I’ve been taking my puppy Hudson to Lincolndale Veterinary Center for the last year and couldn’t be happier with the care and professionalism they provide our family. Dr Dundas and team are phenomenal and have never rushed me out of the exam room. With a new puppy, she offered guidance on every topic I had questions and more. My pets are family and I completely trust the Lincolndale team with their well being.

After our vet of over 15 years retired I was devastated. I never thought I would find someone as gentle and kind for our beloved Lilly, but Dr. Dundis and her staff, from the moment I called to schedule an apt, exceeded my expectations. More importantly, Lilly was comfortable. She never accepts treats from anyone, but she did from Dr. Dundis. They say animals can sense good people, so I am going to trust Lilly's instincts as well as my own, and I am happy to say we have found a new vet!!

Everyone at Lincolndale are all on top of their game. They are knowledgeable and compassionate and they always do whatever they can to address any issue, even same day/emergencies, etc. They follow up which other places have not. Lincolndale is a very clean and professional environment. Only issue for me personally, is that it's not cheap. But anything to make sure your loved one(s) safe and healthy. Thank you Lincolndale!!!!

Easy to schedule appointment, always on time, place is spotless and odorless and staff are excellent. Knowledgeable vets and staff address and resolve all of my dog's issues right away and treat effectively. Dr. Dundas and the staff at Lincolndale Veterinary Center have been wonderful to my pets. Dr. Dundas gives thorough diagnostic exams and is excellent at communicating a course of action when they are ill. She always works within my budget to find the best solution. My cat was treated by Dr. Dundas who saw her to give a second opinion. With medication, Dr. Dundas managed my cat’s chronic condition, whereas the prior vet never mentioned a medication to help my cat. Last week, I met Dr. Williams who answered my many questions about my foster cat. Another wonderful vet. Everyone there is so helpful and pleasant. LVC is a place of caring and kindness for your pet and for you!.

Dr. Dundas is a god send. We love and appreciate her and the entire staff so much. We own pet rats and finding care for them in this area was so hard. We struggled for a very long time before we found Dr. Dundas. She’s just incredibly sincere, honest, earnest in how she cares for your pets. Your input matters to her. She listens to every concern we have, she takes the time to talk to us. She makes decisions WITH you, not FOR you. She makes us feel like she cares about our pets even though they are small. She never makes us come in if we don’t have to (we live 45 mins away and she is always accommodating) she will take the time out of her day to answer questions and make us feel better. Dr. Dundas is just the perfect example of everything a vet should be, she is really wonderful and we are always so thankful we found her. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly as well though. They are always kind when we call, they always listen and pass our messages on. We feel 100% comfort with them. Thank you for your incredible work!

I was able to make a last minute emergency appointment no problem and Dr. Dundas was very thorough in her examination and testing. She walked me through all her recommendations for treatment and testing along with showing me prices which no vet has ever done for me before - amazing. I also really appreciated her consistent follow up via text (also, amazing) and concern for my puppy’s well being. She is more than just a vet and truly cares about her animals! I will now be bringing my cats here as well. Excellent all around and would highly recommend to any pet parents.

I've had 2 cats cared for by Lincolndale Veterinary Center over the past 7 yrs. The more recent cat Milo was a rescue with several medical issues. I have always received honest information guiding me for his best care. Both in house and referrals. The outcome has positive. Staff is great- Bonnie has been his vet tech- Dr. Dundas his vet. I find the office accommodating in urgent matters.

I have been to quite a few vets with my chronically ill cats. I'm finding that Lincolndale listens to my concerns and works with me. I like that the office is very calm and orderly; I know that the office manager is often the person who makes the practice run smoothly. My last vet was chaotic and disorganized, and I appreciate that I have found someplace better.After a few months: I am finding that Dr. Dundas and her staff are very caring and competent. Follow up calls are routine. Rx refills are handled without drama or delay. When my cat goes to the ER I get a call the next day making sure that care in coordinated. Overall a great office.
