Love this place! They do beautiful groomings for my dogs, Lucky and Lulu, and they add cute bows to Lulu’s ears! I always get stopped on walks asking where they get so wonderfully groomed. They just do such a terrific job here, I’ve gone to some other places before, but nothing beats this place!

I’ve been taking Teddy here for 6 years. They always know the cut and have taken good care of him. I’ve also been able to have him kept longer for day care (extra charge) if I’m running errands and they can accommodate.

They groom very well!Its not too costly and reasonably priced for the quality grooming your dog will receive. I have been taking my pomeranian here for couple of years now and she always comes out looking super cute.

Great grooming !My bichon fries dog was groomed here for few times here. They did so wonderful job. The owner give you good advices for caring my dog . Very easy to make an appointment for grooming. When boarded him for five days in past September they send me picture of him and text me that he was doing okay. It was great feeling.

I had brought my dog since she was 6 months and she is almost 3 years old now. I want to share my worst experience with this store. I took her to the grooming as usual and I couldn't believe what happened that day. I had to pay extra money for the bad behavior of my dog, and they had a difficult time doing her nails and the lady who did had a scratch. It didn’t sound right, but I paid $ 10 extras for what he asked, and I took my dog.We are driving back, and I saw my dog’s eyes and she had the blood eyes. One eye has so dark blood all over her eye and a little bit of blood spot for the other eye.We changed direction and went back to the store, and I asked what happened. He said my dog was so enraged and her eye became blood, and her thong became almost purple color. I didn’t want to argue with him and left the store.But they are supposed to be an expert how to handle the dogs and they shouldn’t push the dog until that far. The store manager handled it very badly. First, he wasn’t honest that he didn’t tell me about blood eyes, and he charged extra money???? And who knows what really happened!!!!My dog has been very nervous for a couple of days, and she was exhausted.I just want to share my very bad experience with the dog owners, and this can happen to your dog too.

Appreciated and impressed !! Highly recommend this place for grooming, boarding and daycare. My 6 years old Shihtzu came home with a better behavior after 9 days of his first boarding ever last week. This place is very clean has huge playroom. The owners are very responsible and informative. I would definitely count on this place for my Bowie whenever we're out of town.

The new owners are really nice! They explain everything very nicely and simply so that I can understand. The groomers are really amazing. They do a great job with my dog and she always looks so clean and neat after her grooming. They put a cute bandana after they finish and the designs are also really cute! I really recommend this store for people looking for something other than a shave. They really listened to what I wanted and they were on point. Can't wait to go again!

I have been bringing my pug here for years, I recently moved quite far away and still bring her here for grooming because she loves them so much! This place is wonderful and offers great care and attention to detail. The staff is very loving and friendly and the management is extraordinary! They also offer boarding and some great outfits and accessories for your loved furry friends! Would recommend everyone to try them out :)

I have lived around the neighborhood for almost 10 years now and have always stopped by the see the cute puppies in the window. Seeing the puppies so playful and happy, its safe to say they take care and treat dogs in a good way. I used to bring my dog here before she died. They always groomed her beautifully and she was always happy after. Sometimes she would get stressed out but that was because I would groom her when she was menstruating.(sorry) The best part is that if they ever notice anything out of the ordinary, they would let me know when I came to pick her up. Out of the many years I have gone there, only once did they tell me that they cut her face short because it was uneven.(I had cut her face myself at home because I didn't have time to bring her for grooming) But it still came out great. I am always happy with their service. Although I don't have a dog right now, I would definitely return to Doggy Doggy as my main groomer if I get another dog.

I have been taking my dog here for 3 years now because they are open on Saturday. Not anymore. After taking my dog home this Saturday, she developed a skin infection all over her body. She itches to the point where her entire body is bleeding (something that we have had no problem with for the past 8 years of her life). When i came home Tuesday night, my dog was literally bleeding all over her body and I had to take her to the vet at 10 PM. $350 later, she is recovering from a skin infection caused by the clippers. I understand that dogs sometimes move during the procedure, but if you have clean cutting tools, this would have never happened. Honestly, I am not surprised based on the other reviews that are on here. I called to talk to them about what they can do, the manager said she would call back shortly, and they never did.Last time I will come here, and expect a bill for my dogs doctor. If there is no compensation, I will make sure I am compensated for.

