CVS Pharmacy inside of Target on RT.31, in Liverpool, N.Y. is truly an amazing pharmacy for many reasons. There is always someone there who will greet you with a kind smile, and there usually is not a long wait, if any at all. The staff does a very good job at doing their best to make sure they get things done as soon as possible. The head pharmacist, Elyse, is always willing to go the extra mile to help out when situations arise. Mike, another pharmacist is also extremely helpful with going the extra distance to make sure the customers are taken care of. I feel the staff itself is another reason I specifically go there. Amber, Missy, Sue and the rest of the staff are always so polite, and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone needing a new pharmacy or anyone looking to switch pharmacies. I am a customer for life!

Omar went above and beyond today in contacting the insurance company for immunizations. While waiting I witnessed a couple of customers that were not having a great day, and he and the pharmacist both were extremely kind and patient with everyone. By the time those customers left they were a little less irritable. I seen first hand how amazing they are. They are truly an asset to CVS/Target. I hope they are recognized for their hard work and dedication.

I've been a Pharmacy customer for several years. I have never, ever seen Debbie behave in any way that was not professional. My husband and daughter have the same sentiment. We also love Mary and Catherine the Pharmacy Techs. The pharmacy itself is not as good since they switched to CVS. I don't like how CVS switches the generic brands of my prescriptions all the time. It's also much busier than it used to be. I continue to go there because of Debbie, Mary and Catherine. They are wonderful people. Even when Andy, the Pharmacy Manager passed away, they took care of their patients/customers. It was very hard for them.

I called ahead to pick up my scripts because the pharmacy was closing soon. The lady on the phone, Mary, was so rude and condescending. When i walked up to the pharmacy and handed her my new insurance card, she proceeded to throw it back at me and say that she doesn’t need it. She threw it at me!!! Absolutely absurd. Then i asked her to put a refill request in and she belittled me for the medicine I’m prescribed!! Absolutely disgusted. Middle fingers up, Mary.

Outstanding customer service! I cannot say enough about Nikki who went above and beyond to help rectify an issue with scripts and a local emergency room. I couldn’t get the information needed so she stepped in and took over easing my anxiety over my child not getting the medication she needed. I really can’t say thank you enough!!

Slowest pharmacy ever. There were 5 people in line (myself included) and the employee (there were 2 but only 1 decided to help customers) wasnt even trying to hurry. She dragged her feet for every customer. Also was unapologetic for the wait. Horrible customer service.

OMG! Mark you are so right. I was hesitant to make that remark but I have always seen her acting strangely on several occasions. I did not know what to make of it, didnt know if she was drunk or behaving that way. Never smelled alcohol on her breath but once started flirting with my husband which I found odd.

You guys who are saying that debbie smells of Alcohol are high as kites. She is one of the nicest people I have ever come across and not 1 time have I seen anything inappropriate nor have I encountered anything crazy.....maybe you have the problem

Staff here are rude, belligerent and deliberately unhelpful. Moved my prescription to a pharmacy further away due to their aggressive nature.
