Been trying to reach corporate! The one associate Salena is beyond rude!!! She was very nasty to my father who has eye issues and onset dementia. That’s beyond uncalled for. Did not assist him and complained the whole time he was trying to find his coupons and money.Second the store is a dump. Always dirty and smells of pot. The store is not handicapped friendly at all!! Huge safety issue.

I don't know who is in charge of the signage but literally every single time I come here, nothing rings up correctly. The sign will say one price and the item will always ring up more. Whether it's only a few cents or 50 cents, it's annoying!!! Stuff is expensive enough without having to get overcharged every time I shop here. There's not too many options in LeRoy, other wise I wouldn't go there.

Le Roy NY. Disgusting floors. Trash everywhere. Not swept or mopped. We will not buy anything consumable after seeing this. Corporate should be ashamed to set up the front line workers to deal with us instead of providing enough hours to clean and restock.

You can never get through the isles with their own freaking carts... you want to look at items on the shelf and half of the isles have their stocking carts lined up covering their items. Ended up stuck between freight and grabbed my child and left the cart with my items. It's always a total mess.. not going back. I'd rather go to tops and spend double.....

Always great service. Store is always in need of stocking which makes it crowded with all the carts in the isles full of product. They need more help and do stocking after hours to get the store in more order.

There are ALWAYS crates of inventory blocking the isles. The staff must be too lazy to stock the shelves. Someone is going to trip and fall in that place, It's only a matter of time!

The staff is beyond friendly to costumers and always are open for a nice chat. As well organized as a Dollar General can be- I have seen really bad ones that are dingy and sad. This one is one of the best.

Small store format is handy for quick ins and outs. Fairly large selection of goods for small store. Prices are usually very reasonable. I really enjoy their blu-ray offerings (at very low prices). Shop at DG rather often.

I was in the LeRoy NY store today, I can't believe how filthy the store has become. I have done retail for many years, and I know you have to door to floor when trucks come in, but when you can't get down the isles because of freight, blocking shelfs so you can't get the product you want or looking for. As my DM would say that is a major SAFTY ISSUE. This problem needs to be addressed ASAP, try helping your employees out by having more employees working and not just 2, 1 to push freight out and 1 at the checkout. Lets think of your employees and your customers. Just remember SAFETY FIRST.

Slow checkout older lady was miserable lazy and could have cared less about customers. Front cashier was over run she called back for this blond miserable thing and it was like she hated her job she acted like she had to work there and could take as much time as she wanted to interact and cash out someone. I called corporate office and made a complaint. I will never set foot in Leroy Dollar General i pay more and use another store.

Caution these stores need to come with warning signs that you will spend more money then you planed.
