Everyone that works there is extremely helpful. I called to have my prescription refilled because the rite aid in town closed. Person that helped me was very friendly. I don't know why people are complaining about door dash at a drug store. And the person complaing about being on hold...did you happening to listen to the message about meal break?

We work very hard, always running around taking care of our patients, yet we are always verbally attacked! Why don’t you take a walk in our shoes one day and see for yourself, please don’t judge unless you yourself have worked in a pharmacy! Also if you stay on hold for more than 20minutes usually means we’re closed for a little bit but that’s not on us that’s corporate who needs to change the message saying that so again please don’t blame us! Thank you ✌️ & ❤️

When it comes to door dash orders management is trash. I have waited more 2 hours for orders even I have called about it.

Don't go here... Bad and more bad ... The on hold message means NO pharmacist! And instead of informing the patient in a timely fashion .. you're left to hang... 3rd time in 2 months NO pharmacist!! Special pills must be taken in the morning.... HUGE hassle !!! Have to re-contact doctor... Drive WAY out of town.... I rarely write reviews ... Be forwarned !!!!

Talk about frustrating! Go to get my son formula and the store has closed early. This isnt the 1st or 2nd time this has happened, multiple times they've closed early. Most stores like Walgreens you can't just post a written time on paper and close the store. Smh after tomorrow morning I won't be returning to this establishment!

The pharmacist, Jace, went above and beyond duty to find the pills I needed from a specific manufacturer. I am in Mississippi, I'm a snowbird, and there are three Walgreens within 10 miles of me and not one of them cared enough to find the medication. It was extremely important since I was allergic to two other manufacturers of this medication. Thank you Jace.

The orders are never ready. They don’t consistently check for pending orders. Have had to contact several times on one order across two days, they did confirm receipt of it, came back 8 hours after confirmation and still not filled. People are in need of their medications and trust they will be handled in an timely fashion. Never had this issue with my old pharmacy and people smiled there too!

EVERY SINGLE TIME, I use the Walgreens drive thru pharmacy, I wait at LEAST 10 min. No matter what time of day. I usually am behind someone whose prescription isn't ready. WHY doesn't this pharmacy in Leroy NY tell the customer to come back. Instead they make 10 ppl wait for that one person. GET IT TOGETHER!

Worst pharmacy that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They constantly call your home to tell you that your prescription is ready to be picked up and when you get there they tell you that it’s out of stock. This has happened 5 times in the last 8 months. So tired of there terrible service and will be switching pharmacies as soon as possible.
