This was phenomenal. Although these games were used, I feel like I was in video game heaven. From new consoles to the original. They have any game you can think of for super super cheap. So convenient that you can think of a completely random thing and they have it. So so so good I want to come here again. Anything from accessories, to video games, to gaming consoles, and anything from the 80s. Also, one of the best customer service ever. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

The coolest shop for gaming. Jump into this Time Machine and enjoy finding anything you could ever be looking for. Turned in some old gaming stuff and they were great about it. Cash in hand or store credit they will make the right deal. Owner was telling me that they now have 4 stores. I hope they open 4 more. Best of luck. I will be back…

If you are looking to buy sell or trade video games then you need to go to Video game trading post in Levittown. They have a great selection of games from all different consoles. My kids are now entering Super Mario mode & this place has lots of options. Gamers go check this place out!

The best spot on LI,NY for all retro video games, consoles and accessories. Can’t beat the warranty either. Return policy isn’t the greatest(store credit only) but then again , we are talking about pre-owned products for the most part. Average market pricing. Tons of selection, certain staff members can be difficult depending location.

VGTP Levittown is well-stocked. The staff members have system-specific retrogaming expertise. This is a great place to go when you need things like controllers, power supplies, and cartridges. I’ve bought systems and accessories from them, and have been happy with all.

Purchased these 2 gems from here. Very friendly and even cleaned each disc for free making them look brand new. Would highly recommend this shop they have a great owner and a huge selection of retro to modern games all at reasonable prices

Excellent place run by excellent people. The owner was at the Broadway Mall location; he traded animal crossing cards with my fiance and sold me product at fair prices. he was a delight to talk to. i have been back and will continue to go back.

Im so glad this chain exist! Finally a place where you can go to in person and relive your childhood! They have every classic game, console, and handheld created, and a very extensive collection of almost every game. They offer a disc repair/cleaning service, and sell even the small thing like the back of the xbox 360 battery packs. Their are many others things they offer here it would be impossible to list them all. I encourage anyone with a passion for games to check this place out!

After trying to reach out to VGTP about one of their employees, they blocked me and so now I’ll just leave it hereBrad Schloss is very mentally unstable. Has sent me messages stating he wished my unborn daughter at the time would be still born.Also that he wishes my whole family dies at a klan rally.The fact that this business is protecting someone like that tells you all you need to about this business.And yes I do have screenshots to prove it.If I could give 0 starts I would.

Best store in the world. It was tough to let go but I sold them my sega master system and games. Btw, the master system is better than Nintendo in my opinion!! Very underrated. This store takes me straight back to my childhood (when life was good - 80s and 90s). They have everythingggg in the entire history of video game systems and tons of games for all of em. This store is one of my happy places. Great dudes work here too! 👍🏼👾🎮

Most hobby shops are just happy with growing their collection and getting the tax benefits. This hobby shop has desires to become a multi-million dollar company. If you go to trade in the greatest video game of all time, they'll offer you $1 and shrug, then turn around and sell it on eBay for $20+. And if you do too many lowballed trade ins, & provide them with too many profitable opportunities, where they can make hundreds in profit $$$ off your tradeins, they'll start giving you an attitude. Mike the owner is cool and awesome really. But some of the employees are scummy, especially the bald kid and the tall fat old guy. Or that guy with long hair and saggy pants, talks too much from a distance where he is not involved or needed. he thinks he's helping but really he's holding the brand back.

Quite easily the largest selection of retro games I have seen for sale. It doesn't stop there, their prices are phenomenal, the staff is incredibly polite and helpful and to top it all off they cleaned the discs for the games I bought without me having to ask or pay extra. I'm not from the area, so I didn't listen to the details too closely, but there was mention of warranty. It is over a 3 hour drive for me to get there, but I already want to go again.

It was my first time there and I was a bit scared because all other video game stores that sell retro games were quite rude to me.Not this store.Incredibly nice staff and atmosphere! They really enjoyed helping people and telling the history of the game you're getting!Mike, the owner, was really cool and so was the other staff members!I will definitely be coming back here for more retro games!

Great selection and even greater service!Came In looking for a PS2 and a few of my favorite games, and was able to walk out with all of that. I simply went up to the desk and listed everything I needed and they brought it all to me and had me test everything to make sure it worked. They even gave me a free disc cleaning for future use! I definitely recommend this store to anyone who’s feeling nostalgic and wants to replay those classic favorites. It’s also a very friendly environment to talk gaming, for all you fellow video game geeks out there. 😉Thank you Video Game Trading Post staff! 👌🏻

Absolute best customer service. For those die hard retro fanatics this is your Disney world. For those interested in learning more or getting more into the retro games... again this is your place. The guys here are not only super nice but very knowledgeable on the merchandise. They will not do you dirty and I mean it. They check every possible choice and show you your options and test it right in front of you. The prices are very fair. Not like most places who just take advantage of you, they care for the customer. It is a business but it's also a group of best friends who just love what they do. You won't be disappointed. Mike is the absolute best. My wife and son who aren't gamers had a great time here. Definitely coming back.

What a store! I went in today after having problems with an old SNES, and they managed to identify and solve the problem in minutes! Very friendly and informative, especially regarding older console and game cartridge upkeep. I was so impressed with their knowledge and customer service! Definitely will return as my first stop for gaming needs.

As far as game stores I've been to is concerned these guys are by far the best I've come across. Great selection, Great prices and overall a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Went to this store and picked up a few issues of Nintendo Power they had carelessly smushed in the corner. Great selection of games but at eBay prices and the staff will not work with you. I was given a firm no on a reasonable offer with no counteroffer. Don’t bother going here you are better off just buying off of eBay and saving yourself the trip.

This store has got what you need for your video gaming needs. The service is top notch and the material and atmosphere is exciting to be around. This past Sunday I went there to look for games and found something I've been looking months for and Manager, Mike had waited an hour for the purchase to be completed. This guy was such a nice person and a fun one to be around. He was truly the embodiment of customer service and even gave me more reasons to go to this great establishment. sorry for the lengthy review but if you're reading this, This is the place to go for all your gaming needs!
