Everything is overpriced and half the stuff you have to be careful to check the date because they’ll overcharge you for an outdated item. On top of that it smells like cigarettes bad right at the door and some people have lung problems.

Update: after remodeling, the water snakes are worse. :(This is not the best Tops in the area. It's small, so selection is limited; bulk, organic, and international foods are noticeably so. I also get nervous at the number of water snakes on the floor in the frozen section. Still, we stop here because it's convenient and most of our grocery needs can be filled.

Amazing experience. Someone paid for the 2 dollars we didn't have after we were done shopping. I'm from WA, and have never been in a TOPS before. It was genuinely amazing. Lots of cool stuff. Reminded me of home in my home town. Small, quaint but with everything you could ever need.

Smells like garbage when coming in the doors than the price gudging is insane should not be almost 14 bucks for a frozen pizza tops in Dansville where I'm from its 8 bucks for the same pizza and wonder why you guys bankrupt and price grudging is against the law

As a long time Wegmans shopper recently having had to transition over to Tops I am mostly pleased with my experience. Please consider keeping an extra cashier handy and get someone with some imagination to decide which beers to carry.

I stopped in this store to pick up a few small items and found out how true the reviews really are. Cashiers who have two speeds....slow and stop! Ignoring waiting customers while they talk to their "friends" about makeup and hair styles and not showing one small bit of concern for the customers who are waiting in line. Leaving their registers to wander around or chat with other employees while paying customers wait!This is an example of what happens when cousins marry! Avoid this store and leave it to the "locals"!

Close, inexpensive and a pleasant customer experience. Everyone is courteous and willing to help. Occasionally they get decorations that are an absolute "must have." Highly recommend dropping in just to see if they do.

Super expensive and they're always making it seem like they are doing huge deals when in reality that deal, a coupon, and the bonus plus card might shave off a dollar, also the store is very crowded and horribly layed out.

Overpriced. They like to make you think you're getting a deal by using clever pricing trickery. Don't be fooled by their scams. Also, their self-checkout machines are confusing and annoying to use.

Bought "fresh ground round" today, got home and found bright red fresh beef surrounding a center of rancid smelling spoiled brown beef. Took it back, the meat manager stood there and lied to me, telling me fresh beef spoils from the inside first. I challenged his reasoning and he stuck to his story, offering an exchange. An appology was in order, not an insulting lie. Will never buy beef there again.

I had a bad experience at the customer service in Leroy NY. A boy whos name was Rosa wearing eyeliner and nail polish couldn't figure out my right amount of change. It took 20 min waiting for one person in front of me then another 10 to tend to my business. Now this thing at the counter who doesn't know if its a boy or girl also can't count money. I guess my point is we need to put people in the right places like the mental health unit for sickos.

It's a pretty large sized grocery store, really good selection- fresh seafood, meats, gluten free foods, etc. Pretty fast checkout, had more than one register open!

Love the variety environment is great but the cashiers they are miserable they are slow and they do not even try to strike up a conversation if they do all they do is complain I'm sorry if you have to send out a register all day that's an easy job I think if they don't like their job and they can't be happy and smile when a customer is there they should lose their jobs I know everybody has a bad day but there is quite a few cashiers that I've been through several times and they all have crappy attitudes every time I go through there

Nice store but the employees need work on manners and the management sucks