My dog is an extremely well tempered, obedient, trained and also easy to manage York is. Only 6 pounds might I add! They shaved her two ears weirdly short and buzzed awkwardly! What really infuriates me is she has been nicked on her nose next to her eye so that you could see a skin patch! Only a quarter inch away from where my dogs pretty eyes open to see! Be weary of this place! Will never go back and next time spend an extra 20 bucks and be happy with the results rather than upset with my decisions!

I took my Maltipoo here two days ago. And I sent them photos of what I wanted him to look like. Pictures of himself from previous haircuts. Which was nothing to demanding or difficult. Although I really did like how my dog and myself were treated (they were extremely nice) I am very displeased with how the haircut turned out.

I would like to share my experience at Doggy Doggy, and I am begging and WARNING everyone not to take their dogs there for grooming. I have a 2 year old maltese who is usually very energetic, happy, and playful. Two weeks ago, my husband brought him to Doggy Doggy for a grooming. When my husband brought him home, I was shocked by his appearance. He was unnecessarily shaved and his skin was visible. He wouldn't stop shivering. He would not eat, drink, walk, and he was a total different dog. They broke his nail and as a result, he would resist walking. He would not stop licking the hurt area. He was clearly traumatized from the experience. He is doing better now, but please, I am urging you not to take your dog there.

I went to doggy doggy to search for a dog. I was surprised by the fact that they only had 2 dogs when i was there. The people who worked their was pretty rude as well. I saw this adorable maltese pup and when i asked for the price, the lady seemed so annoyed. She then told me it was $1800. I was surprised yet again that a 8 month dog costs $1800. I highly recommend you not to go there.

Worse grooming the dog ever got. They just shaved her when l asked just to trim😱I was shocked and so frustrated 🤯I was about to get fired cuz they messed up the dog. She looked like a rat for 2month!! Never coming back again. Not recommended!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. 1 star is way to much. I have a 3 years old playful maltese. He is fully potty train. The second i parked the car he peed all over the car, and all over me. I was shocked from hi behavior as he never did such a thing in 3 years, not even at home by accident. But i thought it was just an accident.I dropped him off at 10am, and as usual after 2 hrs they called me to pick him up. Once i got there the lady told me that my dog has a problem with an eye, and i told her that he doesnt, when he gave it to me his right eye was completely closed and tearing , and she was blaming me that i brought him like this. I was so upset, and i left the store. At home my dog went directly to his bed and didnt move from there, just for eating and drinking. I called the Vet and he told me to give him some eye drop until my visit on Monday. This morning his eye was worst, swollen and keep tearing, and now my dog is also limping. I implore everyone NOT to bring your Dog to this place, i dont know what they do to the dogs when they groom them, but i can tell you that my dog is traumatized from this place, and if i can find a way to report them for abuse on animals i will do it. This place has to be shut down .

My family keeps bringing their dogs back here out of convenience but I think their cuts in general are mediocre. It's kind of a hit or miss here - might get a cute cut or a really boring, shapeless cut. We have a shih-tzu, a maltese and a cockapoo. We've only taken the first two there because the cockapoo is mine and I would only bring her there if I had no other choice because everywhere else is booked or closed on certain days - last resort deal.One time, after I picked up the shih-tzu for my brother, he had some thick meaty flap sticking out of his eye and I had to take him to the vet right away for ointment. My brother ended up spending an extra $70. Don't know if that was their fault or if it was the dog but it does make me wary to bring my dog there.The prices are around $45-55 and there's some sort of annual discount club you can join for $10 and you save some money on the grooming (10% I think) and the merchandise. The puppies there are very cute but they are probably puppy mill puppies (DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF BREEDING!) The staff is very nice but as I said, cuts are mediocre - recommended as a last resort.

I would not recommend this establishment doggy doggy as they probably use puppy mill dogs that look nice on the outside but have many problems and the customer service is horrible I certainly would never have my dog groomed here again. as I got my dog back traumatized by the experience. stay away.
