Very nice store. Just bought 4 Angel fish and 2 smaller fish. I can get almost everything i need for my birds and fish. I have bought many fish here. Prices for some of the fish are a touch high compared to other pet stores. Other than some things being over priced this is a good pet supply store.

Let's tell the truth, the dog treats if kept for more than one month start having bugs in them. The bird seeds do the same. Since they have changed their aquarium system the fish all look like hell, brown water in most tanks. They analyze my water I have perfect water with a 6.7 ph which is what our well water comes up as, the north east has acidic water, 7.0 is neutral. Refused to replace my dead fish, yet their tanks are full of ick and burnt fins on their goldfish and sword fish that are running through the same system as the guppies I wanted to replace. The fish I was replacing had a better chance of living in my well balanced tanks than theirs.All I will purchase from them in the future is the enclosed foods, and medias. The prices are fair and even good. I remember the original owner who ran a tight ship. Managers should walk the stores during hours of operation and approach customers when making their lives difficult. Staying in the office does not work for me, your employee is not your slave. Only an owner has that right when he hires a manager.I wanted to give 1 star, 2 stars is for their prices.

We have purchased 2 bundles of joy here. Our shih tzu was 11 when she passed. We had a hard time with it and struggled with the thought of a new pet. I put our name on a list to be called if they got any small breeds in. We were called everytime and found our new love. Easy transaction free food and a loving staff. Very grateful.

I purchased a hamster for my grandson, I took it back 3 days later because you couldn't handle it without getting bit. The people that work there said that you can have a credit towards another pet, but the credit had to be used the same day. Never heard of such a thing, bad for business, that is all I can say. The funny thing is that when I returned the hamster, before the store staff even opened the box, they knew exactly which hamster it was, because someone before us had the same issue. It's not the hamster fault, it is the store staff fault for not telling people that this particular hamster is not good with children, only adults. Shame on them and the owner of the store!!

My favorite store in town I get all my animal supplies there, and I have a small zoo at home, and our new puppy, the paperwork and everything was very well done and clear, and the staff are always helpful. Thank you

I love this store. Everyone is always very nice, very helpfful. Most recently we bought the very large heavy dog pen, the young man came out took it all apart and loaded it. What a nice young man he was. I cant remember his name. You are the best!

Went in for cat litter. They didn't have my usual brand but I did find some that would work in the meantime. This store is great for a closer option for your pets needs instead of waiting for an online order or having to schlep to Middletown. The people who work here are also pleasant and friendly too!

The store is well stocked but it's very dark. White walls and bright lighting may help. We were not greeted. No one asked if we needed anything. No one smiled. Staff were scurrying around but when I finally asked one a question, I felt like I was bothering her and her reply was curt. She didn't stay for a second question to be asked.My daughter spent quite a while observing the pets in the aquariums, making lots of observations and TRYING to ask questions. It was obvious that she was there to purchase a pet for herself, but 40 minutes went by. We left. The sad thing is she didn't need to ask why we were leaving.The store lost 3 GOOD customers today. A new pet and ALL the equipment and supplies required to get. I was going to get giant bags of black oil bird seed and cat food. My husband, an avid fisherman, who hates to shop, was about to stock up on gear for the whole season.

The first time I was in here 2 young girls were working and were very friendly and helpful. I came in here recently and the vibe was very off. The employees seemed to be annoyed that I was in there and did not want to help me. Big mistake on their part bc I made a huge pet purchase elsewhere.

Great pet selection and a wide variety of pet supplies. Prices are pretty much comparable to big box stores, which is great! Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; they asked questions and stopped me from buying the wrong thing. Will definitely be back!

First of all, there are always lots of adorable pets that you can visit, play with, and smile to. They sell all of the products for my cats and my bearded dragon, every pet possible actually. From the very first time we went in there and every time we since all the staff has treated us with respect, kindness, knows the answer and if they don't they sure find out the answer no matter what it takes to find it out, and the owner ooh he is just adorable and such an overly fair guy - I don't buy any of my tortoise needs anywhere else .Thank You for a wonderful store!!!!

This is an amazing full - service pet store right in Liberty. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff, healthy, vet - checked puppies (we just bought one,Ralph, a miniature poodle). Complete line of pet supplies and if they don't have it, they'll get it. Well-stocked fish department. Exceptional reptiles and amphibians.. We bought a Chinese water dragon several years ago. He was the size of my pinkie and we fed him crickets. Now he is three feet long and eats mice. A tremendous resource with very competitive prices and they're open seven days!

Worst customer service... lazy workers and awful guarantee on fish they tell you after the fact to bring a water sample once there dead. Don't buy from this Craphole WHICH uses a different merchant to process transactions. They are a JOKE... YOUR BETTER OFF GETTING SUSHI FROM YOUR LOCAL GROCERY STORE...

We went in for a kitten a month ago and was told we would be able to pick it up in a week to week and a half after it got fixed, etc. We were told that we would be notified of how the kitten was doing over that time period as well. We called the store three times over a two week period to try to find someone in the store that knew what was happening with our kitten since we had not heard a word from them. Each person that we spoke to did not know anything about our kitten. While we were there the manager on duty was bashing the town and the people that were living there. That should have been a clue to us to stay away from the store all together in the first place.We just received a call from them today, over a month after we went in for our kitten. The phone call was unpleasant and the employee was very rude. We will not do business there again.

The Garden center is always a pleasure to visit and purchase gardening supplies. It is in full bloom with lots of varieties of annuals and perennials ready for Mothers day and the whole growing season.
