I had visited this store for the first time as my friend needed to buy already mixed salt water for her sons fish tank. And I another hand fell in love with this cute little cockatiel. The customer service, and the store is impeccable. They were so kind and caring as you really truly felt like you were in a family run store instead of a big chain store that doesn't care about their customers. This store was the complete opposite. They were extremely kind and caring when it came to my needs for buying a bird and helped me with my concerns that i also had. This is a great store who gave great customer service. Five stars for sure. I will be back.

Best pet store by far, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly where you feel like family down there, I highly recommend buying your supplies, great selection of fish. If they don't have it they'd be happy to order it for you they go the extra mile I'll never shop anywhere else

The staff here was very helpful and friendly. The aquatic plant selection was great and all of the plants were very healthy. They also have plenty of other pet supplies like the wheel we bought for my rats.

Accidentally found this place and I’m so happy I did!They have so many variety of fish, all well taken care of! Lots of variety of items for fish tanks, so if you want to start this hobble. This is the place to come purchase your stuff!I had a question about cleaning my tank with a suction pump, and one of the gentlemen there came out and showed me how to do it, he was very detailed and so nice!Highly recommend this store!

Great team, great service. My puppy had a problem with his stomach and the nice people who work here gave me tips and asked about my puppy when I came back. The staff is great, their boss is awesome and everyone is always ready to help. Buy everything you need for your animals here, you will be happy.

Just came in for the first time today. I was stunned to see how incredible this store is. I cannot believe the amount of items they have for all animals. It was truly a warehouse with any item imaginable. The hamsters were adorable, I am no longer going to Petsmart ever again, I highly recommend shopping here. The employees are so kind and welcoming. I cannot even express my gratitude for this place. The staff were so professional, everything was organized. This is my new favorite pet store. If I could give this store 10 or more stars I would. No words can even describe how incredible the store is. Definitely recommend coming here for all your pet needs, it is worth it and you won’t be disappointed!

This is a wonderful shop!Moved not too far away and as a tropical fish keeper and freshwater Angelfish breeder, having a solid fish store near by is huge.Great selection of both fresh and saltwater fish to choose from. Was particularly impressed with how clean every single tank was. Could not find a single fish suffering from any form of diseaseThey also have a nice selection of birds and other critters like hamsters and bunnies.Excellent selection of supplies and ultra fair prices. So good in fact there is no need to check for anything online first.You guys have earned a lifetime customer 👍

A wide selection of fish and other animals that are happy and healthy. This is not always the case with other pet stores, but here they strive to make sure that every animal is well cared for. I’ve been going here for many years and always appreciate the conversations and advice from the employees.

Birds are poorly cared for. Filthy water, poor diet, overgrown beaks, large birds in small cages, no toys for the small birds. It was heart breaking.

There are 3 owners who all work there. They are extremely helpful, honest, caring and eager to please people. They sell birds and fish and all of their animals and fish are healthy. They are great people.

Very limited selection of hamsters. I like to support small businesses though so I bought a dwarf hamster from them even though I wanted a regular one because they didn't have any standard size available. Nice little store seems like it's mostly aquarium supplies.

Fish tanks are very clean. Owner/ manager is super friendly and knowledgeable. I would visit this store any time I'm in that area. Would recommend to any hobbyist. Not only did he have some pretty rare fish, he also has nice plants. The birds are very pretty also but I'm not a bird guy.

Today was the first time going to this store. Called first they were extremely helpful over the phone. Store was packed but not chaotic. They have an enormous selection of fish, all healthy. Prices are comparable to a chain store but the selection was 100 times better and so was the stock. Was helped by a man named Joe, very informative and professional. Will be going back that's for sure.

An amazing array of different kinds of exotic pets and they all seem so happy! I love the parrot that you can visit and it just crawls onto your shoulder it's so cute. The customer service is amazing. The guys that work here are so friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are great too. One of the best places I've ever been to!! <3

Great little place, parking in the rear. They have a really nice selection of freshwater, saltwater fish, invertebrates, and plants. Selection and health of the animals puts big box pet stores to shame. They have a great selection of products for all other animals as well. I was actually surprised by the pricing too, very reasonable! Will definitely be going back!

Always nice. Never smells like Petco or petsmart. They interact with their in store animal's which is great. Always helpful. Also they have an extra perk If you have a huge fish tank that needs to be cleaned they come and do it.

I worked with James after setting up my first aquarium. He supplied me with knowledge on literally everything from setting up the tank, to cleaning, lighting, heating and what fish go well together. He had almost every product I needed at very competitive prices and ordered me any products that he didn't have in store. Would highly recommend to anyone who values service and industry knowledge from a great local shop. I wouldn't have this aquarium without them.

Everyone was friendly but not quick to help a wandering customer. Thankfully James stepped up and was very helpful and polite. Beautiful store with great looking tanks. Very clean, fish look happy and healthy. Would definitely go back.
