Called Liberty NY ShopRite to inquire about delivery.Spoke to the nicest, most helpful young lady named Hailey ( hope I spelled that correctly!)She answered every question thoroughly and patiently, and in fact, I told her she was the most helpful young person I've dealt with in months!Her parents and boss should be proud!

If there was no stars id give zero this morning 12/30/23 i went to this ShopRite to make a purchase of bags that are sold for about 5¢, i guess the manager thought that 30 bags was too much to sell so he denied me a sale of an item they sell smh bad business good thing i dont go here often.

⚠️ Opening hours never updated online by this store for holidays, e.g. Easter weekend. Best to call ahead if unsure. A fair amount of upset customers turning up to find it’s closed. Would be really helpful if ShopRite could just update on GoogleMaps instead of a poster on the door for after you’ve arrived at a closed store. The ShopRite app is clunky and doesn’t seem to be updated either.

I've been working for ShopRite a little over a month now the people are great there that I work with the managers are super cool and it's an excellent place to work. I meet neighbors friends and ex associates it's just great helping out the public and my community.

Reasonable place. Have a lot to do in terms of promoting local producers, offering organic options. In recent years they have progressively reduced variety, particularly in the cheese department.

Horrible store. They advertise coupons then refuse to honor them and corporate dodges responsibility and is just generally shady. They don't stock common items you can often find in places as basic as Dollar General and there is a general air of pretentiousness. I certainly don't recommend this Shoprite or the company as a whole. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Store atmosphere is great, very clean and organized with friendly staff. They have a lot of sales in store, some items are a little expensive unless you get them on sale.

As I have written previously, the store is undependable - you never know what's going to be in stock. And the meat and fish are only packaged in large portions - they simply ignore the needs of single-person households.Steadily reducing what's available. Now they're working on cutting back the cheese selection

I used to love this shop rite. I thought the employees were the nicest most helpful people in the area. Sales the best. Lately I'm not so sure. I need a password to participate in sales. No idea what's going on in deli. It's just not the same.

I can’t speak to the actual in-store experience, I have MS and can’t go food shopping very often.However, I can speak to the Shoprite from home experience. It is extraordinarily disappointing. Produce shows up rotten or crushed, things are constantly missing, and there are things in the order that I never ordered.It got bad enough that I started calling the Shoprite from home manager Catherine before each order went out. That made it better for a while, but unfortunately it was not sufficient in the end. The last time I got an order, I spoke to Catherine that morning and explained to her the raspberries and strawberries from the week before were rotten and she assured me she would review the entire order. I just got everything and three separate things are missing from the order.It’s just extraordinarily frustrating when you go the extra mile yourself to make phone calls or check in with people and the people doing the job can’t be bothered to do a good one.

Always clean and the food is always Fresh,a great place to shop, however sometimes they get a product where the price is a little out there in spaceland like $16.99 for a little package of brownies. I mean really? Brownies!¡!!!!!!¡!¿????????LOL! Me thinks a typo.

Seriously, the people of this area deserve better. The store is constantly under stocked. Many of times I’ve bought fruits or veggies and with a day or two it would start to rot. I’ve bought milk that was spoiled. The berries are hit or miss. The meat selection is minimal compared to any other ShopRite I’ve been to. Today I went grocery shopping and literally more than half the items on my list was out of stock. It’s just sad, sad, sad. To be the only true market for the people in this area, it’s time to upgrade and step up! Call corporate and ask for changes.I’ve read some of the other reviews and honesty, I’m shocked. Are we going to the same store?! Maybe it is because I’m originally from New Jersey and I have been exposed to better quality and selection. Truly the difference is night and day. And at minimum the basics a should always be in stock. I’ve lived here for 4+years now and I feel like it’s only getting worse.On a positive note, the staff is always graciously and friendly.

I shop here every week they have great produce and meat. I love the Dutch apple pies from the bakery. I can't really come up with any negative feedback. They always have enough registers open so you never have to wait online long.

Clean and tidy for such a large market. I am a sucker for well put together fruit and vegetable displays and they were on point. The staff was great as well. Started joking around with an employee who was putting out some cucumbers. His stacking ability was amazing.

The available options continue to diminish - fewer and fewer specialty cheeses, few organic vegetables in the frozen section possibly the only supermarket you could find with no organic bananas...Sometimes the staff are cheerful. The guy on the fish counter had a great attitude today for late on a Friday. But when I needed assistance at the checkout, the first four staff members I asked ignored me, the fifth told me it wasn't their job - "you'll just have to wait" - and the sixth released the machine with a scowl and not a word spoken.Take a happy friend to shop with you.

Shop Rite offers a bakery, Asian buffet, and shop at home. Large isles and a spacious checkout area. There are lots of store prepared options which is nice if you don't want to cook and tv dinners just aren't your thing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They recently added a swarm of self-checkouts. Initially I was angry at the prospect of checking myself out, feeling that it eliminated jobs and caused chaos but I am pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the operation. My only annoyance being the limited space provided. I only had 1 bag and the woman next to me was spread out over 3 registers, not wanting to put things back in her cart before scanning everything in her cart. All in all I use self checkout often.

The store is much nicer since they renovated it. I only have 4 stars because the distance a disabled person needs to walk to where the store riding carts are, and how they are stored makes it difficult for them to get to. However, If you see a staff member outside, they are always willing to get a cart for you.

I couldn't disagree more with the review that i saw, but i had the pleasure of having TRISTYN as a cashier, and i couldn't be happier with her customer service. She was polite and courteous, an all around people person! Its just a shame that you cant choose your cashier, because she'd be my go to.

Pretty good sized store with a nice cheese department, produce, bakery, meat department and a pretty good selection of beer. They have a good setup for the checkout line, everyone waits in one line and an associate calls you them over to the available line. It goes a lot faster than everyone queuing up at whatever line they pick. I know this is nothing new but it works.

In general the store is fine but the deli counter is not. I asked for the meat to be cut very thin and the girl snapped "I heard you" when I hadnt said it yet. I opted to pick the order up after shopping and when I got home it was not the way I ordered. This has happened more than once. From now on I will stay there no matter how busy they are and watch my order being done. I called the store about it but waited forever for the manager to pick up and finally gave up.

Shoprite is excellent when it comes to customer service. They are always willing to do what they can for the customer; this makes me feel very valued. Great produce at reasonable prices and frequent sales on items I buy. Very glad there is a store close to me!

Everything is always tidy and easy to locate since they rebuilt ShopRite. I love the the place I used to buy my sushi is now inside of ShopRite because I can grab it along w my groceries and go home. The best part is that the sushi is the same as all the high end sushi eat out shops. I love it and I will go there for it first then go to an over priced sushi shop. Thank you for the awesome store and sushi!!!!!!!!!
