There is never any help around when you need it but, when you don't you have 3 people asking. Seems all the men have attitudes for some reason except 1 or 2. I get very frustrated with the service and there are days I am in there 3 or 4 times spend a significant amount of money and I get treated poorly. I live very close to them is why I go there. If there was another hardware store in Leroy I would definitely go to them instead. Thank you to the 1 guy who in particular has been very helpful to me and I wish I knew his name.

I needed some things for a hot water heater install. The employees were helpful, polite, and knew what I needed, even when I didnt. They strongly hinted that I should get different clamps than the ones I chose, in my arrogance I didnt listen. 2 hrs later I was back buying the clamps they had hinted at. Outstanding place.

A good ole country hardware store. They have a little of everything. usually have a lot of outdoor furniture as well. Beats driving to Henrietta to a big box store. Friendly staff, plenty of parking, they'll help in anyway they can. Must have been around awhile because the locals use it as a landmark when they are giving directions.

Recently moved from Rochester to Le Roy and found Crocker Ace Hardware to have everything I need. I am impressed their inventory and found things at this store that I haven't been able at Home Depot or Lowes. The staff are always helpful and courteous. I will always shop at this local establishment.

Let me say that first of all, I work in retail.... I called at 10 min to 5 needed a nipple to hook up a gas dryer.. young kid working there said he couldn't gatantee he could wait for us... we walked in at 2 min to five we were told they were closed.. a five dollar part at most would have taken care of a new resident to leroy... and it would have taken 2 mins of the staffs time... this kids attitude is really what irritated me... a classic example of today's youth.. no common sense... and even less understanding of what it takes,to live in the real world... thanks guys... cost us an hour extra and a trip to batavia.... support your local store... I think not....!!!!
