This is the best save a lot I have ever been in. It is cleaner, products are displayed better and the meat section if the best by far. The management cares about the store and puts the effort into making it a better store. In addition I have also had meat cut there and the service was good.

Way cheaper than most grocery stores, and the food is good considering they don't always carry the most popular brands. Shopping here has saved me $100 a week in groceries verses other stores in the area.

A lot of people shop at the more expensive overpriced grocery stores don't realize they not only carry their own brands but carry a ton of name brands and you don't need a special card to get a great price. Their food is very affordable and of great quality. Store was remodeled a few years ago and locating what you need isi east to fnd for quick shopping. They have a great alcohol section also

They wouldn't let me use the bathroom so I had to stop shopping and go across the street to Walgreens and I just didn't go back, after all Why would I want to give them my money?!!!unless that policy changes I won't be shopping there again

Today I went in to Save a lot to get a few items (3 things) for my family. I wasn't wearing a mask cause of health issues and a manage/ owner whoever he was started getting in my face telling me that I couldn't check out cause I didn't have a mask on. Asking me to show him proof that I didn't have to wear a mask. Which he isn't even allowed to ask. Told the cashier not to check me out. First off guy you were so worried about my mask that you didn't even respect the 6 feet distance rule. I wasn't even in there for 2 mins before I was standing in line to check out, when he started stuff. I will never spend any money in this store again. PS. I've been in this store many of time before since this Covid stuff started happening and have never had a problem before with not having a mask on. Rude people, you should be ashamed.

The Le Roy Sav a Lot is quite a Bargain compared to the OVER PRICED TOPS MARKET., have worked in the food industry for many years, and store label is the same as the national brands in most cases. Canned veg all come to food warehouse as bright stack with no labels on them. They just pull pallets of them label . box and ship they will put your name on the if you buy enough.

Refused to refund for sour milk, extremely rude, then made up an untrue story, didn’t get a refundRefuse to set foot in that place after shopping there for years with zero problems of any kind.The owner didn’t care either, said something about route 5 on the phone???? Can tell by his irresponsible response. Still haven’t got the money back, the response didn’t mean anything, if you call that number nothing happens, there’s more to it than a store manager refusing to refund sour milk, it’s like the guy in Central Park taking pictures of birds

save a lot is a good store and ive never had a problem except at this store.Other customers have said they have had different problems with the owners wIfe had a very bad experience with the Save a lot in Leroy Ny and from what i understand im not the only one .Even the owner told me himself that the next day another customer had the same problem as i did.I went into the store as i had before with no mask on as i have health issues and was screamed at by a woman from across the store that i needed to have a mask on.When i explained i had health issues she informed me that i needed to bring her a doctors note saying why i cant wear a mask.Which to me is none of her business and your telling me you will take a piece of paper from someone you dont know that says why i cant wear a mask.When i received a call back from one of the owners obviously it was his wife that was disrespectful to me so the call was a waste of my time.When i left the store i went across the street to another store and a customer that had witnessed the whole thing asked me if i was ok and stated that they were embarrassed for themselves as well as me because that was so disrespectful .I have talked to numerous people since this occurred and have found out that im not the only person they treated like this.The owner himself said the next day it happened with a gentleman .. so there is clearly some issues that need to be addressed.I went to 3 very large grocery and dept stores that day and had no issues.

Great prices most of the time. When it gets to busy, they will call more people to the cash registers. Quickly get in and out. Great people working there as well
