This store just has it all!!!Weather your looking to fix around your home, garden, car, shed....this place has it all.I suggest you ask one of the many employees on staff for help locating the product you are looking for because the store is big and it would save you lot of time.They are not cheap but it's convenient and more pleasant to shop in the one of the big box stores.They have a good key copy machine, I've tryed many locations in Sullivan.. with Ace I've had the best luck.I've been here many times and will continue to shop here

If it wasn't for the fact that they do have everything and Johnny one of their workers is always so helpful I would have given 1 star after my last two experiences with this store location. I went in on the 29th of Nov. Near closing time but had 20 minutes left of store being open. Knew exactly what and where I was going and getting and upon entering heard mumbling about 5 minutes. At checkout wasn't greeted with a friendly cashier and felt rushed out and door was locked right behind me. I felt like don't let the door hit your a** on the way out. By the way my receipt is time stamped at 5:48 that's still 12 minutes before close of business . Upon return one miss grabbed light set that didn't match other I almost had to pay 1.09 extra to just exchange and was told it was last months sale while the signs were still up. Then a manager said with distaste " ahh, just mark it down" Customer service with a smile on Nov 29 and again on Dec. 1 I think not. It's a shame because you want to support your local businesses but maybe next time I'll just go to the big box stores instead.

If you want spend hours looking for something, chances are it's here, but not cheap, alot of employees but only couple willing to help, rest want to gossip or listen to not family music on their own phones. In all if you need something its probably here, just be ready to spend more.

Lots of things here. Very handy go to place. Overpriced but most Ace stores are. I don't mind as they are family owned.I would give 5 stars but the miserable cashiers knock down this rating. Every time I go, its like they're doing me a favor. Naturally I had the blonde female cashier who was her cheerful self...NOT.A manager should speak to ALL of the cashiers. Oh, I forgot to mention I spent well over $200 for paint today, 3/15/23 at this place.

Terrible service. They are not connected to the national system. So you can’t return something at any ace you have to return it through them. Then when we did drive all the way there to return our tarps that had holes right out of the bag they told us they don’t have to do it and they are doing it as a courtesy even though they have the Ace guarantee and they won’t ship them to our house we have to drive out there to pick them up.

This place is fantastic. I live 5 hours away and all of my tools are at home. My watch battery died and I needed a replacement. I found one here and before I bought a fine screwdriver Bruce in tools helped me out. It is because of him I didn't spend more than I had to, to buy a tool I already had. Thank you again.

Ever since I was a child most of my family went to the trading post (ace hardware) in Liberty. Now as a home owner I go there for the things that the big box stores don't offer. Their paint department has been the go to place to change the look in all of my rooms and the latest was the driveway sealer, they ordered it and was in within 3 days (home depot needed 7-10days). Thank you to all the people who work there!

This small store has a big heart! You can find most of what you're looking for and the best part is customer service! They are the best. Associates take time to help you find items, calculate price differences and take items to the car. Love'em🧡🧡🧡

OMG i love this place. It's a real hardware store. I'm giving up an old house and i wouldn't buy paint anywhere else. They have everything and you're in and out in minutes because you can always find someone to help you right away.

The staff gets 5 stars always!!! They greet you at the door and are very helpful and friendly. The store however😕 it kind of looks liked stuff fell off the back of a truck and they just willy nilly piled it throughout the aisles. This place desperately needs not just a makeover but a thorough cleaning.

A rare ace that has a huge inventory, tons of buy outs from other stores. Stock larger size diameter copper fittings then home depot and other aces. Tons of bolts, sizes, reverse thread, stainless, specialty, also sell brushes for power tools

Usually everyone is extremely friendly and helpful today I experienced a worker who may have rather been home I understand these are difficult times but there is no excuse for outright rudeness I was inquiring about some and trying to explain what I needed I had all the necessary measurements before I could get a word in edgewise she said I needed to know what I wanted well I knew she also was nasty about the mask covering myself which I had on but not to her liking if I return to this store which I normally shop in I will avoid her GOD BLESS AMERICA (today only one star)

I've already had to leave these people a negative review once My second time in the store and once again very terrible customer service I bought a drill that didn't meet the requirements for what I needed so I tried to return it and instead of accepting my return for a drill that hasn't even been used once Randy tried to argue with me about what I need to do my job and said it's more than capable to do what I need. I've been working in construction my whole life but a hardware store employee knows how to do my job better than me apparently. Couldn't ask for worse customer service. But shout out to Randy, for being an expert in someone else's job but terrible at his own.
