Check prices... produce rings up more than what the tag says. Lots of old meat too unfortunately have to always get the stuff from the back. Unclear if produce is organic or not.Most employees are nice and helpful and the owners seem like good people. 5 stars for variety of local produce.

I always hated the Starbucks in the store. It's completely in the way of everything and is a pain to navigate.I also still frustrated about how no one enforced the no masks, no service policy they had during the pandemic. Even in the peak of people getting sick and dying years ago, people would walk around the store without a mask.But today I can't hold it in anymore because the of the poor help i got from the receptionist I ended up buying a 50 dollar gift card I didn't want.I was trying to redeem the 10 discount on 50 dollar gift cards. It wouldn't show up on check out so I asked the receptionist where it was, and she said I would see it after I checked out. It was not there, and only after I finished the purchase and was told that it didn't apply to the gift card despite asking that exact person about it before I finished checking out. And then was told they don't do refunds on gift cards. That would be understandable if they told me the information I needed to know before I bought the gift card in the first place.

ok. bakery is very unreliable. i just opened a package of Pączki (seasonal jelly donuts) and two of them don't have any jelly in them. Last week the problem was that the bakery products were so fresh out of the freezer that they were soaking wet and dripping as you pick them up.

Poor customer service this week. Employee in a black 4-door car yelled at me out her car window at me because she wanted my parking spot, she told me to park way in the back by the ATM machine. Last week bagged lettuce was old. Very poor customer service and produce. I prefer to drive out to Wegmans and Pelicanos

the store itself is no issue, it’s the starbucks. the issue is that they do not put the lids on the drink. as i went today and ordered my refresher, i went to pick it up and it went everywhere. unfortunately i did not get another one. not only that but the drinks taste nothing like how they do at the nf starbucks. here they’re watered down, and taste much like water. however i paid 6$ for a drink and expect to be able to drink at least one sip before it’s on the ground.

Best tops in the local area! There is a Starbucks right in the entrance if you want a coffee. The place is always clean and the employees are super nice! Would recommend the extra 5 minute drive to go here.

Worst store to ever shop at. Aside from the rude teens working here to the old clueless manager who never knows what's what and countless trips to return putrefied meat and decomposed fish. Their Western Union NEVER working at this location is just what triggered me to finally review this place. I'm not sure how is it possible they are still in business but someone needs to take a serious look at what's going on here.A day later after having the pleasure to talk to Anthony ,The owner he decided to ban (and threaten )me from the store for complaining about the expired food he declined he sales here (even though he did not see or smell what I returned) and about the rude employees, they can continue to be rude as training is obviously not a practice here.Fingers crossed on what you decide to buy here...

I have never been to the tops before my trip to New York as I am from Indianapolis and I must say very well organized very clean and very well stopped I wish the kroger's here in Indianapolis was as nice Well done tops

I’m not ordinarily a huge fan of Tops, the ones in my neighborhood are somewhat outdated compared to other area stores and coupled with their generally much higher prices (except random sales) I steer clear. However, I recently moved so am trying to branch out. I am SO IMPRESSED by this location. There is a such a large variety of unique items, fresh produce (a common theme at tops has always been rough looking produce) I am definitely reevaluating my shopping habits as I don’t always have a vehicle so this is 20 minutes by bus compared to an hour for the other store I ordinarily ride to. Plus, Lewiston is such a great place!

Really nice grocery store with top quality produce! Excellent selection of all the things one would need for a typical meal and more. I got super excited over the charcoal selection- 4 different kinds of natural hardwood lump! Not what a typical tourist buys but i had to have one of each!

First time there, so not much of a review, more of an impression. The store it large, with apparently wide selections of products, and multiple brands/choices for each. We were visiting for a family reunion, and I went to get some Miller's horseradish to take home. The produce looked really good, along with the deli and prepared foods. I had to ask where the Miller's was. They were almost out but I got the 2 jars I came for.

Dirty, dirty entry! Came back into town after a couple of years and this place has made some changes but it felt so cluttered and not streamlined at all. The entrance is so dirty and over loaded with stuff! I felt like I was in a hoarder's place! The isles in front and customer service were so cluttered with very little space. I can't imagine how someone with a wheelchair would get around. They've added a beer walk-in cold room and what looks like bulk draft beers you can buy from the tap. Also a newer looking produce area. Advertised sales were not showing up on the register so the cashier had to call a manager for assistance. They pretty much had everything I needed but not a good selection of organics. If they did it was not easy to find. Again, I think the store needs some streamlining for easier navigation while shopping.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. It isn't a 24 hour shop, but it is open late, and re-opens at 5AM; which was really convenient when I had to pick up some personal supplies on a Sunday morning after an incident, when no other store would be open for hours! The staff here is amazingly helpful and friendly, and for a smaller store this TOPS is wells stocked with a wide variety of items and specialty items too.

