We love the meat selections and frequently drive (17miles),past Wal-Mart, (3 blocks from home) to buy meat at this location. The new manager at this location is a pro. Clean, the cashiers are fast and friendly - it's a pleasure to do my grocery shopping here. A true Market 32 branded store. 5 STARS.

Very clean and well stocked store for all your home needs. Baked goods are tasty and prepared foods save a lot of time. Great for campers, visitors and RV people too!! Staff is super nice and welcoming!

I've never had a problem and usually enjoy shopping at this Price chopper in little falls. But today I went there because they had lobsters on sale and I was excited to go get a couple. I waited at the seafood /meat counter for about 20 minutes. I looked in the back, I looked up and down aisles trying to find some associate and could find no one. So I called the service desk while I was waiting and they paged someone to seafood two times over the loudspeaker and still no one came.i I gave up but before I left I went to the service desk to make sure someone knew what happened so maybe they could help me. The response was I could get a raincheck and come back another time. I was kind of expecting someone could help me in the Seafood department. The whole thing was so strange. No employee in the whole store available so I am offered a raincheck. This was at 3:30 pm, not near closing time.

Very clean spacious along with relaxing. I can look, think, and decide on my food choices without a million people shoving past me. Reasonable prices and great meat. The definition of a small town grocery store.

Little Falls NY-Not very happy with being told they couldn't slice anything in the deli @ 6pm on a Sunday, because they had to shut the deli down to clean because corporate is coming in the morning. This store does closes at 11pm, so shut down should have been at 8 or 9pm for the nightly deep clean since it is the Deli. NOT AT 6PM. I normally don't have a problem with this store.

Where are the lunch time workers...waited 20 for some help as I have a 30 min lunch..no one came couldn't even get food to eat I would give yall 0 stars if I could...shame on yall lunch is at 12 pm yall should have ppl waiting for orders...my whole half hour lunch is gone I'm I'm still in the store waiting for my dam sub..sickening..as if I didn't learn my lesson...went for soup 2 weeks later...same stupidness...1145 in the afternoon, no soup no workers no nothing..what is wrong with this store

Meticulously clean crappers. You could have eaten off the porcelain! A+ for hygiene.All jokes aside, really clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and I found everything I came in for right away. Excellent experience.

A bit pricey, I shop sales and deals only or if I need to grab milk or something quickly it's my go to. Frequently there are not enough cashiers on especially during the summer tourist season. Lines back up quite a bit and there can be a pretty long wait. Deli, produce, and meat are always fresh and the store is kept up and very clean. Cashiers are always friendly.

Very clean, selection is good for a small chain grocery store. There is a butcher counter for custom cut meats. Staff is friendly and helpful, unfortunately there aren't enough of them at times, but what grocery store in this age doesn't have that problem. Will continue to shop there

I'm always happy that their is a store so close to home. They are very helpful. If you can't find something just ask. I wanted a certain gluten free product that they didn't carry and they ordered it for me.

Clean, organized, well stocked. Have specials on sale 10/10 which is awesome. Otherwise some items are expensive. Coupons, deals worth it, but if on a budget then not so much...

Back around Thanksgiving of 2021 I stopped in on the way home from work. I pull into the parking lot to see other customers standing outside by the entrance. It was 20 minutes til closing time...the doors were already locked. A cashier and a stocker came out carrying a case of water..I asked are you closed and stated that it wasn't even 11pm yet! The smart mouthed cashier said they felt like closing early and do so if there isn't any business. Uhm...you HAD two customer's outside and myself.. That makes 3 people that needed a quick whatever. I needed diapers and formula for my babies and your sorry staff didn't seem to care. I called corporate and expressed my dissatisfaction and further stated that I would NOT be shopping at the Little Falls Price Chopper until you folks got your act together. I expected a curiosity call back from your corporate customer service department but I guess no one at corporate seems to think that a complaint is worth following up on. I USED to spend nearly 2.5k a month in your Little Falls store. But since no one can be bothered to make sure the customers are happy and that your staff isn't going around berating customers, then I have taken my business elsewhere! It seemed like your night shift has a high turnover rate and very very few of the employees were helpful and friendly. I'd suggest your company get back to customer service 101 if you care to stay in business anywhere. Take that from me, someone that owns a small business. Fix it or I will not shop at any of your Pricer Chopper/Market 32 stores.

prices are a little high but they also have a fair amount of discounts and not just for their stuff. Dairy products should be rotated because on more than one occasion I've wanted cream cheese or yogurt and the out dated stuff was still in there and the later dated stuff was way in the back. This is why I only rated it 3 stars. It's a good store for when you need a few things like near the end if the month

This store is clean and bright. Friendly accommadating staff. I love shopping here. Yes it is smaller than most BUT THEY ONLY HAD A SMALL FOOTPRINT TO WORK WITH. I love the fact that you get $ off on gasoline just by shopping . The only down side is that sometimes they run out of items on sale but they will give ypu a rain check. Over all i am thrilled they have come to little falls. We had no where in town to shop before. 😊❤

This is a medium to small size supermarket in Little Falls, NY. It is well stocked with most typical food products. People are reasonably friendly and helpful. In summer and fall they have excellent produce.

Several employees don't wear masks correctly, and the number of customers who don't even have a mask with them is disturbing, yet they're allowed to roam around as if nothing is amiss. I often don't feel safe and have to take circuitous route around the store to avoid anti-maskers (employee and public).

Great grocery store with abundant variety. Produce is always fresh and in stock. Sales are frequently out of of stock by 2nd day but always good about raincheck. Aisle are wide with additional product blocking path. Employees are wonderful also.

The store is very cramped with cases of items in all the aisles making it difficult to get around. It's a small store to start with and that makes it worse. People stocking shelves would not even move over when asked so we could get to the food on the shelves. Our cashier however was amazing!!! There were Alot of the items on sale in stock which is not always true with other stores..

Advertised apples for .99 didn't have them. So they said another bag of empires they would substitute only to find on my receipt when I got home that I was charged 7.43. Always have to watch even when you're told they honored the coupon. Going back tomorrow.

This is by far one of the fancier price choppers still standing, and fairly new. They need to fix there bathrooms though, I was using the John when the toilet paper cover fell off cracking me in the knee. I brought it to a employee (as a former employee) and the next week it was duct taped back on!

I've shopped a lot of different Price Chopper stores. This one is not what I expect from Price Chopper. There is no consistency in what they carry. Find a product you like and they will discontinue it in a few months. I've been in there when they've had long lines at the registers and don't open another one up. They do carry a better selection of cheeses than other nearby price choppers. But all in all I prefer to go elsewhere.
