There was a employee named Annette that added awelcoming vibe when you enter the store. Other Staff were also friendly and knowledgeable. Staff open another cash register when it’s busy. Nice affordable prices and easy to access products. The store can appear a bit cluttered in the clothing section. This might be caused by customers not putting clothing back neatly after inspecting. Overall great store for Liberty.

Am sorry but I give this particular store a serious "F". Why? Because every time I go to this store I find it dirty and messy. Also, most times it takes to long to check out because there is only one checkout in operation, even when there is more then 6 or more people waiting on line to check out. Plus the manager and other employees are to busy talking with each other or other friends of theirs who come into the store. It's like customer satisfaction is not a concern. All managers and employees don't seem to care about customer service, and sometimes their attire and appearance is very unsuitable

Rude staff on a mission to ruin your day, no selection, and not even as inexpensive as it should be. And the heat doesn't work, so it's always freezing cold. I never want to go back there again

This Family Dollar is located smack dab in the middle of a once thriving, now poverty stricken town. The staff has a hard time keeping up with the inventory but somehow they manage. This is the only store in walking distance for most of the town so it gets busy and crowded with people and inventory. However you can score some seriously cheap clothes and odds and ends here.

The workers here are amazing this store is handy cap assacible but the aisles are not. Sometimes less is more and they have alot of things. But like every family dollar it is convenient