In terms of a shopper, the store is fairly decent but a little dirty. But if you ever seek employment here, I highly suggest looking elsewhere. The starting pay is laughable compared to other places, you at any point can be moved to another department to meet work demands because they are constantly shortstaffed, etc. This is an independent store, owned by a single family who's only interests is filling their pockets while laughing at everyone working around them. Incompetence is everywhere in the staff, especially the higher ups. Look just about anywhere else for work, trust me.

A big fat ZERO stars! The place is Dirty! Prices Actually higher than Giant Eagle! Employees are all very RUDE! They Price Gouge, knowing they are the only grocery store near 4 Mile Creek campground. We will buy all our groceries elsewhere before going to the Campground. I'm sure I got sick from eating their over priced meat. NEVER AGAIN! People... Go elsewhere.. Anywhere but this place.

Very organized, clean and well stocked TOPS. Carries more specialty and high quality items than other TOPS I have visited. Produce is top notch and they carry plenty of organic milk and Amish butter logs. Check out is quick and lines rarely get more than 3 customers deep.

Clean, up to date. Constantly rotating fresh food to maintain quality. Renovations, updating equipment keeping up with modern grocery experiences.... It's an old time feel with new tech charm. I've only ever had one bad experience with Dave at the front desk. He tried refusing bottle returns when the machines were down. Even broke a few glass bottles when his manager informed him manual returns were accepted.

Nice remodeled store. Meat department is good with a nice selection .I like that I can see the meat and not in vacuum sealed packages like wegmans. Plenty of self checkouts too.Fresh produce area is dark and tucked in corner of store.

My wife has bad allergies and the Lewiston Tops lock it up behind the service counter that NO ONE in the store has access to.What a terrible policy to have. It shows me that Lewiston Tops really doesn't care about their customers at all. Its crazy that they have 100's of craft beer accessible all day but pharmaceuticals are not.

Overall a good supermarket (it is clean).Store: Clean. Usually well stocked. A bit on the small side, but it is easier to get around than with those super huge markets. Parking is also not a problem. Easy to get in and out quickly.Employees are friendly.

They have a decent selection of organic produce. The beer station offers a wide variety of local beers. You can bring your own growler to be filled with your favorite beer on tap! If you don't have a growler you can purchase one for a reasonable price.

I personally do almost all my shopping at Tops. I find that I can be in and out in a very short time due to the consumer friendly layout of the store. Prices can run high but it you stick primarily to the sales ad you can have a very rewarding and reasonably priced shopping experience.

Bought some food at tops today. Oneof the items was 5 months expired! They made my wife physically ill (she is 8 months pregnant)! Went back to the store with item and reciept, after explaining everything to manager, as well as having to drive 20 minutes back, he gave me refund of just the two items and a WHOPPING 6$ COUPON! NEVER SHOPPING AT #TOPS AGAIN!

I was camping at Four Mile Creek State Park in Youngstown, NY at the end of July into early August which was the worse camping trip I have ever been on. Thanks to this tops they put a ray of sunshine on the time that I spent in the area. All store employees were very friendly and had a smile on their face every time I had a question or when I was checking out. At one point I asked an employee if they sold fire wood and not only did she tell me where the fire wood was but she walked me right over to it. I ended up leaving my Camping Trip a day early because I did not feel welcomed at the park at all, before I left the area I needed some Money on my Netspend Debit Card to check into a hotel for the night in the Rochester Area. I went to the Customer Service Desk and asked if the could load money on Netspend Cards, the guy at the Customer Service Desk said of course we can and again with out missing a beat he had a smile on his face and recommended a nice Econo Lodge Hotel In Canandaigua, NY. I asked the guy at the Customer Service Desk how long of a drive is that from here and he was not sure, but he did find out for me by pulling out his cell phone and googling it for me which I could have done myself but the battery on my phone was dead. So thanks to this Tops living up to the name Tops Friendly Market it put a ray of sunshine a Camping Vacation that went bad.

Its a grocery store. The in house made muffins are amazing. The rest of the bakery items are ok. Thebpre made food is ok as well. But the beer section has a lot of the higher end craft beer and the selection is very good. If you're a beer snob it's a must stop.
