I had my 2 cats neutered/spade.They were nice explaining the procedure before the day of appt. Very Beautiful Big farm! It was a simple procedure got all their shots too at a reasonable price and got them back the same day. Very Satisfied!!

Dr Tim is the best thing that's ever happened to rescued animals in Western New York. That man is a wealth of knowledge and experience, with a McGuyver-like talent for making things work. He and his wife give an incredible service to our community, and especially to those animals who wouldn't have an advocate otherwise. Can't say enough good things!!

Dr. O'Leary is a fantastic doctor. He is what I call an animals doctor, meaning his concern is for the animal and maybe not so much its owner, not that he isnt pleasant to deal with. You get the feeling he would rather communicate with your pet and get to the bottom of things and help them rather then pander to the emotion and over coddling of its owner. I like that. I have been going there off and on for years and although his place is abit unorthodox, he has everything needed to do most anything a pet requires. Because this is officially an animal rescue, it is not run like a doctors office. You call and most of the time, leave a message. Depending on your urgency and his schedule, he will return your call but it maybe a day or two later if its not something pressing. He is a strong advocate of neutering and does the procedure well and much cheaper then most clinics. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who wants good old fashion vet care at reasonable cost.*Take a candy bar along.. Hershey's seems to be a favorite, and you will get more interaction from the Doctor. :) Either way, your animal will get great care.

Dr O'leary is an alternative to main stream vetinary practice. His office looks like a converted barn, and I'm pretty sure the "animal santuary" is a working farm. He greeted me wearing mud-caked boots. My cat needed some expensive dental work that our regular vet quoted to cost nearly $1,000. Dr O'leary did the procedure for a fraction of that cost. Desite the unusual remote location of the practice, Dr O'leary treated my cat humanely. Once the anesthesia wore off, my cat started eatly dry foot without any issues. He has been noticably happier since, and we could not have afforded to have it done other. Dr O'leary provides a great service, and I would have no problem recommending him to anyone (assuming they don't mind spending a day in Eliicotville)

A wonderful professional place took and got my kitty fixed was very kind I got my days mixed up so took him on a day ahead of time was a off day for them but the were kind enough because i had tried to call and confirm to take him in that day despite was wrong day and after surgery my little boy has been healing nice and clean was in and out same day and the pruce was so affordable the only thing i could sugest to them is to put a couple signs up on their road ir near it to help people find it easier because the hart road sign is diagonally set so hard to see it but over all was spectacular!!!!

Called to surrender our dog. They said bring him in. We drove almost 2 hours in the snow and upon arrival were told we never called them. Redial the number and their phone started ringing. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone
