This store is filthy!! Items are mislabeled and everything mixed up everywhere so unorganized and messy!!!! Most of the staff are nice and friendly you get One or two that are a little grumpy. But I guess I would be grumpy if I had to work in a place that is as filthy as that one. Please corporate there’s not much in the city of liberty. Can you please renovate this one!!!

One of the worst DG's in ny. This store is never clean, The stock is either hardly there, boxed up in the isles or just nonexistent. Some staff are great and others are just something else. Its 100x's worse during the summer months.

Slowest service possible. Two ppl using one register to check ppl out while they scanned and handed items to one another. The line was long at 8pm and was wild to watch them be so slow and incompetent. Took 30+ min for something quick. Top of off one of the ladies there was just sneezing all over our groceries. Slow is a nice way to put it.

Cannot access many aisles as stock sits on pallets rather than being placed on shelves for days at a time. Complained about this and the response was, " I am the only person working.." There appears to be staffing, management, and personnel problems at this location. This has been a problem for better than a year.At most recent visit, 2 employees were at this location with one working on stocking shelves to allow customers to to get into aisles and another operating the cash register with frequent cigarette breaks next to door. Bad for customer mers with asthma and non-smokers. No employee needs two cigarette breaks in less than 15 minutes. Some improvement, but store 🏬 s dirty and needs a good manager!!

Needs more staff. Staff are friendly but are spread too thin. One or two workers try their best to cover the store and more times then not, the managers are outside smoking while the cashiers are trying to be everywhere and do everything.

This store is probably the worst of all stores I have visited. Often the store is very messy and cluttered. Aisles will be blocked with merchandise for days at a time, and it is the same stuff making aisles in-passable. There are times I walked in and right back out again only to go to a different location. I dread having to go there if I need something in a pinch. There are also parking lot issues with BIG potholes that have been there for some time without repairs.

The spot is nice... a little disorganized, which I understand that happens when you have new stuff coming in and you're reorganizing stock, but sometimes it makes it a bit complicated to get around. None the less, still a good spot to come and find little things that are needed every now and then.

The staff are miserable and unfriendly, the place is always a mess and out of stock and the lines are long at the register . The parking lot is a warzone of deep sinking potholes . One is so big they put a merchandise stocking dolly in it . Any other Dollar General is better than the Liberty one! The only saving Grace is they are open late.

Giant hole in parking lot, filled in with carts and crates. Cashier went missing but that's usual for every DG. Store was a mess, cases of stuff piled up in corners like they have been taking care of the same truck order all year.

This is a pretty decent store. Its not within walking distance from anything so you don't get as much rif raf in and out. The staff is courteous and efficient and on occasion you can get some pretty decent deals.

It's the dollar store, you get what you pay for with some items and others you get more than a bargain. I've never had a bad experience here. I only wish they would make sure everything had price tags.

I'm a regular shopper at Dollar Gen... They have items for a dollar. Clothes for all ages. Toys. You can find items for gifts. Visit the store. I'm sure you will find something you need.

Terrible...needs an update...expired items on shelves...can barely get through the isles... items on shelves that sell out like soda takes a week to finally get again...nice staff but the store is terrible!!!

The ENTIRE store was remodeled and looks wonderful!! The staff was very helpful today as well! Made my trip very enjoyable, thank you!

Package in the way soda was sale last week and they didn't not have regular Pepsi on shelves or in back never stock up Christmas items same kind and very few

I love most of the dollar generals I’ve been to. This one too has great prices but it was not organized well and seemed run down and dirty.
