazing they were!!

I just wanted to share my experience at approximately 3:30 today with an associate named Shaun. I was alone in the gardening section, loading up pavers. Shaun came over and asked if I needed help (which I desperately did!). He helped me figure out how many pavers I needed, load the pavers in the cart, cash me out, and put them in my car for me. All on his own accord. This young man demonstrated great customer service. I appreciate him!

It's Lowe's. No different from any other location. On a plus side, there was more than 1 cashier & we weren't mandated to use self checkouts...you know, where you're an unofficial, unpaid employee without benefits.

Went here twice today to talk to someone about ordering cabinets. Both times the associate for cabinets was away- once on lunch and never came back. Don’t waste your time here for cabinets or countertops.I’ve had good experiences for paint and the appliance team is nice and friendly. But they need some serious help having people available in kitchen cabinets and countertops.

I've always been an avid shopper at Home Depot. It was suggested I try out Lowe's which I did. While there I was encouraged to sign up for their credit card to receive 20% off my first purchase. After signing up I waited a week for my card to arrive (which as of today I still don't have). I was told I could go to the store get all of my items and the cashier would be able to look my card up to capture the discount. I rolled up to the cashier with $500 worth of items. The cashier looked up my card, process the transaction at which point the card was declined. She attempted the transaction a second and third time. At this point she called her supervisor who gave her an 800 number to call. That internal phone number was going to a medical complex. Armed with a new 800 number we explained our situation to a service representative who in turn transferred us to another service representative where we had to re-explain the entire situation one more time. The service representative stated my card had been blocked for fraud. After verifying no charges had actually been made, they lifted the block and I was able to check out. The entire process took almost 45 minutes. I think I'll stick with Home Depot.

Went to purchase a wheelbarrow. Had a number of different ones in stock which was nice. Many of them were already fully assembled some were not so people like me could fit them in a small car. Tons of great Christmas decorations. Could spend hours looking at that stuff.

The selection of flowers and plants for planting outdoors was fantastic. They were fresh and abundant. Plenty of people to help you. Great price on potting soil for planters outdoors. I also bought some extra large storage containers. Nothing like these at other stores. Well made. Self checkout was fast and easy. Help was right there if you needed it.UPDATE 7/25/2023 still my go to store for all my home needs. Found a great price on a new door. The sales guy couldn't have been nicer and very informative.

A very typical large "box store" - clean, well organized with good product selection and volume sales-market based pricing. Customer service unfortunately takes a hit (due to customer volume). From experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering hiring contract services through LOWE'S do so clearly understand the legal phrase: 'caveat emptor'.

I was very happy with this Lowe's stores and the workers were very helpful with helping us make our decision to buy a weed wacker.they went above and beyond to help us find the right one and explained everything and I will definitely go back there again. Awesome store and awesome workers.

BUYER BEWARE! We recently purchased carpet for our home at this location. Lowes came out for a free estimate and gave us a price. We decided to go through with the install, last second we found at the store that the carpet in the quote was not what we clearly said we wanted. No biggie, they let us know we would need to have people out for a new estimate with all the correct carpeting. Again, we said let’s do it in terms of purchasing and installing.Today the install team again had installed the INCORRECT CARPET in our living room. The carpet upstairs is already fraying near our hardwood floors. I went into Lowe’s and was given a card with a 800 number because NO MANAGERS WERE AVAILABLE! Lowes, or at least this location is an absolute nightmare! Save not just the money but most importantly TIME and go elsewhere for any install needs.**UPDATE**Over 24 hours later this store has still FAILED to call us about this incident! The only people we spoke to were with the install team whose hands are tied until Lowes figures this out. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY to fix such a HUGE error quickly!

I went in this morning (6-30-23) to ask some questions about an LG front load washer that I had bought there. Dan and Scott took the time to give me the answers that I needed. Great guys!Previous review from 2021. They only allow you to do 1 review per place:We went into the kitchen cabinet dept to put a cabinet order in. Lorene was just going to lunch. She put her lunch off until she put our order in. She was really knowledgeable and friendly. THAT is what customer service is all about!

Gerry is amazing!!! I wonder around trying to seek him out just so he can help me, he is always happy and extremely helpful. The team there are all helpful and it’s always a pleasant trip. After buying this house I know almost every employee and Gerry is the best!
